I tried MÜV after I experienced discrimination at and stopped ordering my medicine from Trulieve. I have had nothing but good experiences at MÜV since then. The quality of care you receive from every single employee is incredible! They all make you feel welcome. Which is tough to find and I appreciate it. It is most of the reason I will continue to return. The medicine you receive is always consistent and high quality as well.There are two guys who work there, who have more knowledge about all of the different strains of cannabis, than most I have met. It was really nice to have someone who knows what I wanted when I would describe what I was looking for. Recently I have not seen them in the store and I am hoping nothing happened. Even when I had to put my dog down recently, he went out of his way to remember and even make a note, or mention to another employee to ask how I was, when I arrived at the store the following visit. I will ask their names next time I visit and edit them in to this review.I encourage anyone looking for a quality medicine dispensary to visit any MÜV. I have been to the Pensacola, Bonita Springs and my home Boynton Beach stores and EVERYTHING is always consistent.

I havent been at the store yet, but decided to call customer service and spoke with Lauren. Lauren was patient while I asked questions and provided me with information that I understood for when my id is approved. She was so helpful and gave me her direct line and place my orders and ask questions. Hopefully when someone calls they are lucky if she answers or if you read this text def ask for her.

MUV is one of the better Dispensers in Florida and they have a good stock of products.. I just got home from MUV and again, another great visit and good prices for the Quality of Flowers. Plus they are Family Owned,and I believe that if its going to cost me money then Ill give it to the people who have NOT made it to the Is Fortune 500 club. So GET ready for MUV,to move into your life for the benefits that are to much of write about. GET YOU SOME.

One of my favorite locations from one of my favorite dispensaries in Florida! The entire staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. The strain variety for flower, concentrates, and vapes are awesome. The ease topical spray was great for hemmroids, the gummy and chocolate edibles are delicious and well dosed, my favorite crumble in Florida!!!

Picked up some Sour Jack from Jack, what a character. Loved the atmosphere he brought to the place and the Sour Jack was like 26% and completely amazing.

The slurrican is fire and by far one of my favorites. Hands down the best Dispensary around the palm beach area. The Boynton location Shawnette helped me my first experience wit MUV great customer service, very knowledgeable on what they have to offer , great selection on products.

This location is great! I have a couple of Muv’s in my area but usually choose to go to this one. I must say having been to a few dispensaries this place was the most efficient and the most friendly service I have received. Jack was so amazing in his knowledge of the items, he was fast, efficient, outgoing, professional and the list can go on. Jacob also had came over and he was extremely nice. Been going here for 3 or 4 months since leaving Trulieve as its been great up until yesterday I purchased 2 new muv dart pods and getting the battery free! Well guess what, after 3 vapes I was good for an hour or so, so igo to takes another vape andoesnt work. So I try charging and it blinks few times and light goes off so I figure its charged and still dont work.i called and I was told the product is to new to troubleshoot and bring it in. Well cant make it to store until Monday so all weekend ill be vaporless..... Id rather be sitting dry! Lol went back Monday and she tested it and device was bad, she replaced it no problem. Ty muv and wish I had got here name. She was amazing

Got to the dispensary and they sold me the wrong battery/pen. I never purchased a battery/pen from Müv. I got home, opened the box, and realized immediately it was NOT what I ordered. I checked the receipt and sure enough they did a good old bait and switch. They charged me $10 more for different (more expensive) model, but conveniently forgot to tell me. I went online to verify my original order total and chatted with Yanitza, who used pre-written canned responses and offered zero help or apologies. Her response was “there’s a picture on the box, you should have known.” Nice! Guess I’m going back to Trulieve.

Rude declined my order and wouldnt even listen to my problem cut me off while I was explaining thats the problem you people dont listen yet know nothing about cannibis if yall did you wouldnt have been cited multiple times for mold but what do I know in just a lil guy in this corporate messed up system sad I have to suffer and they dont have the courtesy to at least solve the problem or listen to it completely waste of time and money go to one plant they sold out too but at least the service is up to par and the flower is properly flushed and cured

This was my first time ordering from this location — i advise you i had an express order i never received a text stating it was ready, i called customer service and they stated they would take care of me as long as i was there by 5. i got there at 4:59 and they already had the door locked and vacuuming, assuming they didn’t hear my knock (door locked before hours) the lady advised me they had all computers closed so they couldn’t take my 3 second can pay. needless to say i left empty handed with no help or sympathy that i didn’t receive my medicine just a quick sorry were closed. horrible service i will never be back at this location. clean up ur customer service, i worked for wellington müv and we would never close our doors on anybody especially 2 min after hours . horrible company. — I went back today an gave it another shot due to there poor customer service care team i don’t blame the team members “alex” was wonderful and very knowledgeable she informed my aunt of everything (she’s fairly new to this) and took her time with her. thank you alex for making up for the customer service care team. you were great!

I’m really happy to have MUV open in Boynton Beach. I had been to another dispensary in Boynton and had a bad experience there. The dispensary that I really liked was MUV in Wellington but that was too far away. Luckily, here MUV is in Boynton! RSO syringe defective packaging...cracked on dispensing cutting two of my fingers..however the rso is very good. Its just packaging that needs rework.Oh, they called me, replaced product and gave me 15% off my order...so I changed my rating. They need to ditch those syringes. Also, guess I am unlucky a vape cracked on me returned and they replaced. They have great customer service.....this was the Palm Beach Store.
