Christol is amazing at what she does. Her and her staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive. They do get booked really fast due to how great of a job she does.I showed her some pictures of what vision I had for my wedding day hair and makeup and she made it come to life. I got so many compliments on how beautiful I looked. My makeup stayed perfect all night even with how much dancing/sweating I was doing. I even brought lipstick and extra lash glue just in case and never needed either one. My curls did fall, but my hair struggles to hold a curl and I had extensions in so they got weighed down. Plus, we got ready really early to get pictures in before the ceremony. With that said my hair still looked great! Thank you so much for bringing my dream to life. I would definitely recommend Christol to any bride looking for a hair and makeup artist.

Tried to book services for a wedding here, communication was incredibly bad on their end, unreachable for days at a time by phone or email, bad enough that we ended up booking with someone else. Strange experience, you would think theyd want clients?

Loved my hair stylist for a wedding do. She listened to my wants and made a beautiful do! As for make up artists, I was not impressed. The two artists that did my make up did not take my wants into consideration. Was told that I should wear specific products and that I “do not properly take care of myself.” Was also told that they would not put on black liner or black mascara because that was made for ladies who are African American. Very disappointed make up artists we’re not willing to do what I was paying them a pretty penny to do!

Bliss was so great to work with and Im so glad I chose them! I corresponded with Katy who is the assistant/receptionist and she was always so great. I decided to book them for my wedding without having the trial first because I was running out of time. Im so glad I did! I had the trial with Cristol and she is literally the sweetest person and I loved what she did with my hair and makeup! I felt ridiculously comfortable with my decision when I left the salon that day!Cristol came out with another girl (Im sorry I cant remember her name) the day of the wedding. They were super accommodating because some girls decided to get false lashes on a whim. I know they had a strict time limit and they made it work! They were again so friendly and nice and REALLY good. I would 100% recommend Bliss for your hair and make up needs!

I signed my contract for hair and makeup with Christol in June 2016 for my wedding in May 2017. My wedding was going to be in Columbus so Christol would have to travel which they said was fine and they knew about this when I signed the contract. A month and half out from my wedding, when I went in for my trial, I was told that Christol had another wedding booked for that day in Bowling Green, but she assured me that everything would get worked out. I received an email one week after my trial stating that in order for Christol to do my hair and makeup she would have to start at 6:00am so she would have enough time to travel back to Bowling Green for her other wedding. They also gave me the other option of having another stylist, Nettie, do my hair and makeup for free and they would also offer me a free trial, schedules permitting. Obviously 6:00 am is way too early to start getting ready so I was willing to try Nettie. They offered to have her drive 2 hours away to where I live to do the trial. When I said yes I would like to do that, they emailed me on 4/25 saying that because it is too close to my wedding date (5/27) and because of Nettie’s availability they could not do the trial but assured me that Christol would show Nettie what to do. They also tried to blame me saying that because I changed my end time from noon to 11:00am that it messed up their scheduling for that day. There would be no way that Christol could have a wedding before mine in Bowling Green and make it to Columbus to have me done by noon which means this other wedding she had booked must have been after mine. Therefore, me changing my end time to 11:00am should have actually helped Christol and the other bride out, not made things more difficult. Also, because I was the first bride to book, that should mean I have top priority over the other bride when it comes to scheduling. Needless to say I will not be getting my hair and makeup done here because of their very poor customer service and scheduling issues.
