Today was my first visit with Premier. It was a wonderful experience. Welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. Fernando did a great cleaning. Dr. Lupu was thorough with her diagnosis without trying to sell treatment. Something which I have found to be a problem in South Florida. I already have my next appointment booked.

I’ve been a patient with Dr. Green for 15 years. I’ve watched his practice grow, and he has been available for me at a moment’s notice since Day 1. While I miss Jackie, the dental hygienist with extraordinary love for her patients, Sylvia is my new best friend. I’ve sadly spent a lot of time in a dentists’ chair, so I’m cautious & suspicious by nature. No need to be with her. Or with Dr. Green. He has literally saved my smile, my ability to eat & enjoy life without worrying about my teeth. That’s no small feat. I drive 45+ minutes to see him and never regret it.

From the time I made my initial appointment, the staff was so polite and welcoming. That continued when I went into the office. Everything was very sanitary, it was a comfortable temperature and each and every staff member, clinical or not, made me feel at ease. They communicated honestly and never tried to up-sell me on any procedures. This is my dental office from now on!

I dont usually write reviews but when it comes to Premier dental I need to...Dr green just happened to be the 3rd dentist I went to see about the nightmare I was going through...going to Premier was like going into a different world as far as the previous 2 dental offices were concerned...everyone was extremely professional and took as much time as needed to explain to me what I had going on and what options I had to fix my situation...im not the easiest person to deal with right now but that didnt matter to them...they helped me come up with a plan and and made my mouth look awesome until Im able to get all the work I need done...I feel really bad I Cant remember the girls name who was the dentists assistant the day I got some of the work done but she was awesome...she kept me comfortable and helped me understand everything that was going on...even though it took a few hrs for the work I got done that day...I walked out of the office feeling great and totally happy with the way my mouth looked...if you need a new dentist or feel like your other dentist doesnt really care about anything but your money....call Premier dental...Dr green And his staff are awesome...

I called premier dental care while in very bad pain. The receptionist told me I could come right in. Dr Scarlett was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle and took her time! Alex the assistant and the receptionist were also very kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Got my wisdom teeth pulled today though they didnt have the gas i took it like a G took ten minutes literally good job !!! Def going to make this my main place to go.

I had a great experience at Premier Dental Care in Boynton. Im scared of going to the dentist in general. From the moment I walked in, the staff at the reception desk was kind, and very welcoming. Their facilities are large, and most of all sparkling clean. Alex was very friendly, and warm while doing my dental x-rays and prepping me for Dr. Fernandez.Dr. Fernandez was thorough as she explained to me in laymans terms what was going on with my teeth, and the plan needed to get my teeth strong and healthy. I loved that there was a screen in front of me that showed me the x-rays, and photos of my teeth, as she discussed issues of concern & how to move forward.Afterwards, I met with Martha, the dental hygienist, who did by far the BEST dental cleaning Ive ever had in my life. I overall had a fantastic experience here, and will most definitely be coming back. Thank you to Dr. Fernandez, Alex, Martha, and the rest of the staff. See you all very soon!

Dr Scarlett is the best !!! Her and her team honestly changed my life for the better ! She’s very caring and listens to her patients. I never liked to go to the dentist cause they always made me feel bad about the condition that my teeth were in but she’s very caring and doesn’t judge ! Office is super clean and staff is always very friendly !

