Great friendly service. Interesting reading the negative reviews, they complain about having to wait a couple of extra minutes.You would be lucky if the wait was only 20min at the big box pharmacies.

I have come to this pharmacy for years and will never go anywhere else. If you want a personal touch, pharmacists and technicians that know your name and have your Rx ready when you walk up to the counter, this is the place. So personable and friendly, they truly care about their customers.

As far as a pharmacy goes, this place does the job. I feel it is an excellent place if you are a personal friend or neighbor of the guy who runs the pharmacy. But if you’re just an ordinary customer, you’ll feel like it. I’ve had to wait while excessively long personal conversations have occurred between the staff and customers. On the plus side, the refill app is great for ordering refills.

Incompetent,. Not willing to do what it takes to help and get the job done. Nice but not good, professional and happy to gaslight you into thinking its your problem. Given them a second chance...DONT GIVE THEM A FIRST!

Dicks Pharmacy has always given me accurate information and prescriptions. Ive never had a problem or mistake. Lisa, the manager is amazing and will take time to answer any questions, regardless of how busy she is. The techs are awesome and will take time to help with calling docs to calling other pharmacies to get information. I love Dicks Pharmacy and will never go anywhere else.Thank youDorothy Jensen

I really like filling here. They are so fast to fill prescriptions! The pharmacists are personable and even remember my name. I would fill her 10x over Walgreens or rite aid.

Now this pharmacy is a rare find! I hesitate reviewing it only because I do not want to share this hidden gem! But alas it’s the right thing to do! Here you will feel like a valued customer! They go above and beyond what ANY other pharmacy will do for their clientele. They take big insurance companies by the horns and teach Drs how to do their jobs! If they saw patients in a side booth I would proudly name these people my doctors....but for now I will settle for calling them the best pharmacist/pharmacy in Utah!

Waiting in pick up line the lady made me wait nearly 5 minutes while she told a long story about getting caught in a storm. She kept glancing at me, so I know she knew I was there. So rude.
