Dr. Yates is a Very good dentist, he is knowledgeable, kind and honest.I just moved to the area and needed to see a dentist for some discomfort i was experiencing. Initially I went to another clinic and the doctor actually scared me that I need 6 crowns and 2 extractions pretty urgently, I left feeling mortified from the extent of the treatment plan that I received.Since my last dental appointment was only six months prior, I was quite surprised and devastated.The next morning I called and scheduled an appointment with dr. Yates I came for a second opinion and to my relief he was able to replace a few faulty fillings and schedule 2 crowns all for a fraction of the first quote. He did not see any reason to extract my 2 wisdom teeth either, since there was nothing urgent going on. I am very happy To have found an honest reliable dentist in my area. Such a relief. Thank you!

We had an emergency need to check out a toothache. My regular dentist is not open Fridays and weekends. We called Comfort Dental and were scheduled promptly and carefully examined, including critical X-rays.. All was carefully explained and we were greatly relieved. Good young dentist.

Needed a new dentist after moving and feeling safe enough since covid cases are dropping I gave comfort dental a try. I have slight dental anxiety and the folks at comfort dental were incredibly gentle and efficient. Bianca and Dr Yates as well as the front desk ladies were great and I’m relieved to have found a good place to go. My teeth were overdue for a cleaning and they did a great job. Comfort Dental is the best practice I’ve been to in Colorado. I come up from Denver due to the professionalism and amazing experience I have there. Todd and his staff go above and beyond and after trying 3 different practices, this is by far the best!

Disaster. Lost $2000. Needed two front-teeth crowns done. One kept coming loose. They glued it again, came loose again. Gross incompetence. Finally went to another dentist and paid all over again to have them done properly, had to redo the bone graft and everything. Wouldn’t give me a refund unless I signed a waiver to keep my mouth shut, I refused. Don’t go here. Big mistake.

I went to Comfort Dental because I had a sore tooth and swelling they got me in on the same day I called the dentist explained everything to my satisfaction they seem very conscious about pain and anxiety. Im going back tomorrow at 6 for my follow-up visit to figure out how to fix my now not hurting tooth.I recommend them, nice office, caring staff, good chair-side manner and they take Medicaid for those of us who need this, dont wait go today!

The place is a bit unsightly from the outside, but looks belie how great it is inside. Very nice staff. Weekend and late hours. Good availability. The best part was the dentist didnt try to push a bunch of medically unnecessary procedures on me. The last dentist I visited said I needed to do full scaling and had cavities. This guy, Coleman, didnt push any of that nonsense on me. This will definitely be my new Boulder dentist!

Boulder Comfort Dental is always a great experience. The Dentist is always so thorough, and even though no one loves going to the dentist, its a pleasant experience with Dr. Hamilton. All the dental assistants are also very knowledgeable and they always do a great job.

I’ve had over 10 dentists in my 35 years of life, some of which I had for several years at a time. Out of all of my experiences, I’ve been the most comfortable and happy with Dr. Yeats. For the first time in 17 years, I’m a few appointments away from stabilizing the natural teeth that I have left. He’s more than happy to work with your financial situation and he’ll throw in extra work for free or heavily discounted (even if it’s not required) if it’s going to benefit his patient. For example, I had an empty space in between two teeth, one of which Dr. Yeats fixed and capped. For no cost to me, he had my cap made with a filler tooth attached to it, so when the cap was put in, the space was filled with the attached extra piece. This alone has given me more confidence to smile, as there is no longer a huge gap between my two side teeth. Today I was scheduled for 4 crowns on my lower 4 front teeth. A different dentist had capped the tooth next to these 4 and the cap was a blue/green hue. Dr. Yeats offered to recap the blue tooth for only $250 while doing the work on the other 4. It’s these little things that show you when a medical professional really cares about their patients and not just their paychecks.

I had an emergency dental issue (incredibly painful cracked molar) on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dental Assistant to the Dentist stepped up to help me. I, honestly, don’t know how I would have made it through the weekend without their help. Everyone in the office was kind, professional, and took great care of me.

This dentist is awesome. I, like many others dont love going to the dentist, these guys had me laughing the whole time and the girls in the reception area are very nice and helpful as well!!

I had tooth pain and my regular dentist couldnt see me today. This dentist squeezed me in. The person who greeted me(the youngest girl up front) was kinda rude and acted like she was bothered by having to do her job of getting my info. Once I got in the back the doctor was amazing and got to me quickly. They couldnt do any work due to pregnancy but he was amazing. I just wish the person that greeted you was more pleasant and didnt make the patient feel like a bother.

