Dr. Wong took over treatment of my children after moving from out of State. As we were winding up this phase of treatment, I had some questions about next steps. Dr. Wong took the time to answer my questions in detail, and I found him to really care about the final results of the treatment. His staff was informed as well, and very pleasant to deal with.

I saw Dr. Wong and his team for Invisalign treatment. The entire experience was easy and I was very impressed with Dr Wong and his entire staff. I plan to have any of my children who need braces to come to this practice. I recommend them without any reservation. Five stars!

I took my daughter to 2 different ortho consults and they were like night and day. Dr. Wong took measurements and told me exactly what the issue was and why to correct it (the other doc did not). His staff talked to HER about mermaids, music,and the colors of elastics she would chose from. As a result, she was actually excited about and took responsibility for her treatment. She enjoyed collecting her Wong points and planning her colors ahead of time! We have now completed both phases of treatment just in time for high school and my daughter loves her result!

From the age of 6 to 16 I had 3 sets of braces braces, 2 different types of head gear, 3 types of retainers and one major reconstructive jaw surgery. And then my mom ended up marrying my orthodontist. It would be fair to say Im familiar with orthodontia. When it came time for my daughter to get braces, I interviewed several orthodontists and had them submit their treatment plan to my step-father orthodontist for his approval. He chose Dr. Wong hands down. Both my daughter and I appreciated the care she received and are thrilled with the results. We loved the whole process and the entire team. Id give them more stars but there are only 5 to give. Theres a reason Dr. Wong treats so many patients in Boulder and the surrounding areas... Hes the best! ...And it didnt hurt that he had the same jaw surgery I did! He intimately understands the discomfort of treatment the immeasurable benefit beautiful teeth will give you in life.

We love Dr. Wong! My daughter just wrapped up her braces with him, and I also did braces with him for a jaw alignment problem. Honestly, no one loves having braces. But if you have to have them, Dr. Wongs office is the place to go. They are thorough, conscientious, gentle, and take the time to explain everything. I also really appreciated the efficiency of their office: they are always running on time if not early, and when you need to reschedule an appointment, they make every effort to get you in right away. A great example of how a business should be run. Kudos to Dr. Wong and his awesome staff for all that they do!That being said, braces are a major investment, mostly of money but also of time going to the appointments. Before you commit, make sure that you understand how the payments work (i.e. if you have a college student and they transfer to another school, what happens?), and if you dont have a flexible work schedule, make sure you understand the appointment schedule and when you have to come in. In my experience, it is pretty typical in Boulder that dental offices are only open four days a week and do not offer evening or weekend hours (this is true of my own dentist and my daughters dentist, who work in the same building as Dr. Wong). Before you make the commitment, just make sure you understand how the whole treatment plan works and what is involved; then youll have less stress once the treatment is actually going.

Do not go to Dr. Wong. They say they care about their customers but really it is a factory that churns patients through. My son had to switch orthodontists because he moved to an out-of-state school. After determining that his only visit home corresponded with a week vacation that Dr. Wong was taking mid-October, I had no choice but to switch. The receptionist assured me that it would be no problem, they would transfer my sons records and refund me the remainder of my pre-paid treatment fee. AT NO TIME did they let me know I would be receiving less than half the money I had spent for my sons 6 months of treatment (of a 24 month plan). So, they kept more than half my money for 6 months of treatment! They say this is standard practice we feel it is fair, even though no one even hinted that they would keep this much money. Had I known, I would not have spent the money on the new orthodontist and instead spent it on flights for my son to fly home for a day to have his braces adjusted. As a result, my sons braces are going to cost more than $7000! Thanks Dr. Wong. This is my 3rd child through your factory and yet you treated me like this!Please, go to Boulder Orthodontics or anywhere else. My daughter lost her retainer and Dr. Wong, her orthodontist, wanted to charge her over $400 to replace it. Sorry, they say, this is standard practice. Well, Boulder Orthodontics felt differently and because I had been a patient there (a wonderful experience), they gave my daughter a replacement retainer at half the price Dr. Wong wanted to charge her. Do not go to the factory that is Dr. Wong. There are other orthodontists in town who will actually care about you.

Extremely friendly staff, affordable prices, easy scheduling.Dr. Wong and staff got me the smile I wanted by using the latest technology and techniques.To top it off they gave me a bottle of wine to celebrate being done!

Dr. Wong and his staff are amazing. I had a pain-free experience and I cant believe the change in my teeth. I had a lot of crowding and I still have my wisdom teeth but everything was moved into place and even my jaw moved into a better position. My TMJ is greatly reduced too. Its like a whole new mouth. I just got them off yesterday at age 36 and never thought, as an adult, that I could see such an improvement in my smile. Thanks so much, everybody!

I just did an ortho consult for a small bite alignment problem I have. Dr Wongs office and staff were warm and thorough to set my expectations for the course of treatment and answer all my questions.Adult ortho insurance is rare among employer plans and 3rd party ortho insurance is of negligible benefit. As such they provided me what I need to budget for my treatment plan in the coming year.

Throughout my first daughters orthodontic treatment (and now with my second daughter) we have received nothing but competent orthodontic care and exceptional customer service. As a prospective new client, what you will receive from Wong Orthodontics is a free initial consultation accompanied by a written treatment plan with specific interventions, cost and time frame. Discounts are offered for payment in full at the start of orthodontic services. In additional, discounts are available for multiple family members and referrals to new clients.From start to finish, Dr. Wong and his staff are friendly, generous with their time and responsive to clients needs and requests. They are highly personable and informative as well. Appointments are easy to schedule, and the wait times are very short, if any at all. After each appointment, the staff member who worked with your child gives feedback to the parent(s) in terms of what took place and what needs to be done vis a vis home care and future appointments.My daughters especially like the Wong Points Program in which individual points accrue after each visit and can be exchanged for gift cards to vendors such as iTunes, Target, Starbucks, Dairy Queen, etc.,.The office environment is aesthetically pleasing and very child-friendly with movies, music and decorations.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the quality of work seems solid. The problem lies with their hours and scheduling. I work 4 days a week from 7:15 till 3:30 and go to school tuesdays and thursdays basicly the same hours so I cant come in before 4:00 realistically. I broke a brace and the couldnt find me a time to fix it before over 4 weeks out and even then they could only give me a 3:20 oppointment. If your mornings are available you could get in tomorow. The backloading scedule is understandable considering that most people with braces are in school till adleast 3:00 you would think that the business would realise this and be open later, nope the latest opointment they will scedule for is 4:00. As told by their answering machine, their hours are from 8:00 untill 5:00 with a lunch break from 12:30 untill 2:00 Monday through Thursday. Who the hell needs an hour and a half lunch break! This means Dr. Wong Orthodontics is only open 34 hours a week. This business does not even open full time hours. Before choosing Wong Orthodontics Dr. Wong himself confedently told our family that they understood being a collage student would make it difficult but they could make it work. In reality the opposite has happend and this is the 3rd or 4th time in 6 opointments that we have had the worst experience as far as scheduling.
