Everyone from the receptionists to the doctor was friendly and professional at Comfort Vision. Their office is clean and bright, and their selection is great. My glasses were ready quickly and pick up was super easy. We have found our new family Optometrist.

Comfort vision provides great service. Both of my children and I go there for our regular eye exams. The children have a lot of questions and everyone is kind and patient with our precocious children. We recommend Comfort Vision for quick, family friendly, and safe service.

I’ve been going to Comfort Vision 3 years for check ups, contact and glasses prescriptions. The staff and doctors are always friendly and efficient, I appreciate how they take the time to explain my insurance benefits and options. The messaging feature on their website is also super helpful when I need to ask a question or confirm something, they respond quickly!

Optik is great. I took my youngest daughter there for an exam because she was having difficulty with her vision. The staff was patient and professional in addressing all of her questions. She has been wearing her new frames for about a week now and will only take them off for sleep or shower. She is very happy to have normal vision back again. Thank you.

My experience at Comfort Vision was seamless from start to finish. From making the appointment and getting my new patient paperwork emailed to me, to the actual appointment. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and the appropriate COVID precautions were put into place.I saw Dr. Nguyen who is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my eye health and things that I can do make sure that my eyes continue to be healthy. He suggested a new contact prescription and gave me a trial pair for the week to make sure that my vision improved with the new changes before finalizing my prescription which was super helpful!Picking out my glasses was also very easy! The associates at Comfort Vision helped me pick frames that look great on my face and sat down with me to break down the costs with my insurance so that I felt comfortable purchasing.100% would recommend.

My family has been going to comfort vision for a couple of years now and we are very pleased with her expertise, kindness and attentive service. The doctors are very skilled, we have a child with type one diabetes and they had a plan for his preventative care which I very much appreciated and trust. The team is kind and knowledgeable and I never felt a burden with my questions. If you need help choosing glasses (style) I would let them know this ahead of time to arrange.

I recently went in for an exam for new glasses and contacts. The staff and Dr. Kim were all friendly and helpful.I was provided with my trial contacts but after coming home and trying both different prescriptions, I realized that with Covid19, I needed a more balanced prescription as I wasnt driving as much. Dr. Kim changed my prescription during my follow-up to accommodate me and my changing needs.The staff was very patient with me while I tried on numerous frames. They were helpful in special ordering my frames as they didnt have the color I wanted.Ive never had such an easy, straight forward experience with a friendly and helpful staff. I *hate* going to the eye doctor, so I put it off forever. And finally I made an appointment, and I wasnt disappointed. This office is a little quiet oasis compared to Costco, where I had been going. They have strict covid precautions, and you call before you go inside. They do tests in one room, including taking a picture of my eye vs the puff test, and then took me back to another room to see the doctor. I explained that I have sensory issues and getting new glasses is difficult for me because its hard for me to adjust to them. the conversation I had with him was incredibly informative, understanding and empathetic. He clearly explained all of my options and allowed me to make the choice. Then he explained all of this again to the optician in the front who helped me pick out some really nice, comfortable glasses. I received the glasses in a week and even went back to get them adjusted. Everyone in this office is incredibly polite, professional, and on your side. adjusting to the new glasses wasnt easy, but because I knew what was happening and why, I stuck it out. I would definitely recommend this place of business.

My little one needed prescription glasses so visited comfort vision as it is close to my home. Staff was helpful while ordering a new pair. However while taking delivery, I was asked to pickup from self pickup counter. They did not check if glasses are fitting properly or not and do adjustment if require. Such low service after paying higher than average price is not worth.

Dr. Nyguen is very personable and kind! The staff greeted me as soon as I walked into the clinic and made sure that I was attended to. The appointment went quickly which I appreciated and the staff took the time to help me pick out the right glasses and contacts for me. Definitely will be back!

The staff is super nice, kind, and thorough. It is well sanitized and they make sure theres as little cross customer contact as possible. Theyve been fantastic year after year Ive been going there for 5 or 6 years now. Their warranty on their frames is amazing and the glasses have always been perfect the first time.

