The guy who took the XRays very very very nice to Isa and very kind and patient, the Dentist no words to describe her, she is the best! And her assistant too! Thank u guys! ♥️

Save yourself some time, and DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service. The lady in the front desk who claimed to be the office manager, was very rude from the minute we walked in. Did not even say hi to us, and immediately after me saying that I had an appointment , she just said name?. Really the worst part was her attitude, the way she spoke to us didnt even look at our faces and her tone was so disrespectful. She stood up and the only thing that she said was I cant help you.We were very excited at first to be to seen by the doctor in this office since they seemed very professional and had good reviews, but unfortunately because of the rudeness of this lady we left the place and didnt even get to that part.If you are reading this, you really need to work in your customer service skills. its a shame that people like you get to represent this whole place. you should not be treating people like this, just because you said you were the office manager that doesnt give you the right to be so disrespectful. If I could give this experience less than a star I would.

My son loves coming here. Everyone is so friendly and it’s always quick and painless which is everything you need for a kid visit!! Highly recommend

Great consultation with oral surgeon Dr. ADAM SCHLUESSER . Very informative and caring. Our daughter will have those wisdom teeth out in a few weeks.

This was my first experience with Shapiro family dentistry, I am such a scaredy-cat when it comes to going to the dentist; they were amazing! They had music playing throughout the office which took your mind off being at the dentist. The hygienist, the receptionist, the doctor and all the staff made you feel so welcomed and at ease. Everything explain to you, and before I left I had a quote for my next visit.I highly recommend you give them a try, super great team at the Boynton office.

I went for a cleaning and they wanted the doctor was forcing me to have an unnecessary root canal, debridement and invisaling. They basically kick me out of the office because I told them I just wanted a cleaning.

Going thru the Invisiline process and love it! My teeth after just a few weeks look amazing! Randy is so nice, quick and gentle you can tell he is an expert at his craft! The office is gorgeous and Dr Dari is beyond the best dentist I have ever gone too. I use to be scared of the dentist and now I look forward to it.

I recently visited this dental office for my first consultation. While I was in the waiting room I heard a fellow patient exclaim how thorough the doctor was. Boy was he right! Dr. Vera was extremely thorough with his examination and had an excellent bedside manner. I felt like I finally found a dentist that actually cares about peoples oral health. The staff was courteous and the service was prompt. I really dont like going to the dentist, therefore I am delighted to have finally found one that I really like. I intend to make this my dental practice from now on. Definitely recommend!

This is my first time here. I want to express my feeling about my experience. I think I better do so people are aware of what this office doing. I went today for my two kids appointments. Front lady asked me to pay $15 for each kid to keep their office clean. I reply her why dont you tell me over the phone when I make appointment. Especially two kids already called in and doing the cleaning. SO I HAVE NO CHOICE. the front lady said if I dont pay the fee i have to leave. I told her my two kids already inside the room??? What a customer service....Ripping off people. Is not about money is principal. Feel so uncomfortable……

Jacky, the hygienist, did an absolutely great job...very thorough and gentle. My wife and I highly recommend her and the practice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed to schedule my daughter for her Invisalign consultation. Dr. Dari was fabulous! She immediately made my daughter feel very comfortable and excited about her new smile!! Thanks again.

Not a good office. On several occasions I have called about my son and either the person that picks up says that my son is not a patient or when they do find my sons chart they tell me they don’t know what I’m talking about. I was given a pre-authorization letter to give to my pediatrician so that my son could get a procedure done. I got a call that that the insurance approved the procedure. I call them to ask them the next step and these idiots said they don’t know what I’m talking about. The dentist was nice but due the miscommunication, I wouldn’t recommend.

My experience at the Shapiro Family Dentistry was that of 5-stars. From the front desk experience, to the dental chair, and to the billing portion of my visit, everything was done with such quality care and professionalism. They truly care about your dental needs! I highly recommend them.

I don’t leave reviews, but I think I have to so people are aware of what this office is doing. So I went today for my son’s appointment. They are making people pay 20 dollars to keep their office clean, when it should be their responsibility to make it safer for their patients. Their justification was that the Dental Association was making them do that, we actually called other Dental facilities and the actual Dental Association and they haven’t heard anything like that. They are ripping off people. The office is the one taking those procedures. How are you going to charge people to maintain your office clean, when the service provided is being paid for? Specially in these times where people are having financial difficulties. There was this receptionist called Keisha that was extremely unprofessional. I told my husband about it, and my husband called the office. Keisha in front of other patients said that my husband was really nasty, which was not the case, instead of calling me aside and telling ME what happened, she decided that the whole office needed to know how she felt after the conversation she had with my husband. I won’t be back anymore. Super rude and unprofessional.

