Awesome experience‼️ Went there this morning with no appointment a little before 7:30 am. Greeted by Eli - advise to use kiosk regarding inputting info. Once completed sat down for literally maybe 10 seconds lol. Eli advise me on what to do and where to seat... I’m a big chicken when it comes to needles 😩 - so I asked was he gentle and he does have a sense of humor which was cool.He did great - and yes he was gentle/Didn’t hurt 👍. I was in and out - honestly I maybe was there a total of 15 minutes. ELI IS THE BEST‼️ The other lady that was there seemed nice also; she did greet me too..

Excellent location! Both technicians I’ve seen here are amazing! I’ve had really terrible experiences getting my blood drawn, and they are hands down the best. Very quick results as well!

I agree with all the below. Eli is the best hands down. He’s very efficient and explains everything. The office is very clean. East Boynton has some characters for sure but he handles it well

Arrived 10 minutes before closing. Technician told me to”hurry up because I already did my lab drops for today. If you don’t get done checking in quickly I won’t do your tests.” I was quick enough to have my blood drawn, but I told him he did not pull the right lab tests. He informed me he was closed. This required me to go to another lab for my necessary tests. I called corporate to complain and after a long wait I received an apology and then I was disconnected. Do not use this LanCorp!!!

They refuse to answer phones so you have no way of actually talking to a human if you have any questions. If you can’t answer your phone you have no business being in business

This location is super convenient, on time and efficient! Even more, Eli is THE best! I have a pretty severe needle phobia and he is so gentle and compassionate - I truly don’t see this kindness and professionalism even at surgery centers and physician offices. Thank you Eli! Don’t ever leave me!!!

Love this small LC location, super convenient and always seen quickly. Eli is my FAVORITE tech, he is so friendly, professional and incredibly efficient. He is a machine. Ive been coming to this location for years and no one sees as many patients as he does. You are IN and then OUT. Even after moving more north, I will only come here to this location in Boynton!

I have been here a few times. The phlebotomist is really good. (Its difficult to draw blood from me) He runs everything in office.

One of the best experiences, I have had coming to Labcorp. The new staff, who currently works there, he gets you in and out considering the amount of people there. Made my visit worthwhile. I recommend this location with the staff Eli because he is polite, easy on the needle and knows his job.

Went at 7 am with no appointment and was out by 7:11, blood drawn. Monica was great - quick, painless, and friendly!

This location is great. It’s small but I got in and out super fast as a walk in. Best experience I’ve had at a LabCorp so far.

I’ve gone to this Lab Corp because of its convenient location. Each time I’ve gone, once with my aged mother-in-law, the other time, myself and husband. Each time the lab Corp people were pleasant and efficient. I would recommend making an appointment first, online if possible, so they have your basic information already on hand.

Arrived at 7am for opening. Straight in to check-in on the iPad, then less than 5 mins wait until called through. Entire visit without appointment done in 25 mins. Great experience.

I have used this location at least 4 times and have always had a good experience. It’s a one man office so the person does the desk and draws blood. I always make appt. and have not waited more than 10 minutes.

I have had no problems..as long as you make appt on line and fill out insurance and personal information everything went smoothly. There is only one employee which does everything in office and deserves some credit for her services. I am sure it gets stressful trying to stay on time and accommodate the patients some of which can be a challenge I am sure.I find her services professional and efficient.

Came her with my 12 year old for her first ever blood work. The lady behind the desk ignored us when we walked in and checked in on the computer. After sitting there in an empty waiting room for 5 minutes she comes out and asks where my paperwork is. Id know that I needed this if I was spoken to when I walked in. So when shes ready for my daughter she refused to allow me in the back because she didnt have room for me and my 8 year old and wanted me to leave her in the waiting room. My 8 year old was freaking out because they had criminal minds playing on the tv in the waiting room and didnt want to be left by herself. How absolutely ridiculous that Im not allowed in with my minor child. Will never be going here again!

Not sure who the reviews are referring to as rude, but both times Ive been here Deana runs the show with ease and is super friendly. Almost didnt go to this location due to the reviews. My experience has always been quick, friendly and professional.

I have had fantastic experience with my 4 visits. The lab lady is very courteous and personable, its a small place an ive gotten in right away every time.

If you have a choice DO NOT GO HERE. in 30 years in the medical field the woman at the front desk is one of the most unprofessional, nasty and rude people I have ever met! I sat for an hour and had to go to another site. Go to the Lab Corp on Jog in Boynton Beach and see Pam. Shes delightful.

Its strange that I have never found her to be rude in any of my many appointments there.She has always been professional in my opinion.If you cant understand why people with appointments are taken first thats your problem. Just go online and make an appointment.I dont know what any of you do for a living, but I think it would be difficulty for you to run an entire without any help.Just think what it would be like for you to run an entire office all day long without any co-workers.I find all of your reviews to be without any consideration of others, as if the only person in the world is you.JUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. IS THAT REALLY SO DIFFICULT?

They need customer service training. Just generally rude and ungrateful and treat you like you need them... most likely it’s an issue with management not the individuals. We’ll be using Quest.

I cant reach a living operator to ask a very simple question!! I dont want to just schedule an online appointment and waist my time without asking some questions!! You cannot reach anybody by dialing the local office and theyre 855 number to schedule appointments is not working! It continuously says all circuits are busy! Very frustrating!

The front desk lady is rude ,,,nly takes appts 1st if not your last place. 4th fiddle omg,again its a waiting game ,only 1 person to do it all

Waited for 20 minutes, checked in, nobody came to help me or tend to me. Worst service ever.
