Customer service is absolutely incredible...From being checked in the receptionist (sorry I didnt get your name but youre incredible and super sweet, thank you) to Julian and Tyler who made my first Trulieve experience Amazing!!! Today Janet went above and beyond to find exactly what I needed/wanted. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff!!I will never shop anywhere else!!! Thank you all so much!!! 💚😎

Ive always been faithful to this location, the only reason they are not getting a 5 star from myself is due to lack of inventory. Employees are more than pleasant and helpful in suggesting the proper strains for certain conditions. I only hope they can get their stock sorted better.

I went a few days ago and a fellow named Mike A. was my salesman. He was great! He knew all of the inventory, helped me find a substitute product for one that had sold out, was knowledgeable on all products plus he was friendly and fast. Fast is good, for many times I come there and its a beginner behind the cash register who is lost and so is my time. Mike A. should be a model for all salespeople you employ. I like this Trulieve branch a lot, though I wish it were more consistent in its stock.

I went to pick up and got so much more than I was hoping for. I feel fortunate that Duane took such amazing care of me. He is sweet and caring and I felt supported just being around him. Great dispensary in PBC. I’ve been to them all and find myself coming back here due to the friendly service and quality product. The product here is really above other places in my opinion. But who am I, just some person leaving a Google review. Will definitely stay a loyal customer here, love the 20% veteran discount too. It’s a bit busy at times but hey, everybody wants to come here :)

This review doesnt reflect on the fine customer service at the Boynton Beach location - they are all great. Trulieve is the problem. Dont bother ordering ahead because the website doesnt reflect what is actually in stock. Ive been going to this store once a month since they opened and I have NEVER been given my complete order. This is basic inventory management software that for some reason, Trulieve hasnt bothered to invest in. There will undoubtedly be a generic were so sorry you had this experience, we strive to blah, blah, blah.... I would accept that if it didnt happen EVERY time I order. A few months ago, I composed a thoughtful letter to Trulieve expressing my concerns and although I left contact information, I havent heard a word from them. Crickets. Trulieve doesnt care - they are in the business of selling weed to Senior citizens and they figure youll continue to come back. After my umpteenth disappointment at Trulieve, I went to FLUENT today. Surprise, surprise.... their inventory matched their website and I was able to purchase what I ordered. Unique concept Trulieve, you might want to try it.

First time going to a dispensary in Florida. I chose Trulieve because they seemed to have more flower options than others in the area and had a great first time patient deal. $75 off your order of $150 or more! Definitely the best deal around from what I saw.From my other experiences at dispensary’s like in California or Nevada this was much different than I expected. I checked in at the front, I had to go back in my car to wait as the waiting room seats were filled. It was only about a 5-10 min wait until I was texted to come back in. From there I waited in the waiting room for about 3 minutes until my name was called up.I went up to the man who was directed to help me out explaining to him this was my first time, I wasn’t really sure where to start as they don’t actually have any flower displayed. I asked him what they had and he just named off a bunch of different strains lol... it was like he expected me to know what these names meant or looked like. He also seemed a little frustrated when I asked him to repeat the names again. Of course he only offered me top shelf flower ($45+ an 1/8). I picked a few of the names he listed off, he took out the containers (that you can’t see through). I asked to see them and apparently they’re not allowed to open the containers.So basically you can’t see what you’re buying and are expected to know what you want before you go in. When I said this experience differed from my other experiences at dispensaries this is what I meant as you are usually able to see/smell what you’re about to purchase.I’m glad I know what to expect now going forward here, I will return as the products I received ended up being pretty top notch.

...They have the best and largest variety of products in Florida at the best prices, Period. Check their online store. Ive shopped at nearly every dispensary (by name) in the state and they are hands down, the finest. They have great discounts for veterans, patients with lower incomes and also throw a lot of sales. If you shop smartly, they are definitely the place to go. If you live too far away to drive to your nearest dispensary, for a $25 fee they will deliver to nearly anywhere in the state. And as an added bonus, the staff is phenomenal. Go to any Trulieve location or have it delivered, you wont be disappointed.

So this was the second store Ive ever been to legally purchasing medical Marijuana. I am brand new to this experience, Ive been a consumer most of my life, so this time it was getting a brand new education the legal way of our country.Twenty-four hrs before I was at another store it was straight in and out, make purchase leave. What stood trulieve out, was the fact that the bud tender was more informative. I had no idea how the prescription worked, haha. It is interesting how each format of intake has an allotment allowed per period of time. I always appreciate customer service and just teaching other people in general. The more you know...I didnt like the low selection that was offered, didnt smell as nice as the other shop, wink wink. All in all, great experience, will be back.