Do not waste your time going to this office or even doing business with Shapiro dental in general. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!My first experience with this sham of an office resulted in me getting a call 24 hrs before my appointment to say they have no hygienist for that day. The Boynton office then set up an appointment for me at the Boca office...mind you Boca is out of my way. Now I am scheduling another appointment and Boynton is going to say I cant go there because they arent taking new patients. How am I a new patient when your Boynton office sent me to Boca and Boca advised that I would be in the system and have no problems going to Boynton going forward.Your office and your Boynton Beach Office Manager is a mess!!!!

Very good quality work. My initial review was negative because of my unexpected cost share, which was misguided. After the dentist called to explain the actual work that was performed, I am satisfied that I was treated fairly and that the cost wasn’t out-of-line with what other dentists would have charged. (Note: The owner’s response was left over from my initial negative review. They reached out to me, as their response said they would, to resolve this to my satisfaction.)

Very great experienced!!! Greeted once we walked in very kindly and welcomed. They took our information quickly for new patient. Was helped by Monica, and she was great with my daughters they had a great time for a dentist appointment that they normally are dreading to go. Answered any questions they had and me too. As well with time to see the dentist she was very fast and explain any treatments we need to go thru. Overall great experience and very happy to Join this new office dentistry for my children and myself.

This is one the best dental offices I have been to. The staff is super friendly helpful and professional. Dr.Dari, Randy ,and Kisha, and Rebecca to name a few are amazing. I recently started my Invisalign journey and I cannot wait to see my results. This office knows their work and information.

Stay away from this place. Cancelled my appointment 17 minutes before the scheduled time. Bait and switch tactics with their treatment plans. Tried to tell me I should begin a 5k treatment on my older daughter ASAP. When I got a second opinion from an actual orthodontist, he told me there was no reason to start treatment for at least another year because her permanent teeth needed to come in. I found this place to be extremely unethical and the front desk lady was rude as well. Do yourself a favor and go find another dentist.

This office is amazing. The front desk staff is ideal, helpful and professional. The dentist assistant Rodger was outstanding, the best with my 2 year old. The Dentist her self is friendly and informative. Over all 10 out of 10!

It is the most amazing dental office I ever went to. My dental assistant for today was roger and his kindness and expertise made my root canals almost pleasurable and he also made my temps which are beautiful. The office is spotless and with state of the art equipment. If your looking for a dental office you must see them in bouton beach

This was our first visit to Shapiro Family Dentistry & the experience was truly professional from the front desk to the hygienist to the Dr. The staff are working hard to create a safe environment by taking your temperature when you enter along with thorough cleaning & wearing PPE. Verify disappointed in the service. I was charged an extra $200.00 for same day service. I paid the extra money to prevent further contact due to COVID-19. I’ve been back to the facility twice to fix the original service. I was denied a refund of any portion of the $200.00. Overcharged and awaiting to see if the job was done correctly.

I never,ever thought I would say I DONT mind going to the dentist.I DONT mind.Everyone is friendly , knowledgeable and uses state of the art equipment.There proceedures have been relatively painless .I especially like my guy Randi and will only make my appointments when he is there on Fridays.He explains everything and is knowledgeable and professional in every way.What a GENTLEMAN!

Great service from front desk to hygienist to doctor.

During my initial visit, I was pushed very hard by Dr. Brown and the staff into purchasing INVISALIGN. Dr.Brown wears an Invisalign button on his shirt and the dental assistant walked in with an Invisalign box before the doctor examined me. I declined the Invisalign, but was once again told that “if I signed up for it TODAY”, they would give me a FREE teeth bleaching. I felt like I was in a used car dealership. This practice seems to want to push product over proper patient care. I was then told that I needed a cleaning that would cost more than the amount covered by my insurance. I called my insurance provider and they told me that they can’t force a dentist to do the cleaning for the covered cost, but the cost the dentist was going to charge me was incorrect and should have been much less. I doubt I will be going back.

I was poked in the face by both X-ray tech and hygienist. What is worst your office overcharged me and fraudulently charged me for procedures that were supposed to be covered by my plan. I have filed a claim with my insurance company and expect to receive a partial refund from you.

Not so crazy about the X-ray machine being in the lunch room but otherwise it was a great experience. Dr. Steele seems nice and friendly but it was an initial visit and mostly X-rays and treatment plan. I really like the staff and will be scheduling all my upcoming work there.