I had been going to Dr. Green for years always nothing but excellent. I needed three implants and Dr. Green was going to make the crowns following my appointment to get the posts. Unfortunately I was failed as a patient by Premier Dental Care as my crowns were messed up on three separate occasions. Even down to my final attempt the teeth were still not made to perfection and they had to drill them to fix it. Despite all of that they were able to first attempt deliver one of three crowns. I’ve attached pictures of the tic tac temporary teeth they gave me and when I went back later that day to see if they could make it look more like a tooth the dental assistant was disrespectful and unwilling to address any of my complaints she even stated when I expressed I was in college and didn’t want my friends to see what they gave me “don’t you wear a mask anyways?”.Yes so it’s okay to not do work to the best of your ability because of masks at Premier Dental Care. It even comes down to when I went back for a second attempt to deliver my crowns when told they had again made an error and hadn’t properly done my impressions for the lab Dr Green giving no regard for how the teeth looked he said it had to be done and there was no talking about it. He walked out giving no care for my image, the humiliation I felt I would experience amongst my peers being only in college, and the way I felt about my smile. The staff and billing office are absolutely dreadful and makes it an even worse. I’ve cried more as a patient in this office more than a therapists office. My biggest advice to anyone considering going here find somewhere that values your opinions and will treat you with respect as it’s not this office.

Took my daughter in with a really bad infection and needed her wisdom tooth taken out. They did everything posible to helpMy daughter. The staff is so nice and caring they really treat you like family. Rose you are the best!!

Premier dental is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I am always hesitant to try a new hygienist as I prefer continuity of care. They have always accommodated me and worked with me to make sure I had exactly the experience I wanted. Jessie was my hygienist for the last few years and she is truly amazing. She’s so patient and understanding (no matter how many times she has to tell me to floss more lol). She’s recently taken some time off so today I had my first experience with Martha. And let me tell you... She is equally as amazing!! All of the staff here is so sweet and ALWAYS in a good mood. As a nurse myself, I know it’s not always easy to keep a smile on your face all day. But they do it effortlessly. The doctors take their time with me and always make me laugh and feel like we are all on the same page. They listen to me and take my concerns seriously. That means a lot to me as I know from experience, not all doctors are as friendly and empathetic as those at premier dental. I cannot say enough good things about all of the staff there.

The worst dentist office I’ve ever been to and my wife. I got two crowns put on my teeth there and I literally had to go back seven or eight times because they were not put on correctly and were either breaking or falling off. When I confronted the owner about it, he made a sarcastic remark claiming to be president Biden.

Highly recommended! Clean facility!!! Came in for a wisdom tooth extraction and the staff made me feel for comfortable! Gabby the dentist assistant went above and beyond to make me feel good throughout the procedure. Drove especially to see Dr. Oppenheimer and he is absolutely amazing!

First time coming here as a new patient and absolutely loved the atmosphere. I was greeted and taken cared of within 5 minutes of my appointment. I was able to get my x rays done by Gabby and she made it so easy and comforting. She constantly made sure I was feeling fine and if there was any pain I could let her know and she would find a different solution. The absolute best definitely would recommend seeing her. Martha and Dr.Fernanda were also very nice and helpful during my cleaning and explained thoroughly what I needed to do to take care of my teeth. Definitely staying here

My husband and I are new to Boynton Beach, Fl and were lucky enough to be recommended to Premier Dental, Dr. Lupu. The entire staff couldnt be nicer. We both had different hygienists and were both pleased!! Dr. Lupu is very knowledgeable and professional. We are happy to have found this practice.

Premier Dental bait and switched me in into an appointment!I called to verify that my insurance would cover a portion of my cost, I was informed by the rep that it would infact cover a significant portion; it was the sole purpose of my call to verify the services I was seeking were covered. I confirmed my appointment times with that rep and ended the call.I received a call one day before my appointment to confirm; the rep insisted that my appt was for 9 even though I was sure I set the appointment for 8am.I show up for my appointment at 9 and I’m informed that I missed my 8am appointment, of course I’m annoyed about that.I proceed to go in for my filling and the dentist numbs my gum, she observed that I had new cavities and asked if I would want to see what my treatment plan would cost if those were added.I’m sitting there with my mouth numb and this is when they choose to inform me that my dental plan will NOT cover ANY of my treatment. I’m so confused at this point and feeling really tricked! Im sitting there with my mouth numb and the options I’m now given are: you can just go and reschedule or pay for one. What!!??I’m then offered a measly $10 discounted price for the original treatment plan after basically begging for accommodations after I had been tricked into this appointment!The employees were not as helpful as they could’ve been and really gave me a shrug shoulder kind of attitude!I would not recommend going to this office, poor management and a lot of miscommunication!

