This was a NIGHTMARE!!!First of all took them two days to get to prescriptions transferred to their store only to tell me that they didnt have it in inventory and they would take another x number of days to get it in. but they transferred my prescriptions there from another pharmacy only because Smith is closer to my house then Walmart is which by the way I never had any problems with their pharmacy there it was only a distance thing, they didnt transfer a discount coupon from the manufacturer that waves my $130 co-payment so when I asked the technician on the phone called Riley if you could transfer that for me first he claims no knowledge of said coupons AKA a secondary insurance that would cover for that $130 for my prescription only to tell me that its not their job to transfer that information from the other pharmacy only to tell me that I couldnt speak to the pharmacist to ask her to do it because she was too busy only to tell me that this is not something they transfer cost to the pharmacist to handle anyways so already these guys spent more time arguing with me than assisting me with having the one piece of information transfered which I had asked them to transfer WITH the medication, but wasnt done. After being told the pharmacist is with OTHER PATIENTS making me know my call isnt important, he reluctantly placed me on hold for awhile. When the pharmacist answered the phone only to tell me they are SHORT STAFFED as if HELL, IS THAT MY PROBLEM?? Hire more people, the unemployment rate is high, there are great ppl looking for jobs, pay them a decent wage so you have GOOD QUALITY people working there, like other pharmacies do. I explained i didnt know all of the information needed, because it is a series of numbers and letters, only to be told AGAIN they are too busy to contact Walmart and get that price of information for 2 Rx costing $450 per month, and $800,00 per month.I remember now why in 12 years of living in Bountiful I have only used that pharmacy ONCE, and 6-8 years ago. They are AWFUL in customer care quality. As much as I live shopping at Smiths for all my groceries since i live so close by, I will continue using the Walmart pharmacy for their better care and quality of service. NEVER AGAIN Smiths pharmacy.

I recently transferred from a large, nationwide pharmacy to Smith’s pharmacy in Bountiful. I love this pharmacy! Everything runs so smoothly. The wait times are always manageable—usually less than 5 minutes, and all the staff members are friendly and seem genuinely happy working here. They are quick to answer the phone. They go out of their way to help with random problems or concerns. Just a great experience overall!

Always friendly and very helpful. They are so busy but I never have to wait more than a few minutes. I love the smiths app that allows me to check my prescriptions and order refills.

I can always depend on my Bountiful Smiths Marketplace pharmacy and general merchandise to find what I need. The employees are friendly and helpful, store is always clean and well organized and the hours are great. Why shop anywhere else?

I literally have been coming here for 1 medication on a monthly basis for almost 2 years. I also received a flu shot here at one point. I will simply say this:In this time I can count the times I was treated courtesy and friendliness on 1 hand. If I was times I was treated with contempt & visible irritation / rudeness, and forced to wait borderline ridiculous amounts of time for help I would need many, many more sets of hands.

Great staff, there was a billing issue with my insurance/doctor/pharmacy and I made the mistake of calling my insurance first I spent over an hour on the phone with them and got no solution, they told me to call my Dr Office. After 30 minutes on the phone with them they had no solution either. I called the pharmacy expecting the same run around I had dealing with this situation. Instead Ryan answered the phone pulled up my account and had it resolved in less than 10 minutes! No putting it off on someone else like the other places did, great pharmacy and a great store.

Been using this pharmacy for years and were very happy with it. Make sure they start filling the prescription before you go to pick it up (sometimes if a doctor calls it in they wont automatically fill it unless you come in or call and confirm it). But the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacist gives excellent advise and sometimes catches things that the doctors might have missed (combining prescriptions with compounding side effects).

I’ve been shopping at Smiths and using the pharmacy for over 25 years. They are always helpful and friendly. And the pharmacy medicine/prescriptions are less expensive than some other pharmacies.

I really enjoy the pharmacy staff here. Theyre always nice and the fill my prescriptions in ~15 min. If I were a teacher Id give the staff an A+ and a gold star:)

Multiple times Ive had prescriptions called in from my doctors office and they never received it. I waited 5 hours after my doctor called it in for the 2nd time and they still didnt have it. Last time this happened to me I ended up having to go somewhere else to get it because they kept saying they didnt have it. My kid was sick, he needed those meds immediately. They called me a month later and told me they were ready to pick up. This pharmacy is a joke. This time I finally had it called over to Costco and they got it immediately and it was ready to pick up 20 minutes later.

Fair service. Most of the pharmacy staff is pleasant. Its very busy from 9 to 5 all through the week. Lines are long and slow. The registors break down frequently and they close the store without any back up plan?! Which sends customers away very dissatisfied.

Its a bit of a hit or miss, lately Ive been having billing issues and have had to call my insurance company who informed me the pharmacy incorrectly billed me.

I really like the automatic refills and text message reminders. Fast and friendly staff.

The best THING that ever happened to me! I used to use Walgreens, DUH! Now I use Smiths, thanks to the recommendation of my doctor. They will, at your request, price check other pharmacies and PRICE match medications they find who are lower in the local area. I use a prescription savings card for my prescriptions, it is significantly lower than my insurance and then I ask the pharmacist to price check, the result....my prescriptions end up being around $10-15. And that is compared to what used to be $100+ dollars at Walgreens. I wish the pharmacy was cleaner and better kept, I dont sit down and wait because the chairs and table arent clean BUT, I do go over the furniture section and sit down and wait. They arent always super friendly, but that is ok. I am happy to be saving money.

Used to get our prescriptions from Walmart by our house but smiths staff is much better and reliable!

They only place I go for prescriptions. Great Place and they take care of you.
