Dr. Walker and his staff are extraordinary. The appointments are quick, the techs are nice, and the results (thus far — not done with my treatment yet) have been impressive.My bite was horrible before braces; none of my molars touched. A little over halfway through my treatment, and now my teeth look great and the bite is mostly fixed.Pricing is also very competitive.

Dr. Walker and his staff have been so great to me! Im still undergoing treatment but I am so excited for the end! There was a little mix up when I was switching orthodontist but they handled it really well! Im so glad and fortunate to be able to go to an office that is so caring, it really makes everything a little bit easier!

My first experience with Dr. walker and his staff was 10 Yrs. ago with my son Joe and now with my son Ethan and daughter Leah (present day Nov. 2017) He just phoned(9:10 pm.) my home leaving his HOME phone number inquiring as to how my 13 and 12 year olds were doing after their appointments today. He just wanted to make sure they were feeling okay after installing head gear on one and an ex-pander on my other child. He was so compassionate I was astonished and told him(youre so awesome, do you do this for all your patients?). He is so funny and personable.(makes you laugh every time). I have been late and even forgotten our appointment altogether....without issue! My only concern is that he will retire before my 9 and 6 yr. old need braces. Simply put Dr. Walker is altruistic in every sense. My children love him and cant wait to see him again. Thank you Dr. walker......PS. My 26 year old sons teeth are beautifully stunning. Dr. Walker is the best!Im an older adult & needed my lower teeth straightened. Dr. Walker accomplished it with an adjustable (and removable) retainer in less than 6 months. It was convenient & affordable with periodic adjustments as needed.The staff is always friendly & organized, too.

My young teen son was facing an enormous challenge with his teeth, he was very self conscious, and other kids would would point out his flaws... I am a single mom of a couple, barely hanging on with necessities, but my son was accepted into a nationwide program where Dr.Walker locally cares about the children that are less fortunate. Allowing children to receive braces, when otherwise it is not an option. My son and I are INCREDIBLY thankful for Dr. Walker and his staff for what they are doing for him. Dr. Walker CARES SO MUCH, and is a ray of sunshine for everyone. I cant thank him enough.

Dr walker has worked on both me and my older sister, she is now graduated from college and I am currently in college. We both constantly have people comment on how straight and fantastic our teeth look! Dr Walker and his entire staff have always been the nicest people and I can always count on laughing and smiling while I am there. Dr Walker has a great sense of humor but has a great care for what he does and it shows in the work he produces. He is educated and passionate- the most important combination. The clinic is on time, prompt, professional, and cordial. Definitely will be bringing my kids here!

Both my son and I are very confident in their care. The program is competitively priced but I feel there is no compromise in care. Dr. Walker and the whole staff are super professional yet friendly--even my daughters have fun, and theyre not even patients! Appointments are quick and efficient, but not rushed. My son is very sensitive to touch and pain and yet is still very willing to keep every appointment. Recommend Dr. Walker all the time to friends who are looking around for orthodontic care.

Dr Walker was an amazing orthodontist. He always made my kids feel welcome and important. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was covered under our insurance and thus the entire process was seamless and painless. My kids both have such beautiful smiles now.

I have been seeing Dr. Walker since I was a little kid needing an expander. I also ended up needing braces and retainers but Dr. Walker has been so understanding and easy to work with the whole ten+ years I have known him. My son is very scared of dentist due to previous experience. When I mentioned to my son that he need braces, it didnt go so well. I let him know that if he does not like the way he is treated then we dont have to proceed with the process and look else where. The first time we came to this orthodontist we had such an amazing experience. The receptionist made us feel welcome. Dr. Walker was very informative regarding the procedure. The doctor were very interactive with my kiddos. The one that didnt need braces wanted to come back for treatment just because they think the doctor is cool and fun. We came back for x-rays and teeth impression? My son was actually excited to get his profile started. The nurse was so sweet and gentle. She had fun and made my son comfortable with the visit. She made sure she include him physically with the process so he dont feel left out. My son cant wait to start the journey with the team. I will recommend anyone to this orthodontist. I do not have any negative comment because I wasnt Given any reason for one. Thank you to Dr. Walker and his team for the positive and welcoming experience.

