Dr. Bowers & her staff were very welcoming & professional. Dr. Bowers took her time with me, as well as a conservative approach to treating me. She eased my fears & made me feel confident in her ability to treat me. Her practice is not a factory, rather, patients are all individuals, not a number.

This was by far the best cleaning Ive had in my entire life. My teeth are noticeably cleaner/whiter than they were when I arrived. Ive never seen such a visible difference ever before. The customer service here is top notch. You almost feel like family while in the office.

The entire staff was SO kind to my husband and me. We were nervous because we hadn’t seen a dentist in a long time and they were incredible to us. Non judgmental, asked me about my concerns and walked us through everything. So glad we found them!

Very helpful and accommodating. Called as a new patient for an emergency appointment and was seen within the hour. They were unfamiliar with my insurance but worked very diligently to ensure they were in fact an authorized provider and all very smooth.

I have been a patient for a long time prior to Dr. Bowers taking over. Dr. Bowers is very nice and I have had a pretty good experience with her. Recently I canceled an appointment and ask to reschedule. They advised that they would call me back and never did. After 30 days, I just called back and they told me they didnt have any appointments available and they would call me back. The office manager wouldnt even get on the phone. If I were Dr. Bowers, I would hire some new teammates - HORRIBLE customer service and they just lost a long time patient.

Dr, Bowers is a consummate professional who truly knows her craft. Her examinations are very thorough. She not only checks every tooth but also screens for mouth cancer and checks lymph nodes. SHe is genuinely happy when my teeth are looking good. I recommend her highly.

Just had a cleaning done. jVery careful and thorough. Due to the precautions for Covid, they did not use a sink at all and did not use the machine to descale, all done manually and safely.

I was quite happy with my experience at Dr. Bowers office. Everyone of the staff members are very pleasant and fun to be around. Dr. Bowers came in at one point and sat down and proceeded to get to know me personally before discussing business. Seems like a really joyful place to work. Once the work started, they were very sensitive to my needs and feelings. I can never remember being in more capable hands. Had a great experience at Dr. Bowers office. Everyone was extremely friendly and caring. Explained everything fully with different options for treatment. Had a cleaning done by April. She was fantastic - knew I had sensitive teeth and made sure I wasnt in pain and did a great job. I already told my girlfriend about this dentist and she is going to set up an appointment to see her. She is very very good at her profession. Ive had work done by her and never a problem. I followed her from her other place of practice to here. Thats how good she is. Ill change from an office when i find someone this good. There are several dentists, but some excel at their craft. I will stay with Dr. Bowers DMD