Good products but terribly disorganized and frustrating customer experience. Pick up orders always take 8 or more hours to fill, sometimes days. The products you order will probably be out of stock by the time they bother to fill it and you’ll miss whatever sale they were on. Also you’ll still have to wait when you arrive.So just walk in right? Hope you have an hour plus to waste. They are always slammed busy but don’t seem to staff accordingly.There are many other options with equivalent or better flower that you can pre order from or walk in to and check out almost immediately.

Most of the time I love this place, the downfall and why I didnt put 5 stars is they run out of indica very often. The last time I was there I was told there are 1 g carts and all carts were buy 2 get 2 free. I asked the guy (who had a woman with blonde hair older training him or watching him) if I can do 4 of the 1 g carts (I even showed him the carts on the paper and asked if 1 g was inc he said yes so I said Ill take 4 1 g carts he said ok) I got home and it was 4 .5 g carts. I couldnt return as I had work and didnt have time to run back and forth. Its unfortunate I have to check my bag now each time because this isnt the first time my order was wrong. I wish I checked cause I missed out on $90 of savings due to that guys error - and he had the older blonde woman watching him so 2 ppl made the mistke! Why watch him if he isnt doing it right? Other than that and not having indica products often I like it there. The wait times can vary so its good to check before going too. And the security guard there is intense.

I have been back in boynton and visiting this trulieve again for about 3 months. Today was an incredibly pleasant experience with my budtender Frank. He was very pleasant, helpful, and most importantly knowledgeable about my medicine. He’s been my bud tender the last 3+ times I came in, and he is by far my favorite. I love how efficient, effective, and informative he is. Thank you Frank, and thank you Trulieve.

I recently got approved for my medical card and I had never known much of anything about this sort of thing. On my first visit everyone was really nice and they made sure to answer all your questions. I got a walk-through on pretty much every product and I got suggestions for what I needed. The second time I went I had to return one of the first products because it wasnt working for me. I went and was helped by Patrick and Dillon, they were so great and knowledgeable. Patrick gave me a lot of suggestions for items I was unsure of. I left knowing a lot more than when I came in, Dillon was very efficient and very friendly. I hope to get to more suggestions from them in the future. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for friendly and informative staff.

They trick you into coming in to up sale you. You make an order online.. Only to find out nothing you purchased is in stock. Total waste of time! The buds are weak in potency and very dry. Most of the containers are opened and not sealed properly! Scam of a company!

Ordered for delivery, never came when they were supposed to . Tried calling but They never answer phone calls . Finally 40 calls and a few days later I made a final attempt to order for delivery, they delivered but not what I ordered . Very disappointed, They really need to make there services Professionally better .Updated 6/2/21Ordered from there website with customer service , later get a call it’s all out of stock when it said it was when I placed the order . The Boynton Trulieve is great. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. They tend to be pretty busy, but are good about getting the customer in and out quickly. Sophia and Frank helped me last time and were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Kapp was extremely helpful he was able to fill my exact order, even after them calling and telling my they had no ground.

Bought some nice flower here but the pre rolled I purchased didnt smoke right. Tracked down the side. Opened it to re roll, and it was ground powder.

First time in a medical dispensary and was immediately greeted and told what to do. After, I was walked into the main room. There I was helped by Patrick who was very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. I ended up walking out with more items and saved money on top of it. Will definitely be making the 30 minute drive out of my way to go to this location because of the professionalism and great customer service! Thanks guys!

I have had the pleasure of working with Waggs a extremely professional advisor and I would highly recommend taking your time and checking it out I live north quite a bit but make the drive as the facility which had been spotless since the first visit I made to this particular Trulieve is only a couple of blocks off of 95 . Again I highly recommend this dispensary and have been helped by Liz in the past and their current manager Mr. Anthony James-Rollan was also a great help during this Covid crazed process. Crazy but necessary. I plan on going there tomorrow. Kudos to their whole crew for compassion kindness and professionalism in the proper order. Thanks for your help Ed

I really like their assortment of items. Very good menu! Generally, service is pretty good. There have been a couple of hiccups.WARNING ABOUT DELIVERY!Do not expect a delivery in less than 3 days. It is highly unlikely!I made that mistake and I will not repeat it.