Great! Excellent experience from start to finish. All of my kids will go to Dr Walker. He couldnt be more caring, personable. Their office even helped with my foster son who is public assistance.The one star review from Ning Tang is hilarious. She was late and didnt have her paperwork...for a FREE consult. And thats Dr. Walkers fault when they had to complete the paperwork. Got it. Some people are so entitled they dont see how ridiculous they look. Ignore her absurd review. Nothing but the best, Dr. Walkers office runs like a machine! The office staff are knowledgeable, fast and error free. You dont wait long for anything, and theyve been flexible about scheduling conflicts that arise. Dr. Walker and his team did a great job. They are friendly and realatable people who are very experienced in what they do. My smile is doing well and they went above and beyond specifically in times when my braces or retainer broke and they allowed me to come in the same day and get in fixed for free. Also, they are very quick and efficient so you dont need to spend a lot of time in the office.

I was very happy with my first consultation yesterday for my child to get braces. John didnt charge for the pre-treatment visit, he explained the whole process including costs to me very well and actually recommended on waiting for a while until my child loses a few more baby teeth before starting any work to reduce the total amount of work and cost.

We have had a wonderful experience at your office. What we were first impressed by was Dr. Walkers sense of humor and genuine friendliness! My kids just love him & didnt even want to get a second consult. We have never had to wait very long when we come in for appointments & the girls that help us in the chair are always so sweet. The little things that Dr. Walker does like joking with the kids and blowing up rubber gloves for them make all the difference! The video games are a bonus since we dont have these at home. When my son has had various emergencies with his braces or retainer, even on the weekend, Dr.Walker has accommodated our needs. He has explained thoroughly the processes, the cost, and the expectations and projections of future needs where possible. The rest of the assistants in the office have also been very accommodating and friendly, seeming to understand that schedules and timeliness with children can be a challenge.

Dr. Walker has treated all 3 of our kids, and we were very happy with his services. He is a great orthodontist who is more concerned about treating his patients than figuring out ways to charge them. More than once, he has gone above and beyond in his treatments, and we were never charged extra. His staff is friendly, and his prices are fair. I only wish there were more doctors out there like him.

I was Dr. Walkers patient when I was 10 years old (I had a crossbite, and he fixed it). I remember he wore the craziest ties ever, had cool pictures on the ceiling to look at, and had a sticker on the wall that said No whining that he pointed to often. This was in the early 90s.When I was 26 I got braces for cosmetic reasons. I came to visit my parents in Boulder (I was living out of state) and somehow popped off a bracket, so of course I called Dr. Walker. He got me in right away, and even remembered me as a patient! He still wears the craziest ties and has a fun and reassuring personality. Dr. Walker is awesome :)

Dr. Walker and his staff are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable. At my sons first visit, Dr. Walker suggested waiting a few months until my son had lost his baby teeth. Six months later, we received follow-up communication checking on my sons teeth. Upon a second free consulation, Dr. Walker walked us through the whole process and worked with us to find an affordable treatment plan for my sons care. My son enjoys Dr. Walkers humor, and I feel confident that my son is receiving excellent care from Dr. Walker and his staff.

I had a good experience with my braces. Obviously I still had to have braces, and had to deal with building calluses, the tightening, etc. However, Dr. Walker is a great orthodontist. I did enjoy the flexibility the office allowed with scheduling. I would have to take the bus to my appointments, and some months the bus was running late. I would call and let them know I was running late, and they were totally understanding. Also, Dr. Walker actually remebered things about me from month to month (and even over the 2 1/2 years I had them as well). Also, after I got my braces off, we realized one of the reason I had been having stomach problems was that I was allergix to the metal in my braces, and Dr. Walker was totally helpful in making sure that my retainer would work for me

I dont know enough about Dr. Walker to comment on his work, but his front office is extremely rude and unprofessional. We had an appointment for a free 15 minute ortho consultation for my daughter. We were running late for 10 minutes due to some crazy traffic on 36. The front desk lady threw up her hands with frustration when I told her that I didnt have the form with me (filled it in weeks ago but then left it home). It didnt matter anyway because by that time the doctor was already on the phone on a business call. Nobody talked to us for the next 25 minutes. We were still waiting patiently when I overheard her complaining LOUDLY about us being late to somebody else. Did she think that I dont speak English??? I think its outright rude and unprofessional, if not discriminating.Mind you that its only an initial free consultation of 15 minutes. And then youll need to PAY to get a real consultation and hear about pricing options, etc. Other orthodontists in town would give you a free, real consultation during the initial visit.So I decided to walk out. Even if the ortho work is FREE, I wouldnt want to sign up with them. It takes quite a few visits to get the ortho work done. If this visit is an indication of how the future visits will look like, I dont need more visits! For all I know, this receptionist should be fired because (s)he is the gatekeeper and face of an office like that. IF the doctor is good, she is sending out a wrong message to the rest of the world.

I am very happy with Dr Walker and would recommend him to any of my friends! Working with his staff has been a pleasure and things have turned out just as expected.