Premier Dental Boynton BeachI would give them a zero for billing If I could!I am pretty much very new to Florida and Boynton Beach. I decided to choose Premier Dental because it’s located in my immediate area. BAD CHOICE!!! They were very undermining , not honest and misleading.Mind you, I had crown work that needed to be done. Normally your dentist or doctors office would confirm with your insurence carrier if you are covered or not. Well Premier Dentist reached out to my carrier and they were informed that my coverage wouldn’t begin for another month but they did not give me this information. If they did I would’ve waited! So therefor I have to pay the part that the insurence company should’ve paid ( they have me in collections do those funds) They did this deliberately because they know that the patient would have to pay it. So I met with office manager and owner to explain the situation. There answer is that when they call the insurence company to confirm coverage it is courtesy! They were rude and undermining. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to that place. #VERY UNFAIR! #DISHONEST #BADBILLING

I had a dental problem that needed immediate attention. Arrangements by the Premier Dental Care office were made to set up an appointment promptly. As soon as I arrived, I received the treatment necessary to cure the problem.The staff was very warm, competent and professional.I was very impressed by the protection in place against Covid-19. I was also impressed by a live voice answering my call rather than a robot when I called for my appointment.Im in my mid eighties and have been a patient of Premier Dental Care for several years. Ive been treated by numerous dental offices in my life time.None of them compare to Premier Dental Care.

We just moved to Florida and a neighbor recommended we become a patient of Dr. Green at Premier Dental Care. We called for an appointment and the receptionist was very polite and friendly. Our appointment was yesterday and we were delighted with the professional look of the office, the state of the art equipment, but mainly we were totally impressed with his staff. From the front desk to the assistant who make our next appointment at the end of the visit, it was lovely; friendly yet professional. Sylvia was my hygienist and she was extremely thorough and very nice. My husband had another hygienist who he said was very thorough. Dr. green was kind, patient and listened to my dental history. I had a few things that needed attention and he clearly explained each procedure. My husband had another of Dr Green’s colleagues who was just as thorough. We felt relieved to have found such a dental practice. Dr. Green’s credentials are extremely good and his manner is the best.

Dr. Green and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and happy. They make you feel valued as their patient. The office is clean and they run on schedule. You can choose what you want on the TV above your chair during your cleaning. They have convenient evening hours and often call to see you earlier in the day if they have a cancellation, which I appreciate. I have referred many friends here and all have had great experiences as well.

The Dentist and staff are very professional and friendly. It was my first visit. Everything was explained to me clearly. The office was clean. People were wearing masks and the chairs were distanced. I am really happy that I chose Premier for my dentist. I highly recommend Premier Dental Care in Boynton.

This is just a great practice. From Patrick who answered the phone to Ivettte at the front desk. Warm kind and helpful. We came in as a new patient with an emergency. They brought us in right away. Clean waiting room. Socially distanced set up to wait. “David” came by and stopped just to say hi as he passed .... later find out that he’s the doctor!!! When was the last time a doctor just stopped to say hi to someone sitting in the waiting room? Just a great all around experience.

I came here and immediately I was greeted and sat down and with in 5 minutes my name was called. They took pictures of my teeth and showed me what what happening in my mouth and explained in detail what I needed to do. I used to have issues while flossing which led to my gums getting inflamed and they helped figure out a way to solve that issue and since then I have my had problems. Everyone here is so kind and so gentle that I almost fell asleep while they were cleaning my teeth.They are always ready to help you set up appointments and work very well what what works for you. By far the best place I have been to when it comes to my teeth. 😁

