Been going to Dr. Jafee for as long as I can remember. Receptionist Tracy is awesome. Its clean, professional and everyone is so nice. Mark is one the best dentist.I once had another Dentist (insurance was different) say I needed a tooth removed, went to Mark for 2nd opinion. He knew I couldnt pay full price at the time so he made accommodations for me and realized the other dentist was full of it. Highly recommend it. These people are trustworthy. Worth the drive into Boulder.

Always superb! COVID-19 protocols scrupulously observed! This time, crown prep for my two incisors that Mark was able to restore 32 years ago (without resorting to crowns) that I had broken lunging for my young toddler while leaning to ride her two-wheeler without the training wheels. That repair was finally getting a bit ragged, so, we are going with crowns. The temporary that Mark crafted looks pretty good. Look forward to the new crowns. Excellent, artistic craftsmanship. Comforting TLC by all staff!

After some discussion on how we wanted to proceed and future outlook we agreed on an action -wait and see- because of this tooths particular..... personality. And I am happy to add, due to Dr. Jaffees care I still have the majority of my choppers! and in good shape! what more could you want? 😉

It is always a positive experience going to Mark’s office.. We have been with Mark since 1980! Yesterday I had a teeth cleaning with Heath. There was no pain while doing the cleaning or afterward. He is amazing. Mark gave me a positive examination. Tracy assisted me into the office and out to the car. I am handicapped and they always make the experience safe and comfortable. The receptionist is pretty and nice although she made fun of me on our first ever meeting. The cleaning I received was thorough and the hygienist was very nice. The whitening procedure was excellent and technician had beautiful blue eyes, which helps. Dr. Jaffee was friendly and is an excellent conversationalist.

Just had my regularly scheduled prophylaxis( cleaning) with Amy, the newest addition to Marks team. She was fabulous...punctual, prepared for me, connected with me as a whole person and not just another set of teeth or the 11:00. I felt not only cared for, but also cared about, genuinely. The entire experience was customized, right down to adding a pillow under my neck to adjust to the one- size- fits all dental chair and my short stature. Amys scaling technique was skilled, gentle, efficient, and confident. Everything about the experience was pleasurable. What was especially delightful was hearing how much Amy enjoyed being a team member in the office. She raved about Marks work, level of professionalism, and shared that she finally found a dental home in Dr. Jaffees office. To have a team member exude pride in the doctor she works with, is a true confirmation of an aligned team. It was both a professional and joyful experience. Ive already referred two new patients!

The best dental staff around! I have a full blown phobia of dentists thanks to negative past experiences and lack luster brushing. Mark Jaffee DDS and his team are really exceptional. The hygienist was super gentle and thorough without the guilt trip. Imagine going to the dentist and not getting a guilt trip about how you need to floss more, I didnt know that was possible. They all took the time to get to know me and calm my fears. Mark Jaffee DDS really treats you like family and wants to know more about you and takes his time and is careful. I feel so fortunate to have had Dr. Jaffee for my oral care for the last 26 years! He is a consummate professional, treating every situation, every creation like its a work of art. He has patiently fine tuned bridges to fit perfectly, created porcelain caps to match my other teeth beautifully, pondered other dental abnormalities to come up with clever solutions. When his very attentive hygienists look into my mouth, they comment: Wow! That is nice work. Tracy, who runs the front desk is also a pro, accommodating patients needs with grace and efficiency. When a conflict emerged the day before my appointment, she cheerfully called another patient and got him to adjust his time to allow me to come in later the day of my appointment.
