I have been seeing Tatiana for about a year now and I must say she is wonderful. She puts me at ease for what could be an uncomfortable wax and she is as painless as can be! She takes her time to ensure that has thoroughly waxed everything and has been helpful with my skincare routine for down there. I like the wax passes, but I truly go back because of Tatiana.

I came in mistakenly after booking an appointment at another location. Natalie was quick she got me in and out in 10 minutes! Very professional and comfortable. Thanks Natalie and the gals @ European wax center Boynton beach! ❤️

After my wax with Tatiana, I was so inclined to write this review and share my experience. I had the most amazing wax experience with her. She is truly an angel. She made this experience so easy for me. She not only is a special person with great energy, but she uses a very gentle technique while waxing, it is basically pain free. I am beyond satisfied with my wax. I just had to share my experience so others may have the same and get to experience this amazing waxer. 11/10 !!

The receptionist (Caroline) was so sweet, polite and she had knowledge of the products. She was helpful during the check out process and offered to set up my next appointment and recommended that I buy a wax pass to save money. The wax specialist (Robyn) made me feel comfortable by talking with me which i find to be very helpful since it distracts me from the pain. She had answers to all my waxing questions and even suggested which products to use in my shower/post shower routine. Overall the waxing job she did I was super pleased with! She made the process quick and still got everything super smooth. I was impressed with how well it turned out. I’m definitely going to keep going back to this location!

Today was my first time going to European wax center in Boynton beach , and I must say how beautiful and clean this business is usually when I go get waxing done it’s not the most enjoyable experience.. today Natalie took her time with me to do my eyebrows not only was she considerate of how I wanted them to look she was gentle and had me coming out feeling more beautiful! because of her and how nicely the employees are and how they greeted me when I walked in the door they definitely gained not only a five star but a new client very happy going back later to buy some products ✨

I never thought getting a wax would be such a pleasurable experience. My wax girl is Tatiana and she is just a ray of sunshine. I actually look forward to getting it done. She is so amazing, she makes it quick, easy, and painless, all while being professional and outgoing. I love how thorough she is and communicative during the whole process. I love European Wax i dont think I would go anywhere else. They are simply the best!!!

My daughter who is 17 went to this location for a wax. They sold her on one of the packages in which they would take $90 from her account. When she realized what she signed for we tried to cancel, and they refused to give her the money back even though her contract is not binding! She is a minor, who takes advantage of kids! WoW!

Robyn was amazing! She was very friendly and made the atmosphere very comfortable. Also, she was very quick and very clean with everything which I liked and made everything enjoyable :)

Second time coming here for service and both times I’ve seen Brittany! She’s the girl to go to very patience, makes you feel very comfortable doesn’t rush while doing her job, also educated me with some skin care products which I’m already seeing results! This place is so pleasant the minute you walk in you’re very well welcome and so far punctuality has been on point!

I called and spoke with Caroline one the phone and she was very helpful and informative. I was unsatisfied with another location and will be coming here next time. She reassured me about the experience of the waxers and overall was nice.

I have been going to Shawna for the longest time she is so amazing and very professional. Shawna talks you through the whole process while making sure your as comfortable as possible. Definitely recommend her for waxing!

I was in the area on vacation visiting family and I desperately needed a bikini wax (I hate going to anyone that isnt my waxer, but desperate times); however I am so happy I got Tatiana. She was AMAZING. Made me feel so comfortable, no pain and quick. She is now my go to waxer when Im in the area. Highly recommend her!

I have been here twice because they are open late and it is convenient. Both times I got my eyebrows waxed. It is clean and making an appointment was easy. First time I did like the shape of my eyebrows even though they were a bit more on the thinner side than what I normally go for but at least they looked groomed. I did ask for medium thickness with a medium arch and have plenty of hair to achieve that. After my first visit my skin was very red and for the next week I had some scabbing under my eyebrows... I assume some of my skin was ripped off. Second time, I came in after growing my eyebrows out for the last few months and told the young lady doing the waxing what I wanted. Also mentioned that I have sensitive skin and last time I had scabbing. After about 10 mins of her waxing and tweezing she had me look and they really did not have any shape at all and just looked slightly cleaned up... still too much hair, strays. I asked for some more hair to be taken to make it a cleaner look, and showed what shape I wanted. She worked for a few more mins and showed me again.... ummm looked the same. The worker was very sweet, but I had the feeling that she just didnt know how to do eyebrows and shaping well. To avoid a bigger mess up and having too much hair taken off, I just ended it there and said thank you. Paid 22 dollars plus tip...30 plus dollars, which is a lot for just eyebrows. I tip because I know people work hard and try, but I felt like I could have done this at home myself in a few mins. I wont be going back. Overpriced and did not do a good job. Staff was nice, but thats about it.

My waxer Robin is phenomenal. She deserves 5+ stars. However, it seems the turn over in mgmnt & receptionionist creates such a gap in ability to provide adequate customer service. I have been loyal to this location since July 2013 & to EWC for at least 15 years. After the nonsense with their systems and my passes, it is time to finally find another company.Do not buy passes and expect them to be applied to your appointments accordingly. Do not buy passes and expect them to be accounted for in their systems. Do not expect them to provide anything but subpar customer service.If you need an appointment, see Robin & pay cash. Do not let them okie doke you with passes.