My wife and I moved from Manhattan, NYC to Delray Beach almost two years ago. We had a great dentist in New York for over 30 years and were very concerned about finding quality dental work in Florida. We were even considering returning to Manhattan for our major dental needs.I checked with a trusted friend who has lived in the area for 25 years and without hesitation he immediately recommended Premier Dental Group and Dr. David Green. We met Dr. Green and were immediately impressed with the quality and efficiency of the office staff, cleanliness of the office and especially Dr. Green, the hygienists and assistants. Even during this time of Covid they take extraordinary steps to make sure their patients are safe.Eventually we met his associate Dr. Aida Lupu. Both doctors are excellent. We decided to continue working with Dr. Lupu and find she is such as pleasure to work with from a professional and personal point of view. Dr. Lupu is extremely pleasant, thorough, very concerned about the quality of her work and her patients comfort. She even solved a few problems that have been nagging me for years.Cindy has been assisting Dr. Lupu on my recent visits but as I mentioned earlier all the hygienists and assistants are great. I have been seeing Sylvia for my cleanings which have been thorough and pain free. My wife has been working with Dr. Janet Stoess-Allen for Invisalign and has also been extremely pleased.We cannot say enough good things about Premier Dental other than we have recommended many friends and family members to Dr. Lupu and Dr. Green. They have all been equally happy with the service they have received. From the person answering the phone to the billing and insurance coordinators, it has been an excellent experience for almost two years.

Aida Lupu does good dental work, but had a poor bedside manner with sarcastic comments at my most recent appointment. Her blonde haired assistant was equally sarcastic and rude. In addition, Aida Lupu made unnecessary political remarks during my previous appointment, which is very un-American and inappropriate.

I don’t normally write review for any place. I think some people don’t realized how harmful a bad review can be for a business. But at the same time I always like to check on the reviews of the places I’m going for the first time, so I think that write a honest review it’s super important .I had my first visit to Premier Dental Care today and it’s was AMAZING, the girls at the front desks were professional, nice and accommodating the appointment at my conveniences. The office hours are super flexibles some days they close at 8pm, so was great to have my appointment 7pm right after work and didn’t have to take a day off for an appointment. Now, my hygienist Sylvia was TOP, she did an amazing cleaning, she went deep on details, explain everything and make me feel comfortable during the whole process.Then the Doctor Hernandez came over and she was excellent very knowledgeable and explained me everything. On your first visit they give you a complementary cleaning and X-ray in case your insurance don’t cover so you don’t pay out pocket. Most important you don’t feel any kind of pressure from them to do any extra procedures, I had been in some places in Delray Beach that they just trying to sale you a membership or an expensive treatment during the whole process. So please if you need a good dentist I will highly recommend them!

The staff at Premier Dental Care was able to fit me in for a last-minute appointment since my previous dental office closed. Both the hygienist and doctor took their time to explain needed future work as well as show me with images.

In the past going to the dentist isn’t something I’ve thoroughly enjoyed but Martha my hygienist along with the team at Premier Dental care have with a doubt changed my perspective. Every team member is courteous and pleasant to deal with and Martha is the icing on the cake. Always smiling while doing her best to perfect ours. Highly recommend.

Not really happy with the cleaning I got. I just felt like it was rushed, and what really got me a little upset was that before the cleaning I noticed a stain , a stain that was due to me not brushing that particular area of the tooth thoroughly because I got an extraction a week and a half earlier at this same place.So after the hygienist was done...i asked her if she got the one part of the tooth next to the extraction location that was stained . She said oh that is plaque or something of that nature. I was shocked because she didnt even get tothat area to even try to scrape or clean, so she decided to do it again and right away the stain came off. She says oh it was just a stain .Im disappointed to the fact that I had to tell her to do it when she should have done it in the first place.I am going to get another cleaning elsewhere...and if its better I will take my business there.

