Dear future patients, I am a patient at Spine institute N.W.. I had major back surgery two weeks ago today. I cant tell you how pleased I am with the Dr. and Staff. Dr. Kamson is a AWESOME doctor, very caring, gentle, warm, and most important very sincere. The office staff is very friendly. I have to single out Chelsea, omg, what a wonderful young lady she is. She greeted us @ 6am the morning of surgery. This young lady made us feel so at ease, welcomed us like family. I was very nervous, worried and she explained to me the process and take away any concerns. She gets my gold star for being a outstanding employee, Dr. assistant, and a great person. Chelsea, thank you soooo much. Long story short this Doctor takes time, looks you in the eye and is very thorough. Thanks Spine Institute NW, you guys rock

I have referred pain patients and back injury patients to Dr. Solomon Kamson for several years. I consider him to be a very compassionate, experienced physician who is keenly interested in providing good medical treatment with positive results for his patients. He thinks outside the box, and gets sideways with the establishment medical community because he does not consider the physicians as his first loyalty, but rather he advocates for his patients. He will not cover up sloppy medical practices, and therefore conflicted physicians try to get even with him, by attacking him whenever possible. Regardless of these issues, he faithfully protects his patients and gives them the very best medical advice and treatment they can find; at least thats my opinion.J.J. He was part of the reason my wife lived through the worst pain for 7 years and made her scared to go back to the Doctors. I took her to the UW a little more than months ago and she is already better then she was under his care or lack of care, They had to refuse her back and remove what they had done to her. Kamson (Not DR) kept telling her that was the best she would be after her surgery and the fusion looked good but keep getting the injection. UW found that her fusion had never fused and that one of the screws was broke, but Kamson said it all looked good just keep getting the injections in your back it will help with the pain. He nice at 1st but the more you tell him its not working the more he just push you to the side. He put a pain pump in her and she almost OD on it. We lived over 2 hrs away from his office and we had to meet him on the STREETS of Tacoma WA at night so he could lower the amount of pain meds going in her. Before this he wouldnt get the pain meds sent out on time so I would have to drive the two plus hours to get her meds and this was quite often. Last time be scared.

The woman who arrange appointments needs to be fired from her job.dumn and good for nothing woman in Tacoma office.she deserves to be fired from her position.