Well, i loved my experience with the woman that waxed me but what is wrong with the receptionists that are always rude and look at me weird like they are doing me a favor? Seriously I’m a really respectful person and either of the two times that I’m being there haven’t tell them anything but is so annoying because a receptionist it’s literally the fist impression of a business, i didn’t feel comfortable with it so i may probably dont come back, i just feel like they were judge me. Love coming here to get waxed I been going to Andrea for a little over a year now..!! All the girls are helpful... I usually getting checked in and out with Bri. She Super friendly and helpful. Always letting me know how many passes I have left.. asking how’s my day been going or when there great packages going on.. always explaining how much more I would save with the packages with the waxes I am getting .. or letting me know when new products have come out .

Too crazy and busy when trying to check out. A little over whelming after getting waxed, you know? Toilet had some stains on the seat, had to wipe it down before using. Bathroom to say the least needs more attention. Grossed me out a little. Dirty bathroom tends to mean other aspects are not tended to either. The waxing was fine and basic. Nothing special. Just standard. My eyebrows were fine and my under arms were fine. Cant essentially complain about the waxing. Decent pricing and decent first time discounts. Im just concerned about the cleanliness. Im not comfortable going places where Im not confident about their cleanliness.

I went to Julie, awhile back, to get my eyebrows done, and they look absolutely flawless! She does amazing work and you can definitely tell she loves what she does. Not only is she talented at waxing, but you can tell she has a great personality too. I will definitely only be going back to Julie in the future. Thank you for making me look amazing!

Just got my first Brazilian wax yesterday. First time waxing anything actually. I had Olga, LOVED HER!! She was super nice and knowledgeable. Front desk girls were also great. Ive done everything from shaving, to creams, and even laser, Im sticking to waxing. It was quick and painless and Im loving the results.

I have been to the Boynton Beach Wax Center a handful of times and have always had a pleasant experience. However, my appt. with Sarah on 05.30.19 was the best EVER! Not only was she very professional during a pretty personal wax procedure but she was very personable to talk to about life things. At that moment she made me the most comfortable I ever been during a waxing. Not only in conversation but my waxing was the least painful of all the waxings Ive had. Huge kudos to her for being so young yet being able to balance professionalism while being very personable.

For a place that offers contact services, I was surprised that I was not asked any covid-19 related questions before my appt. No temperature taken or form to fill out. Also I felt like my experience with Andrea was rushed & impersonal. Overall sad experience, not what I was expecting.

So I was pretty amazed by my waxer until my son had gotten the first 2 layers of skin ripped off and then proceeded to get blisters. He isnt on anything special and has been getting waxed for over a year. What a waste now I cant even take him in for waxing because I dont want him to get blisters again.

I’ve been a customer here for a few years now and i will be forever. I even left for a bit and had to come back because nothing measured up to the staff and service. All of the front desk staff are great but i have to highlight one in particular. Bri at the front desk is phenomenal! She is always so welcoming and always has the answers for my questions on the products or the wax passes. She always remembers me which makes me feel like I’m not just any other customer . She is one of my favorite things about EWC boynton! I’ve been going to Aaron for quite some time now for my waxes and she is amazing!!!! It only does she remember me too but she always asks about my family and my job. She is always educating me on ways to take care of my skin and help make each experience better. She’s so sweet and kind and not only does she make me comfortable but she is so meticulous and her waxes are the best quality of the service I’ve had. Love love loveeee these girls and the staff !

This place wasnt a bad place until I requested my money back from a package I had purchased. This was the second time I purchased a packet and I decided I wasnt going back to this location I had 2 bad experience and the lady who usual does my wax was leaving. I had no reason to stay here. When I requested my money back they gave me the run around for 2 months saying that there changing managers and thats why everything was taking so long. I waited patiently till they had a new manager who told me that she would get to the bottom of my concern. 4 months later she told me that they put the money back in my account which I didnt see on my statement. I told this to the current manager she told me she has the receipt of the money going back in my account and they never presented me with a copy basically just ignored everything worse costumer service ever. I will never recommend this location to anyone. You may have a decent experience here but never purchased a package from them.

Today was my first waxing. I had Sarah and she did a great job. My eyebrows look great. It was far less painful than I had expected. I also was expecting a lot of redness afterwards, and was concerned Id have to stay hidden from the public all day (lol), but I have zero redness to worry about. I will definitely be returning.

The place was clean but the pricing is very expensive (you should get discounts when getting multiple services at one time). Most importantly, getting waxed was very uncomfortable because your butt naked the entire time, at least have towels available to let your customers cover a portion of their body that you’re not waxing. I was really uncomfortable.

I got my first Brazilian wax here and it was great. Mahogany made me feel so comfortable and the outcome was amazing.

Just left after getting my first Brazilian wax done Absolutely love the results the place is super clean the people are really friendly! And when you go you have to ask for ANDREA she made me feel extremely comfortable when its awkward and she makes it as painless as it can possibly be. Going again in 4 weeks!

I started coming here about 2-3 months & I love it here, I love Sabrina, she is the sweetest, she gives out good & helpful information, I havent had any problems here, very professional, calming & warming. I feel like she takes her time with me & I like that. Forever coming back lol.