Immaculately clean, modern, state of the of art office. I was able to get an emergency appointment within 3 hours . Patrick at the front desk had my insurance verified before I arrived and was so pleasant and helpful. Olivie was engaging, friendly and very efficient while taking my xrays. My exam with Dr. Green was quick and painless. He explained my options thoroughly and I left the exam room confident that my teeth would be well cared for . Check out was quick and efficient - my treatment plan and insurance estimates were complete and thoroughly explained to me . And did I mention Dr. Greens dreamy accent ? I would never recommend this place did bond on my front teeth did not even get 2 years Ive Bonded these 2 front teeth and ever 4 to 5 years I go back. To redo . Loss of money time and had to walk around with broken front for 3 days till a dentist with Bonding experience can fit me in. 0 stars

The customer service that Florida lacks is stilling right inside on Premier dental Care. I must say, Im impressed with them. I called wanting to get a exam because I thought something was terribly wrong with my teeth, they told me they give free Exam, X-rays and cleaning to first time patients so I said I wanted to book and appointment and I got in within an hour and got my service done and she did phenomenal Im very satisfied with Sylvia and the work that she did and also how she handled me. She was amazing.

Go somewhere else. They make mistakes and dont fix them. My son and i both have had problems with this place and have had to go elsewhere to get problems fixed that didnt exist when we were at Premier. Their staff hangs up on people and dentists will tell you to go elsewhere when you call them out of their poor procedures. Worst dentist ever!

I had the best experience today at Premier Dental Care. Earlier in the day I had went to a different dentist office that tried to charge me $800 for various fillings and a cleaning (that was with insurance!). Given the amount, I decided to seek a second opinion at Premier Dental Care. The front desk staff was beyond friendly! Zodie, my dental hygienist, was exceptional! She did a great job at cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable. To top it all off, I had the BEST dentist, Dr. Sowers. Not only did he review the papers I brought from the other dentist office, he examined my teeth very thoroughly and educated me that I did not need any fillings and my teeth were overall in good shape. I am so thankful for Dr. Sowers because he was honest and now I have a trustworthy dentist in the Boynton Beach area. So if you are looking for a Dentist in the area make sure to request Dr. Sowers at Premier Dental Care, as well as Zodie!!!

Premier Dental Care is excellent because Dr. Green is a fantastic & knowledgeable professional. The Dental therapists (and Jessie especially) are all great, as well as the entire office staff at the Jog Rd, Boynton Beach location.

The level of professionalism at this office is top tier! the employees, Hygienists, Dentists and Orthodontists all male you feel at ease and comfortable. Ive had night-mare experiences at other offices and I am so glad Zodi one of the hygienists recommended this office to me. ive never had better care and it makes all the difference. I’ve struggled with misaligned teeth my entire life and never thought I’d be able to afford braces until now. I am very pleased with this dental group. It is a well-run office. The doctors are excellent. My dental hygenist is wonderful. Zodi really cares and makes cleaning teeth a painless process. I first came to the office with an extremely painful abscess and broken tooth. I was terrified that anyone who touched my mouth would send me into even more excruciating pain. That was not the case. The gentleness of both the hygienist and the doctor (Dr. Ranan) where amazing. I was so grateful. They took every step imaginable to make me feel at ease to take care of my problem as quickly as possible and to come to a resolution with which I was very pleased. This is a quality office. They work late most evenings and even have Saturday hours. A true Hidden Gem in Boynton Beach.

Dr. Lupo is the FIRST dentist I have ever had that did my filling perfect without having to file the filling down a number of times.

My wife and I have been seeing to Dr. Green since 2010. We have found he and his staff extremely courteous and helpful. They have provided excellent care in a friendly environment. We have regularly recommended Premier Dental Care to our friends and family.

This Dental Practice is AWESOME!!!!!! They took me in an emergency with literally a 5 minute notice. I called out of the blue because my other dentist refused to see me right away. This practice was genuinely sympathetic and took care of me right away to help me get pain free. They are the real deal and I would highly recommend them, Everyone on that office is not only professional but cares about their patients and it shows. I had to undergo oral surgery and while i was in the waiting room the dentist that i saw there came out to talk with me and see how i was doing and also checked with me after the surgery to make sure i was OK. This kind of empathy does not exist anymore. I am proud to say that Premier Dental is my New Dental Office Now.
