Seema and her team at Parkside have been so supportive and empathetic to our fathers needs. When our father was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimers we werent sure what to do. He needed to be in a home where he could be taken care of but after a few places we couldnt find the right fit for him. Seema had been in contact with us through out this time (the location was what kept us from going with her to begin with). She worked with us and helped us understand the changes that were happening with our father. We are reassured every day that he is in the right place, with a great team, and is completely taken care off. He looks good, he is happy, and well cared for. Thank you Parkside team for your amazing work!

Our family really struggled placing my Mom in a memory care facility. We researched, interviewed & lamented over making such a heart-wrenching decision. After meeting with Seema for the first time, we just had a good feeling about her. Parkside has ended up being the perfect place for my Mom, shes actually a happy person now! Before she moved there, she wasnt interested in much of anything, was withdrawn & not concerned about social activities at all. Seema told us how a lot of families end up being surprised how well their parents adjust. We thought, well, not our Mom, shes going to be miserable. Now she plays bingo, eats in the dining hall with others, and actually has a life! All of her needs are met by professional, caring people that really understand her. Such a tremendous relief! Its a smaller facility, so she gets very personal, individualized attention. The staff is compassionate & caring, which is exactly what we were looking for. We couldnt have made a better decision, and were so very grateful to have found Parkside Inn.

Our family came to a point in time where we needed a place for mom. We searched and toured many (all the local) facilities, they either smelled awful, were like a circus, dismal, or your just a number, etc etc. Then we found Parkside, I was impressed with Kelly, the staff and the owner Seema. They were all so warm and compassionate. Throughout my mothers journey there, they took remarkable care of her. We were able to sit and visit anytime with her, have meals with her,etc. If I ever called to check on her anytime day or night, someone answered. I cant say enough kind words about everyone there. When my mother passed, they all gathered around and said kind words , and gave hugs. And when I went to pick up some belongings I waved good bye to the girls down the hall from the doorway (trying to stay out of the building due to covid) and walked outside. To my amazement they all ran out after me to give a last hug and well wishes. This filled my broken heart, they are so kind and caring. I am forever greatful for finding this place! I know my mother is being well cared for at Parkside Inn. Seema, Kelli and Jennifer always keep me updated on her condition. Even before making the choice in sending my mother to Parkside, Seema helped us in getting my mother the appropriate care at the hospital. Thank you Parkside Inn for all that you do.

My cousin has been at Parkside for 2 years now. Seema and kelli have proven that they care about there residents. They have treated my cousin like a queen. The other so called nursin homes are a joke and just want the money and just do not care. If you have a loved one and want them to be treated with dignity, and respect you need to put them in Parkside Inn. Seema and kelli are the real deal. They are on top of there business and treat every patient like family. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

My mother stayed at Parkside ALF for almost a year. My family’s experience was exceptional. They not only took excellent care of my mother but they had a relationship with the entire family. I will always hold Seema and Keli in my heart because their care was genuine. There entire staff went above the call of duty to take care of my mother and the entire family.

Sadly, due to the COVID 19 pandemic, I have not been able to visit my Dad at Parkside. Seema, Kelli, and the rest of the staff have taken such good care of my father. You can see, by the photos, that he is well cared for. And more importantly, you can see that he is happy and loved. My siblings and I are forever gratetful!

Parkside Inn has been taking care of my Mom for almost a year up until her recent death. The staff and management of the facility have been incredibly warm and empathetic toward my Mom and myself and my brother. Seema and Kelly were always available to answer questions or do a FaceTime with my Mom since we live out of state. The care was top notch and we always felt reassured. I highly recommend Parkside Inn and the care Seema and her diligent staff provide. God bless!

My mom has dementia and has been in Parkside Inn since the beginning of this year. This facility is the best!!! Every single time my sister and I bring my mom back after spending some time with her, everyone greets her like she’s coming home. They make us feel very secure and comfortable with leaving her in their care. At the present moment, my mom is still quite ambulatory, but they make sure that she stays active and engaged. Seema, Kelly, and ALL the staff is BERY warm! We definitely feel like family with them.❤️❤️❤️

Brought my dad in after my aunt was brought in by my cousin, great place very homey and always felt safe. I really appreciate how they take care of my pops and give him his medicine on time.

Great experience any bad reviews should be taken with a grain of salt, Seema was a great help when dealing with my father who, i must add was a very disgruntled man. And I thank the entire Parkside team for their assistance.