During shelter in place, we discovered my son needed glasses, and we were so thankful Comfort Vision was open and we could take him to see Dr. Nguyen! I was nervous about taking him in, but felt very at ease with all the precautions they were taking. Temperature check at the door, we didn’t cross paths with other patients, and signs were left indicating rooms were sanitized before we entered. The staff was so friendly, and Dr. Nguyen did a great job making my son feel comfortable and got him through the whole exam.

I helped a person during an emergency who needed an eye doctor and who didn’t speak English. First, the staff was amazing for making an effort to make an appointment on the same day; second, Dr. Nyguen was amazing. His sturdy hands made a great job removing the small shards of metal in the man’s eyes, and making sure to give him extra anesthesia for the pain; third, the price was affordable and the man was super happy! I will definitely visit Dr. Nyguen for my next eye appointment!!!

I honestly love coming here. They are very kind and professional and answer any and all questions and concerns I had regarding my eyes without brushing me off. I have now had issues with my glasses 3 times (all my fault, I promise) and every time they have been so helpful and efficient at getting me a replacement pair. They communicate really really well with me every step of the way. I’m glad I found them to take care of my eyes.

So I have been to many eye doctors in my life, Comfort Vision was the best that I have ever experienced. Very kind and respectful over the phone. Who ever is the front desk manager lady who calls everyone and to the one who calls insurance... you are pure gold. There was even a time where I got a little impatient and they reacted with kindness and care that completely diffused my impatience. The doctor is amazing. You can really tell that she cares about my eyes, she really challenged me when testing my prescription. She was clear and concise. Choosing frames was painless and awesome. My 1 year supply of contacts and brand new Oakley glasses came in and was ready to pick up in less than a week! Way to go Comfort Vision. I will be coming back to see you, as will my friends and family!

Comfort vision has a convenient box to donate glasses. While I was there I found a nice pair of sunglasses. One of the opticians helped me decide on the best fit for me. She went over the different options I could add to my lenses, and was able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend going to comfort vision for your eyecare needs.

Such a wonderful and considerate staff! The doctor was able to figure out that my last pair of glasses prescription was too strong and therefore giving me headaches. I was so grateful for their time to listen to my concerns and help find a perfect adjustment to my mild prescription. Their help picking out frames was not only fun but considerate of my budget as I did not have insurance. It was such a wonderful experience that I would never envision visiting another optometrist while in the greater Seattle area.

My Daughter really needed a pair of glasses, and Dr. Nguyens office is exceptionally cool with their participation in a program that allows low-income families to get their kids glasses. My girl had also not had an eye exam for a couple of years, and so was a little nervous. The staff here are again, very cool. They explained everything to her, and made sure that she felt involved at each step. Picking out her own frames, that she wanted was the cherry-on-top.Not only were the glasses ready in just under a week, but when my Daughter put them on, I could tell that Dr. Nguyen had dialed in her prescription perfectly. Now she can sit anywhere in her classroom and never worry about being able to see the board or not. Were both very happy with Comfort Vision, wouldnt hesitate to refer anyone who needed glasses/contacts, and are serious about ranking them 5 out of 5!

This, my first experience with Comfort Vision, has been very positive. Following a comprehensive eye examination, I got new glasses. A small miscommunication resulted in those glasses not working for me. Once aware, the friendly staff promptly took care of the issue, leaving me with a good pair of glasses and intention to return in the future.

The doctors and the staff are great! Ive done eye exams here and bought glasses 2 years in a row and have had no issues with their service. The only issue I had was the Dr. who did my eye exam didnt look and realize that he gave me the exact same prescription. If felt a little disconnected . The front Staff was great they repaired my old glasses like new again. Giving 4 out of 5 stars because of speed in which I was in and out and I Love that the most.

Dr. Sea is always extremely professional, friendly and takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns. This is what in my mind really makes her a great doctor. Especially with something as detail oriented as proper vision, you need an optometrist willing to spend the time to make sure everything is just right. Dr. Sea always answers my many questions and I never feel rushed there. Shes even taken the time to speak with me over the phone when I had concerns. The rest of the staff is equally great.. and youre greeted with smiles on every visit. I highly recommend Comfort Vision to anyone!

