Staff is very professional and helpful. They enjoy their jobs and their clients. They treat the clients like family. They are always available to answer questions and they spend time with each client helping them to improve their condition. They are excellent with clients of all ages and know how to effectively communicate with everyone. I love the staff at ATI and I will continue to use their services as needed.

The individual attention that is given to a patient is like no other. I’ve seen this facility on numerous occasions as had my wife. Not one bad visit. I will continue to refer people to this clinic.

Ive had therapy after 2 joint surgeries and 2 foot injuries. I absolutely love going. Everything is nice, clean and they have music playing all the time. Excellent work atmosphere. The staff is amazing! Ive worked with 3 different girls there, Sarah, Bri and Cate. We have so much fun. They take such good care of me there. This is the only place I will trust when it comes to PT.

My physical therapist Caitlin Renkin. Is SUPERB so my therapist is 10 star but the facility is between 3 star and 4 star only because it is ALWAYS freezing inside. If only ATI could keep the facility at a comfortable temperature it could be rated 5 star.

I cant say enough good things about my experience at ATI. I went in barely able to walk with a partially torn ACL, sprained meniscus, and dislocated knee cap and after 10 sessions I am back to living my normal life, exercising and running again! I have had to be referredfor physical therapy twice from a car accident I was in. Jason has taken care of me both times. He is extremely understanding and friendly. He also is very knowledgeable about my lower back injury. I would not do physical therapy anywhere else. Before and now in covid it has always been a very clean facility.

I will rate the therapist and the staff at this location very highly. Very friendly and helpful. They work around your schedule. The three stars loss is due to the complete inconvenience of their records department. 15-30 BUSINESS days is completely unacceptable to recieve coded bills and records. My lawyer and I have been waiting 2 weeks for an email. This is the final email for a 25k settlement.

I’ve used ATI for multiple sports injuries. They treated my shoulder at 13, and my back twice. I was 18 when I injured my back first, and then again this year at 26. Multiple lower lumbar disc herniations. Caitlin and Briana are fantastic. Very knowledgeable and really help you to get the most out of each session. Within 6 weeks I went from not being able to put my own shoes on to back to normal life. Highly recommend ATI on convent!

The people here at ATI were great! They always made sure to check up on me during my exercises and knew exactly what to do when something wasn’t working. I worked mainly with Briana and she helped me with a speedy recovery but everyone there were very helpful!

ATI Bourbonnais is the greatest place to go for physical therapy. I highly recommend going here. The therapists are very caring and do not just focus on their patient. If another therapist sees something that needs to be adjusted they will jump in and help. Today I was struggling with an exercise and not 1 but 4 therapist came and helped me achieve it! They have such an amazing team and everyone’s so friendly and helpful. Thank you ATI!

Rhea and Bri are excellent. Since Ive been coming my pain has gone from 9 and a 10 to a 4 and I dont know that I will ever get rid of it but its a good improvement. You have a great team at the Bourbonnais office.
