I never leave reviews but Missy is absolutely amazing. She literally transformed my hair. Its probably the best haircut and color Ive ever had. She was fast, affordable, friendly, and really nice to get to know. Dont sleep on this place or this stylist. Youll be so happy!

I installed a table there , professional people there and nice place.

I had a 90 minute facial and was very disappointed. I have had facials here in the past and was very pleased with the first few I had but the quality of the last two has been less than expected. This last time felt as if I got a one hour facial with wasted time in between. It also felt incomplete as compared to other facials that cost considerably less than the $105 I paid for this one. It is time for me to go elsewhere.

Cody was my assigned stylists and I could not have been treated better. The entire experience was top of the line professional. I have been to several salons and have never seen such unique touches, all adding to an experience that is more than a haircut and a pedicure. I highly recommend Cody and I deeply thank Bella Salons for supporting our local consignment Duck Duck Goose.

It’s so unsettling trying new salons.. I once ended up with a flat top on the side of my head.. it was tragic..Cody took care of my wife and I back to back, fantastic service for both of us. Very polite, comfortable conversation, VERY detail oriented, scissors only on top (very important to me) and very meticulous, no stray hairs left behind.Thanks Cody! Best place Ive ever been to when getting my hair done.

This was my first visit, scheduled color and trim with Kelly the same day.She did a great job, my hair never felt as soft and healthy as it did when I left. The color was perfect.Would definitely go back to see Kelly.I felt the prices were a bit high though, glad I had a gift card and $20 same day scheduling discount.

Had a facial and pedicure/massage with Savannah and a massage with Lindsay. Both were awesome and I highly recommend their services!

Bella Salon’s staff is so talented and made me feel so safe with their high level of cleaning. They also use Aveda hair color and products which I love! Thank you Bella for being awesome and making me feel beautiful and so pampered.

I love my Bella pedicures! Unlike the typical noisy nail salon, the Bella experience is so relaxing. The chaise beds are comfortable, the room is dimly lit, not crowded at all (maybe one/no other clients), and the Aveyda products are wonderful! I love the soothing heated towels and the spa products feel amazing. The whole process feels so much safer, cleaner, and the techs are friendly and professional. I will never go back to the nail salon for a pedicure. I am spoiled!

My wife and I enjoy getting couples massages and have had several in places like Nashville, Lexington, Louisville..ect. We both agree that weve never had massages as good as the ones we received at Bella. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

I am new to the Bowling Green area and go to an Aveda Salon in Aurora, Ohio.I had a Dual Exfoliating facial with Meredith.She was fantastic! The 90 minute facial was true to the description on their website.A++++

I had my first appointment at Bella Salon for a brow and lip wax with Cody. I am usually nervous about how my brows are going to look after having a brow wax, but Cody did a great job!My husband even gave me a compliment on how my brows turned out!

DO NOT Recommend. They gave up my 3 appointments that were made almost a month ago after I confirmed thru text message on Monday. Call today to give them our email addresses and they said they called me multiple times. I received one phone call. Now I get what’s available for a bridal shower spa day instead of what we I wanted. They sound very nice on the phone but clearly only care about the money. Which I would have paid in full In advance if I knew the stress that was waiting for me. They made no apologies and acted like it was my fault. Especially the owner, completely mean spirited and ruined a bridal day for someone. Shows the lack of communication in this establishment.Response to owner: You gave me ONE phone call. Then filled the appointment. What you should have done was sent an email that stated hey please call us with a payment or we will need to give up your spot, or send a text. But you did not ask me how I prefer to be contacted or even for my email address. It’s 2020, a phone call is not satisfactory for giving up an appointment slot, try 2 methods of communication first as is customary in most places. I am a healthcare worker my hours are long. So YOU messed up and I cannot find another salon I have called over 30 they are all booked. Which is why I made this a month in advance and offered to pay up front. This wouldn’t be as big a deal if it wasn’t for a BRIDE who is getting married NEXT weekend. You have dissapointed many people, including a long time customer.

Went in to get a haircut and the woman I made my appointment with over the phone told me the experience was all about relaxation and that I would get a small massage and a hot towel. I went in expecting to be pampered at this very lovely looking salon but instead I got a dry cut and was out in 15 minutes. The stylist did not offer a shampoo and style. There was nothing complimentary like water or a hot towel or anything like that. My stylist was very nice but I feel misled by what I was told and also I dont quite like my haircut because I didnt get to see it properly washed and styled! Doubt Ill be going back, unfortunately.