I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an optometrist or a new pair of glasses to check out Comfort Vision. The doctor and the front staff were very polite and courteous. After calling in, they scheduled me for an eye exam 2 weeks later (apparently they are quite popular, so that was the earliest available appointment). Dr. Nguyen was very professional; he made sure to explain everything he was doing during the exam and answered all my questions. After the exam, the staff helped me through the process of picking frames. Their selection was extensive to say the least; I spent more time selecting the frames than during the actual exam. I do not regret it as I’m totally digging my new spectacles.

Wonderfull kind doctors and staff

I havent had an eye exam in 2 years and was using glasses that were over 13 years old, I also live 30 minutes away so was hesitant to drive to Bothell from Seattle, but heard great things about Comfort Vision and Dr. Nguyen so I wanted to give it a try. Dr. Nguyens eye exam was very thorough as you would expect of a great optometrist, he was also great at telling me what to expect with my vision in the near future so I understood what type of glasses I might need in the future. After the appointment he connected me and introduced me to his staff that helped me go over pricing and options for contact lenses and new glasses. The selection of frames was great because they had over what seemed to be 100 frame options, from traditional frames to more modern trendy frames. It was overwhelming but the staff was happy to give me advice on what they liked and what looked best for me. I will definitely be back and would recommend Comfort Vision to my family and close friends.

I have been to many eye doctors in the last 25 years and this was my favorite. They have the coolest toys to check out your eyes and everything was explained in detail and gone over. I saw the inside of my eyes for the first time! My daughter went for her first exam and pair of glasses and loved it as well.

The doctors and the staff are great! Ive done eye exams here and bought glasses and have had no issues with their service. I did have an issue where the insurance didnt pay as much as I had thought they would, but thats not really their fault. My only issue with Comfort Vision is that they dont do online billing. Its 2016, I bet even kids selling lemonade outside their homes take payments online.

Doctors are pretty thorough, but not personable. They walk in without introducing themselves and it feels like youre just another transaction. We had a good experience with one of their staff, Amy. She was very patient with my daughter when she did the contact lens training. One of the front desk staff, Nikki, is really rude and demeaning!!! She either does not greet you at all or when she does, its so fake! I asked her a simple question and she answers back with annoyance! There were many good reviews about this place stating that the staff was nice and friendly, which was why we came here. Its too bad our family did not have a good experience.

I was very happy with the staff, with Dr. Sea, and with the glasses that I got there. Everybody was friendly, patient and helpful. Dr. Sea listened to me and went out of her way to help. She even called me personally when it turned out that the pharmacy was unable to fill a prescription and we had to find a substitute. Came here for the first time and my experience at first was great. The assistant that did my pre-exam intake was very nice. The place was very clean and they had technology I did not see at my previous eye doctor. I had my visit with Dr. Tam and I felt like she was rushing and extremely dismissive of my symptoms. She told me my dizziness I experienced was not optometry related and said I was indecisive about the correct lenses while she was doing my exam. First off, she switched between the lenses really fast, literally going from lens 1 to 2 in .001 of a second (like I said she was rushing), and it takes my eyes some time to adjust so I had to ask her to switch back to the previous lens. I also felt as though I wasnt able to ask questions because the responses I received were very short and almost demeaning. I am not coming back here, I dont appreciate how dismissive Dr. Tam was and also, how I felt like I wasnt able to ask questions without getting an annoyed response.

I had problems with my new glasses, the frames kept bending out of adjustment due to a softer type of material,Comfort Vision was great they let me pick out a pair of different frames at no cost and it did not cost me to have new lenses made for the new frames.The staff that helped me were great,I would recommend Comfort Vision if you need new eye wear.Thanks Comfort Vision

Very rude front desk, when we were about a minute late before the closing time, front desk lady gave us a rude robotic look and a repeated rude robotic answers. We would be totally okay to go back! However, they didn’t have be rude! They have lost a customer for good.

The office was clean! I was offered something to drink. When my cane fell during the testing, it was picked up without any hesitation. Each test was explained to me and I was treated with lots of respect. I would recommend this office to all my family and Friends.
