Awesome place to work out! The WODS are great, the people are awesome, and I love referring my friends to drop in and give this place a try as well. Cant wait until my next WOD and experience with the staff and box members.

I walked into K3 unsure and pretty out of shape. The guys made me feel right at home! Its a warm and welcoming environment and Ive grown to love Crossfit and the transformation Im seeing in the mirror everyday. The coachs/trainers are all very skilled in crossfit themselves but at the same time know how to train a newbie proper form and technique. They will challenge you everyday! I wish K3 Crossfit continued success and hope to be training there for the foreseeable future.