The availability of this dental service on the weekend was a God send. I had an abscess that came on very suddenly and was extremely painful. My regular dentist was closed and unable to attend. I was given an early morning appointment and the offending tooth was dealt with very efficiently and relieved the pain I was suffering. This is a very straight forward and no nonsense dental service that I found to be both professional and reasonable. I certainly recommend them.

We showed up for our appointment at 11:00AM this morning ( 3-13-21 ). My son had a very bad toothache. When we arrived we were told by the front desk that they were closed for the day due to weather. It was snowing lightly, with wet roads, and the front desk person, who seemed to be the only one there, told us the dentists decided not to come in because of weather. When I asked politely why we were not called and informed, as we had driven in from Longmont, he said he did not know. I then requested that perhaps he call one of the dentists and ask if they could come in since my son was in a great deal of pain. He said he did not have access to that information. I then asked if he could call someone that did have access to that sort of information, such as an office manager, and perhaps a phone call could be made ? He said he could not.I understand weather situations. What I do not understand is one, not letting patients know you are closing via phone call or text, especially patients that had made an appointment for an emergency toothache, and two, why would you have someone in the office, who is incapable of helping us is any way. This could have been handled much better. I dont blame the young fellow at the front desk.....I blame the owners

I was there on Monday 7/26 I addressed the toothache.. it still remains I was told at the same office years back it was a cavity and its gone now ? at least that’s what the dentist who saw me this time said.. over $400 for them to make the pain worse!

Highly recommend Comfort Dental and Coleman in particular. When a crown fell out he saw me quickly. He advised me to put a post in to hold the crown in place instead of just cementing it back in -- and he was right. Otherwise the crown would have just fallen off again since there wasnt much tooth left to hold onto. His work was excellent -- and affordable to boot. Several months later the tooth remains firmly in place. Thanks to Coleman and the whole staff for a very positive experience.

The aesthetic put me off for a while but the quality of care is better than other affordable dental care in town. Great teamwork across the dentists and their assistants and office staff on a busy weeknight. Dr. Hamilton gave me images and mirrors to show me everything he was talking about. It really helped me relax during the procedure. I can’t believe I’m looking forward to going back!

Scheduling was easy, and I didnt have to wait to be brought back for my cleaning appointment. When the X-ray showed that I would need a filling, they went over the cost with me first and were able to do the work right away, so I didnt have to book a separate appointment. The filling had to be filed down a little, and they got me in that afternoon to do it. No issues a month later. No waiting, friendly staff, and great dental work!

Last week, I visited this office for the first time, and I had a very bad experience.The dentist was supposed to fill three of my teeth. While he was very busy with other patients, he quickly and carelessly drilled 3 teeth in a minute. Then he left to run to other patients and asked her assistant to continue working on my teeth. I did not allow and asked her to call the dentist.After a while dentist came and said when you get discount you cannot expect I do everything, my assistant helps! (I took this to mean that he believed that the cost in the comfort dental is lower than other places so patients should not expect the dentist to spend all his/her time on them).I personally believe dental comfort is not cheaper. Even if it is true, as a patient, I expect the dentist do all the treatment and the assistant just helps him/her. I was surprised that he left me with her assistant and asked her to continue working on my teeth while he was busy with other patients!I don’t recommend dental comfort to anyone!

No one ever wants to go to the Dentist..During the week I had tooth crack on me late at night. I called Comfort Dental and left a message, I received a callback before 8 am the next day and was told they could see me at a time that works for Me. I had to work all day and couldnt call ahead, I just showed up right before they were about to close... No ProblemThe Receptionist was very pleasant, She escorted into the exam room. Then a Dental Technician then asked me a few questions and took some x- rays. He was really nice and accommodating.Then the Dentist came in asked me some questions then explained my options, and said he could help me right now rather coming back another day..Over all this was the best experience Ive ever had going to the Dentist. The staff was most accommodating and professional during my emergency dental appointment today. I was very thankful they were open and able to get me in so quickly despite the current health crisis. I will be returning in May to develop a dental plan, as they have become my new dental office.

Chipped my front tooth at almost 5 pm. I had never been here before. I explained what happened and got me in as soon as I could arrive (10 minutes). Tooth completely fixed looking perfect and back home by 6 pm! With my insurance only $75. Amazing service!

Great place to have dental work done, I loath the drill sound, sitting in the chair, and large needles in my mouth. But the staff here made it painless and simple, didnt feel a thing, was in and out in an hour and a half. Definitely recommend, and I will be back for future cleanings/procedures

After spending a ton of time, and money. I now have to spend even more money on a crown that lasted only a year (tooth underneath) with a referral out of the regular office to a dentist I simply cannot afford now, leaving me currently in limbo with a gap, as the temp replacements (2) attempted simply don’t work, with the last one being as bad as the first attempt.I joined comfort dental for the affordable care as I need just that. I think highly of the Dentists working and running the office I visit, but disagree with comfort dental and their proclamation of affordability.It all leaves me feeling quite sad today that I’ve done lots of work to have an acceptable looking set of teeth and I can’t even smile or talk correctly for an indefinite time now as I can’t afford the referral next week. And I’ve no temp even if I could.