Got my wife a gift card here for mothers day. The prices are reasonable. My wife (Reva) really enjoyed her experience there, she said the employees were very polite and professional, and she was really happy with her hair. She looks forward to going back.

I was a independent contractor here a few months back and its sad how the owner treats their staff.You cant ask for a tip,because its tacky!! These people are hard workers and deserve tips!! (Maybe hubby bought you the wrong bussiness)She will run a special without your knowledge and dont care if the contractors get much as long as she makes her cut.

This was my first visit to Bella Salon. Bianca was awesome, she took the time to really listen to what I wanted and did a great job with my hair cut! The neck and shoulder massage and the hot towel treatment on my hair were unexpected and so relaxing. The cucumber water was a nice touch too. I only came in for a haircut but it felt like a mini spa treatment! I will definitely be back!!

I love going to Bella! Ive gotten a few massages and have always had a really pleasant experience. Joy was wonderful during the pedissage - a must if you dont give your feet enough love and attention. Also, they use Aveda products which are more natural than most.

Went here to get an express “pedissage” and the woman who did the service was fantastic. She was very kind and it was relaxing, a bit different than a typical pedicure but I suppose that’s why it’s called a pedissage. My feet look and feel great!

I have been going to Bella for several years now and won’t go anywhere else for spa services. I have never met a team member who was not friendly, professional, and expert at what they do. This week Joy gave me a manicure and pedissage that was beyond relaxing. Can’t recommend Bella enough.

I was laughed at when I tried to describe them what I wanted as I guess she thought I couldn’t have side swept bangs that weren’t to drastic in the diagonal.Not only that when I left the salonI had asked for my hair to be even all aroundBut the length Kept bothering me so much soI ended thinking I should just get it shorter in the back.Maybe that’s what I needed...So the day after I Went to Regis hair salon. Then only finding I payed $200 for my promised even hair was (2 inches longer) in the back!Yup, lots of fun.

There are angels among us! Callie, one of the Bella Salon & Spa stylists, is an absolute angel. My beautiful Mom was recently in the hospital/Sky Rehab for one month. Two days prior to discharge, my Mom was excited about going home; however, she was embarrassed that her hair had not been cut and styled in a number of weeks. I called two local salons asking if any stylists would be willing to come on site to Sky Rehab to cut and style my Mom’s hair. Unfortunately, the first two salons I spoke with (by phone) thought my request was somewhat odd, they were short on the phone, and unable to assist.Fortunately, my third call was to Bella Salon & Spa. The receptionist I spoke with was very cordial. I quickly explained the situation and made my request. I then overheard the receptionist repeating my “odd request” to a room full of stylists. Fortunately, I heard a “I’ll do it” and the phone was handed to Callie.I quickly explained the situation and my request to Callie. She very quickly agreed to assist. I wanted to make sure I had enough cash to pay for the service and tip, so prior to hanging up, I ask for the total charge amount and she said “it’s free, I want to help your Mom feel beautiful.” We worked the out details for Callie to come to Sky the next day (a Friday) at 3:30 PM.Around lunch, Callie texted me that she was running behind and would likely be 15 minutes late. Callie arrived on site at 3:40.I greeted Callie at the Sky front door and escorted her to the courtyard where my Mom was seated in her wheelchair. Callie was so sweet to my Mom treating her like a VIP client - asking how she was doing, talking about my Mom’s grand kids and wanting to make sure her hair was cut and styled exactly how she wanted it. Once Callie finished, she gave my Mom a hug and I gave her a very nice tip as I escorted her back to her car.This was Callie’s last style for the week and she could have easily passed on the request to go home early to spend time with her two sweet kids. I will forever remember and be grateful for Callie’s generous act of kindness.

Lindsey my stylist is awesome had a bad experience at another salon, Lindsey not only listened to me on how I wanted my hair cut she cut it exactly how I described it, and checked the cut twice .. once after she initially cut it and then again after she straitened it. My hair is very unruly and curly and she nailed it.The abed products she used were amazing and helped my hair tremendously.. a great cut can make anyone feel great.. found my new stylist!