...Went to the grand opening of the Boynton Beach store. Very nice place. Despite the incredible number of people (nearly 100) waiting in line to take advantage of the opening day 25% off sale, the staff stayed professional, calm and collected. I was taken care of quickly and competently by the very knowledgeable employees. Ive been to quite a few of their competitors and this place by far is the best. Also, this company as a whole, carries the best variety of products in Florida at the best prices. Great job Trulieve!

Brandon is the man. The guy comes through everytime there is an issue. Ive dealt with a lot of people here none are as nice and willing to help their clients like he is. Any time you have a chance to chat with him while there its well worth it. There are other nice people who work here and plenty of not so nice people, but ask for brandon you cant go wrong!

When you actually get called in, its a great customer service experience. Youre in and out and you deal with knowledgeable people. During covid-19, since I dont know how it is when it operates under normal circumstances, it is a little inconvenient for you to have to wait so long even on days you wouldnt think it would be busy . But its worth it. If you order for a pickup, just go in after you place the order to start waiting in the virtual line. Youll be waiting for that page forever if you seriously just wait for them to call you in. The people are great to work with its a wonderful spot. I could be biased because its my first dispensary visit but this is how I would expect all my experiences to be at a dispensary.

Ordered my meds, they missed the delivery window, i called everyday for 8 days in a row and they told me the delivery team would get back in touch which they never did, on top of missing out on my medicine for a week the resolution was dealt with very very very poorly they told me the managers werent available so she could help me place a new order that would mean not having what i ordered in stock at all so, if i were you i would visit in store DO NOT ORDER ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! Update, they gave me a decent discount on my order finally when the delivery team called back, 9 day wait for meds that got lost on their end sucked but they made an effort to help and its been super busy so i appreciate that just work on the customer service, and ill switch the stars back!

Out of all the dispensaries to choose from this seems to be the least efficient. Excessive wait times which would be ok if u didnt see 1/2 the staff standing around. Products are great but lets work with some urgency. It took minutes to be greeted because what ever was happening on their phone most be more important than their jobs. 2 stars is only because the products they sell are good

Awesome service in comparison to Deerfield. I drive out of my way for it. BUT I did witness something.The protocols for COVID-19 and people wearing masks 😷is great. BUT ... the staff needs to ensure the person in the picture has a matching drivers license and security protocol in place. I watched the intake guy give a dude with a beard a license with a bald guy and no beard .My card and DL were stolen and the state nor the doctors want to give me a new patient ID number . I dont even look like my ID anymore .... needless to say Trulieve Orlando sent me a text someone placed and order under my name for delivery and thank God I caught it.Hope all the trulieves get the message ... this medication and should be treated as such! Dont take it lightly !

I was prescribed medical marijuana but never understood what would really help me. Recently visited to pick up an online order. Clerk says, yeah, sorry, we dont have it.I held up my phone, say, it says order ready fpr pick up. 3 clerks nearby all say yeah that doesnt mean anything! THIRD TIME IN FOUR MONTHS ITS HAPPENED.Id recently felt I wanted to give em another chance, went there today. Four products I was interested in, in stock on line. Was not in stock, clerk said, yeah I dont know why thats there. Still deserve a ONE

Okay so I had to say something this time. for the past 3 weeks I’ve ordered ground from you guys and the past 2 times I walk in For them to spend 10 mins looking for my order Then to tell me they don’t have it after texting me it was ready for me. But this time topped it off I order 3 grounds today at 8am was inform that’s the time to order ground so I order and get a msg at 5 mins later saying it was ready after that at 11:30 am I get a message saying they need for information call them and They tell me they have one ground out of the 3 I ordered it’s so frustrating if it’s not long lines like a couple months ago it’s something else how are you going to tell me my stuff is ready and not have more than half the order please resolve the problem.

They have good products but their staff is horrible. I always feel so rushed when Im in there. They sold me a crumble last week that wasnt closed, so when I opened the little box it comes in it spilled every where!! Good luck calling this place, I was on hold for almost 2 hours before I hung up and drove there to see the store basically dead. This place needs a lot of improvement with their customer service.

Great products and employees, only issue is they dont answer this phone. I have waited on the phone for 40+ minutes with only 5-15 minute wait time and have never once been able to reach anybody at this location. Other than their lack of phone service I really enjoy shopping with Trulieve.

Horrific communication. Theyll send you multiple conflicting text messages about when your delivery is coming, more text messages thanking you for rescheduling when you never rescheduled, then when you try to call them, their automated system tells you to use the chat feature on their website and when you do that, the chat reps tell you that they dont have access to delivery schedules.So, if you like dangling for four days wondering when your delivery is coming, this is the place for you
