Had an appointment and was in and out within 15 minutes. Uneasy about needles but the person taking my blood was funny and professional. Highly recommend. Location is a bit hidden.

The worst lab i have ever been to in my life, there are no divisions between patients and more than 8 people in a small, undivided space, my 4 year old son had to wait in front of several people while they took blood from other people in our face, and on top of that we had an appointment and they took care of us last even after people who came after us, obviously my toddler started to get nervous and cry, it is the worst experience in my life, if you have small children DO NOT BRING IT TO THIS PLACE, zero sensitivity for the little ones.We waited more than 1 hour, exposing and they wanting a 4 year old child to have the maturity of an adult to see how they poke at other people and fill tubes of blood without getting nervous, They should not offer pediatric exams if they do not have a space or experience to care for children.

You have to take the good with the bad but if I were to choose one this one is good some business are shorts Staffed every now and then 😌

I was here yesterday to get blood work done. I am a nervous wreck about needles but the technician was great at keeping me calm and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. The environment is very friendly overall!

I usually only write positive reviews. But when you have several bad experiences, enough is enough. The Bowie LabCorp is hands down worst LabCorp Ive ever been to. Ive gone there several times since its in the building I work in. The girls that used to work there were awesome but clearly they have a high turn over rate since now it seems there are new people every time I go in there. I swung by to drop off a specimen, which I have done before back when my girls that were good worked there, and never had to sign in or verify my ID for a drop off but this time I was told I had to sign in and show my ID. I didnt bring my ID with me since I was just running in to drop off. When I inquired about this I was greeted with rolling eyes and an attitude. Sometimes you get what you give but I can assure you, I was NOT giving any attitude. Not to mention, the office is hot, over crowded, it always stinks and is filthy. I dont know how they pass there OSHA requirements. Ill only be going to the Annapolis location for now on. The whole staff at Annapolis is great. They are clean, quick and nice.

I had an appointment and the service and staff were outstanding. I was in and out within 15 minutes! I will definitely return when needed.

Nothing bad to say, we went early. Glad we did the office started to get crowded. Check in was fairly easy.

Phlebotomist was absolutely wonderful and patient with a very frightened young man. No complaints there.But LabCorp, Bowie, MD...I don’t care that your front desk doesn’t know that cortisol is part of the adrenal system BUT I DO CARE when they can’t read the name of a standard test.

The slowest, least professional lab Ive ever had to use. Having an appointment is no guarantee of speedy service. Ive never spent less than an hour here, even for a simple drop off. The one positive is that the staff are at least pleasant.

This is the only labcorp that I go to. I make appointments and Im in and out every time. Everyone of the ladies have done my routine blood work efficiently and fast. I wont go anywhere else.

Ive never had a problem with these guys. Most times I try to make an appt or I go during the middle of the day. I can usually walk in and out in about 15 minutes that way.

How is this place open? How does it meet code?!?! Its filthy. There is blood everywhere! Its on the check-in desk, on the floor, on the curtains, on furniture. There is a film of dirt and dust everywhere. Its the worst location. Go elsewhere.

Theyve been very polite & friendly every time Ive been there. Very efficient.

As I sit here, going into a second hour, the staff doesnt seem to care and is laughing and having a great time. They finally have called me back and all the person at the desk could do was complain to me about how hungry they are. She tries to ask my info but stops me so she can laugh at a coworkers joke. Now Im in the chair but the phlebotomist has disappeared. I heard them discussing a taco bell order and I fear she has left to go across to street to buy tacos while I wait for my routine blood draw. This place is a joke and I plan to contact corporate about the treatment of patients. I have never been treated so poorly or had to wait for so long in my life. I arrived at 11:15. It is now 1:21 and I am in the back but with no one to take my blood.

Ive been going to the Mitchelville LabCorp weekly for the past three months. Because I can only have blood drawn from my left arm and I go weekly my veins are in terrible shape. However, Jojo has been able to complete my draw at minimum pain. The other ladies have been very nice and professional. I always make an appointment, have a standing order on file and goes at 8:30 am. Nice is as nice does...

Ive been here for an hour only 1 person is working and still sitting here. This is ridiculous because there is noone sitting at the desk totake my info, os answer my questions They have you sign in at a kiosk and there is barely enough seats! This is by far the worst service ever Im pregnant cant eat and uugghh!

They didnt do all of the blood work I needed done!!! Such an inconvenience and also resulted in a delay in further treatment for my health issue. The building in which it resides is VERY slick. They will lock the main entrance close to the noon closing time of the lab on Saturday to detur people so they wont have to stay overtime. But the seldomly used entrance on the opposite side of the building will be unlocked. Smh, isnt this healthcare? Arent you supposed to be HELPING people?! That is not right.

This location is the worst.They are so slow,even if you have an appointment.The workers sit back and have private conversations while theres a room full of people waiting.I will never go to this location again.i walked out and went downstairs to Quest,i was in and out of there.i even saw a few other people come down and use Quest.
