The BEST experience I have had in years. Clean, fast, efficient and painless. Lindsey drew my blood and did a great job. I didn’t tell her my needle preference (butterfly), she prepped, saw these veins and switched out herself — I call that a professional who knows what they are doing. She also has the most soothing voice and made me feel at ease (I hate needles)!Side note: AVOID THE 4000 Mitchellville Blvd. location like you’ve been avoiding COVID. They stink and leave bruises after their multiple sticks.

I made an appointment online, but had a question, so I called the morning of. I called several times and left a message and no one answered or called back. After reading reviews, it looks like there might only be one person working there. I decided to cancel my appointment and go to a different location.

Only one attendant. Waited >45 minutes without seeing anyone. Had to ask other people for assistance. The quest attendant came out eventually without a word smiled and left again.
