I have been going to see Dr. Atha for over 15 years. I have always received excellent care. The office staff is very professional, and Ula in particular is a friendly and skilled assistant.

I had a similar experience to others who have posted. I had a dark spot identified, and recommended to get a filling. Against my better judgement, I decided not to get a 2nd opinion and schedule the filling. Note that I had no issues with the tooth (no pain) beforehand, it was just the x-ray we were going off of. After the filling was placed, I had no pain for the first week, and then a gradual increase in pain until I couldnt chew on that side of my mouth. When I went back in, they filed the filling down more (Why wasnt this properly done in the first place?!) They also mentioned that the cavity had been deep, and because of that the tooth might have to be replaced. Had they given me that information at the outset, I would not have chosen to get the filling in the first place. Needless to say, the 2nd visit didnt improve things, and I cannot chew on that side of my mouth, and even have to be careful when drinking hot/cold beverages, as there is temperature sensitivity as well.Summary: When I went in for a cleaning, everything was fine. I took their advice to fix a problem, and came out far worse than I went in. Ill now look for another dentist to fix the problem they caused.

I have been coming to see Dr. Travis for close to ten years. Everyone has always been professional and helpful, and made my dentist appointments some of the easiest and most fun trips for me. My teeth feel great and the doctor and techs take a personal interest in me and my family. Cannot speak highly enough of this office!

Just called to start gathering information as a new patient. i asked if they took my insurance, as its new and ive had 3 different insurance companies in the last year. the receptionist said she didnt have time to look up my social and to call the 1800 # on the back of my card. i already had to cut out time in my day to get appointments set up, isnt she the one getting paid to handle insurance questions? i guess they dont want new patients so ill take my business elsewhere.

The worst dentist office Ive ever been to. We made an appointment for simple cleaning. We came in and gave them the info and waited. When it was my turn, the assistant asked if we were related. When I corrected her, she talked about our accent and how my wife sounds like the people from here and I dont. Im not too bothered by this, but its very unprofessional to be so straight forward with your opinions to a new patient. As she was doing her job, she did not discuss or explain anything for me at all. Neither did the Doctor. I mentioned to her, then to the doctor, that I had a discoloration issue on my front teeth. He looked at it and said Oh yeah. Okay, well were done here. He did not give a single f**k, like he doesnt even want to work. There is no respect for the patient concerns. We were supposed to be called 4 months later, but we never got a call back to schedule another appointment.Absolutely do not go here.

I have been coming to this office for my work for over 20 years. Everything has always been great, from the staff to both Dentists. My kids have also had everything done here. Nice, welcoming, comfortable place to go, you know, if you have to see a dentist.

The entire staff here was quite nice and, I felt, did a thorough job on my teeth. The dentist I spoke with was an ultra-runner, which gave us something to chat about. One negative point: I did ask for a copy of the records to be sent to me, but they never arrived.

I would avoid Alpine Dentistry at all costs. They identified a dark spot forming on my back molar that may have been a start of a cavity. They then recommended that I have it filled to prevent it from getting bigger. Then, during the procedure, the dentist cracked my tooth! I noticed that it hurt a lot at one point when he was drilling, despite having Novocaine, and the dentist looked surprised. I started to have a lot of pain eating for a few weeks afterwards, so when I went back in to have the tooth examined. Another dentist, not the one that worked on me, told me that my tooth was cracked and that the only thing I could do is to wait for the tooth to fall apart, then crown it. My tooth was definitely not cracked when I went into their office (have Xrays to prove it) and Im furious that they cracked it, didnt let me know afterwards, and wouldnt own up to their mistake. Im in daily pain now and cant eat anything hard on my left side. Thanks, Alpine Dentistry, for making my tooth worse and causing me a lot of pain. I rarely post reviews, but felt it necessary to warn people to avoid Alpine Dentistry and hopefully save them some pain.

This is the most unprofessional office I have EVER been to. Honestly, I didnt even get a chance to meet the dentist because my experience with the support staff was so ridiculous I decided to walk out.To begin with, the secretary was extremely rude. She was one of those people who obviously hates her job and wants the customers to know it. She and another receptionist were arguing about the door being open, which made me feel uncomfortable. I sat there for 25 minutes, waiting for someone to come get me for the cleaning. Two other patients who arrived several minutes after I did were helped before me. The receptionist didnt say anything to reassure me that they were on the way. Just before I was about to leave, someone came to get me for x-rays. She took me through the building to an orthodontist office. The orthodontist was taking pictures of another patient and about to do her x-rays, so I was asked to sit behind the front desk to wait. There were several young girls working in the orthodontist office, giggling and gossiping. Thats when I decided to leave and find another dentist. Why would I trust the health of my teeth with someone who cannot maintain a professional office?