It was a very good experience, Dr Dave Yeats and his team took excellent care of us. I had a crown lengthening done a couple years ago and he noticed that it is getting ready to fall off. He explained all my options and the prices, could not believe the discounts Comfort Dental offers with the Gold plan. The pricing was still going to be less than when I had company insurance. I hadnt visited this Comfort Dental location before but can assume that he must be a valuable addition to their team. I am very happy with the level of care I received and will be returning. Its been a long journey but I am so excited to have finally found a dentist who does excellent work and that I can trust!

This Boulder Comfort Dental, in particular, never disappoints. Their hygienists are friendly and professional and my dentist is knowledgeable, kind, and a true professional. I have been a patient at this location for over 6 years and Ive never had a bad experience. When I was working as a case manager for a local medical clinic, I even referred many patients to this Comfort Dental in Boulder.

After a high quote for an implant at another dentist, I chose Comfort Dental and saved several hundred dollars. They worked me right into their schedule and did the installed the implant in a single day (rather than the two-step from my other dentist). The competence and service have been great!

I have been going to Comfort Dental around 10 years. The Dentists and their staff have always taken care of my dental needs. I’m able to schedule an appointment when it’s convenient and thus far no procedure that i’ve needed has proven to be too difficult. I would definitely recommend this location.

Got a root canal and crown done here. First off let me say I hate going to the dentist, my fiance referred me here, to Dr. Ike (spelling may not be correct). Second from start to finish he took really good care of me as well as my comfort level. I would suggest this dentist to anyone looking, as I am really happy with my experience. Its been awhile since Ive had one at a dentist office.

The front office staff is absolutely ridiculous!! They wouldnt know customer service if it hit them square in the face. And how they talk to you on the phone....like you are best friends, with the slang, the yeah or the we got you ever hear of correct grammar???? For the love of God! Please hire someone with customer service and better phone etiquette!!!

I do not like to give negative reviews but in this case, I do feel it is a public service. The overall rating of 2.5 on Yelp and 3.1 on Google, while low, are far too generous. Suffice to say, this is NOT the place for those looking for a professional, modern, clean and high-quality dental experience. Quite the contrary. Even without other options, I would be hesitant to place my trust in their services. But I suppose, depending on your circumstances, it might be better than nothing.

As a first time client they made me feel welcome. The staff were honest and open. Dr. Eich was very good as well as all the nurses / technicians that assisted. All my questions were answered and I felt comfortable moving forward with my recommended dental work.I had a filling done as well as a tooth extraction and everything went very well. Id recommend (at least) this Comfort Dental location.

Super competent dentist laid out a plan mentioning cost for each as well explaining alternatives and pros/cons to each. Made a successful plan up with me in a way that I was able to feel confident i was getting everything fixed that needed to be done, and in what order as some was more pressing than others. The dentist also called me after on both occasions after having work done to check on pain/ or if adjustments were needed after numbing subsided. They work with medicaid. Would recommend to anyone, and will be going back when needing more work done.

Today I went in for an extraction. The teeth were removed. Dr. Coleman took great care of me made sure i was comfortable and remembered to breath. At one point there was pain, so he stopped added more numbing agent and let it absorb in before he went back to work. Finally he called to check in on me, and make sure i was doing well. Ive never had any doctor do that. Made me feel extremely valued and cared for. Thank you all so much.

I went to Comfort Dental last November for a teeth cleaning. I have never had a cavity as an adult, but I hadnt been to the dentist in 3 years, so I believed them when they told me I had 3 cavities. Big mistake! They filled two of my cavities, and one of them (which did not hurt before the filling), still hurt 3 months later. When I went back in to complain, they told me that I needed a root canal. I went to a more reputable dentist to get a second opinion, and he told me that there was no way I needed a root canal, because the filling was so shallow. It turns out that I have a cracked tooth, which wasnt the case before I went to Comfort Dental. $2000 later (including the fees for 2 fillings at Comfort Dental and the crown and office visits/x-rays at the new dentist), my tooth seems to be fixed. Additionally, my new dentist told me that the third cavity Comfort Dental told me I had does not exist. To top it all off, when I went to my new dentist to have my teeth cleaned, the hygienist told me that it looked like my teeth hadnt been professionally cleaned in years (even though I had them cleaned at Comfort Dental 3 months prior). Stay far away from this place! Going there will end up costing you thousands of dollars!

The care I received by the staff and dentist was the best I’ve received in a long time. I hate the dentist and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all.