I have been going to Bella Salon and Spa for over 3 years. It is professionally run which is something that cannot be said about most Bowling Green salons and spas. Most recently, I had a wonderful massage by Lara. I was having quite a bit of back pain and I feel like she helped relieve so much of it. The massage was therapeutic as well as relaxing. Lara is going to prove to be a real asset for Bella.

Took my daughter in to have her hair and make up done for prom. They did a fantastic job and were very accommodating when she didnt like the way they had contoured her face. It wasnt that it was wrong, just not the way she wanted done and they quickly fixed it. Loved the atmosphere and definitely a place we will be returning.

I recently moved to Bowling Green, and was looking for a new salon. I am so glad I chose Bella. Bianca cut my hair, which is short & crazy, and requires a lot of texturizing. She did a fantastic job, cut it just like I like it. Everyone in the salon is really nice, and accommodating. I have since returned, and had some highlights put in. They offer a lot of services, and Im looking forward to trying them out. Give them a call!!

I just recently had a spray tan with Lindsey at Bella Salon and Spa. She was very professional and made me feel at ease. The color was perfect and it made me feel as though I stepped off the beach. You must try it.

Terrible! A lot of money for very little effort from the stylist. Cut was a snip here and there..not refined at all. No styling with the blow dry. No effort at all to please.

This was my first visit to Bella and it really is a spa experience. They use Aveda products and I saw Bianca Hunt who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me a great cut and color and I will definitely come back to Bella.

I called for an appointment with my stylist (name irrelevant) and was told she was going on vacation so it would be approximately 4 weeks before she could see me. I made the appointment and confirmed the date and time. When I arrived for the appointment they didn’t have me scheduled anywhere. It was not a simple mix up of date or time, it had flat out not been scheduled. When I asked about rescheduling I was again told it would be quite awhile. There was no effort to appease me as a client (e.g., work in sooner, schedule with another stylist, given a discount, etc.). I really liked my stylist but will not be back. I’m super bummed about it.

Heather is the best hair stylist I have found in Bowling Green. After years of getting botched hair cuts and horrible highlights, I came to Bella to see Heather and she made my hair exactly how I visioned it! I have never been more happy with my appearence. I moved to Nashville about a year ago and make the drive up to Bowling Green every 6 weeks for Heather to do my hair. It’s hard to find a sylist who can do perfect every time! I highly suggest Heather at Bella!

Although they were friendly and welcoming. I went for hair coloring and cut services. Which didn’t meet the mark. I got charge extra for bad color and for “extra time” that she had to butcher my hair!

After moving to Bowling Green in May of this year, I have been going to Lindsey at Bella Salon about every 5 weeks for color and highlights. She always knows what my hair needs to keep it healthy and looking great!The manager and receptionist welcome me at every visit, and all of the staff are friendly and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Having read the reviews I was a little unsure if I wanted to try it, but I did and LOVED it. The girls did an amazing job for my facial and massage! It was very relaxing and just what I needed. I have nothing negative to say about the treatments I received. My only complaint is that you have to have cash or a check to leave a tip. All I had was my card so being from out of state, I was upset about not being able to leave a tip. Not very relaxed for the next couple of days thinking about how I couldnt make it back in there to give them the tip they deserved. So now I have to mail in tip money. The owner should take care of their employees by making that possible for them and not make it such an inconvenience for the patrons.

The ladies at Bella Salon helped me with hair and makeup for my Wedding day and did an amazing job. They were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I want to warn everyone to not get your eyebrows waxed by Heather at this salon. I asked for a simple cleanup but did not want to lose length or width. I had this done yesterday. She thinned them so much I had to draw them on today. Horrible experience.

I recently had an appointment with Bianca at Bella Salon. I was greeted warmly , asked if I would like something to drink and taken back to Biancas chair. Bianca greeted me and again asked me if I would like something to drink and we proceeded to discuss what my wishes for my hair would be.I have been to salons all over this country, but have never seen someone cut my hair with such percision . I love the Aveda product and she was able to match it to my current product numbers. I love the results and would reccomend the salon and Bianca to anyone. The only thing I would suggest, would be if the salon could offer a senior AARP discount as I am on a fixed income. Im sure that would bring in more buisness for the salon, the only thing is Im not giving up my spot. Keep up the great work, the entire spa was gracious, and professional and have figured out its all about Customer Service.
