I hadnt an eye exam in a few years and also needed new glasses. Dr. Lim and her staff were awesome. She was so nice and very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. When it was time to pick out some new frames the staff was great and very helpful. I highly recommend Bothell Vision Center.

Dr. Lim and her staff helped me works through an absolutely awful eye infection that was pretty scary. We had the privilege of seeing one another several times a week to ensure that I didn’t ha e permanent damage. Her kindness and compassion made this very nerve racking experience bearable - and without question I have an eye doc for life!!!

I was really pleased with the service at Bothell Vision Center. They were very responsive when I called. Their office us very clean and they had appropriate covid precautions. Billing was easy to manage. I couldnt ask for a better experience.

Having had my fair share of eye doctors I must say Dr Wendy Lim is a thorough, caring, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate doctor. Articulate and soft spoken. Went over my care in great detail and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I am more than pleased with the care received and wholeheartedly recommend her for your eye health and care needs.

I had a wonderful first visit here. The doctor was so nice and explained things clearly. She was also great with my 7 year old son. Richard was also very kind and helpful.

Moved so I needed a new Vision Doctor. Bothell Vision Center is right in my neighborhood. Ive had 2 visits so far.Dr Lim is very professional and nice. She explained my vision health to me in professional terms but in language I easily understood, the same for the tests that were done.The office staff was great! I purchased 2 new sets of eye wear and am very happy with the fittings and care of all who helped me.The office is bright, modern & has a great selection of frames for everyone.

Entire staff was friendly and professional. The doctor took time to explain the procedures and the results of the tests. Couldnt really ask for anything more and I will continue using Bothell Vision Center.

Professional, safe with all Health Dept. protocols, friendly, on-time and a great experience. Some of the pre-tests before the eye exam are stressful for me, as I worry about blinking, not opening my eyes wide enough and so on. These are all concerns created by me, not the staff. They are always patient and encouraging. As it is almost every time, these processes were a breeze. Dr. Lim is always a thorough, steady, and and positive physician. Even though I live in Seattle, it is worth it for me to drive to Bothell to see Dr. Lim. My glasses were stolen so I ended up going back to the clinic for a new pair. Instead of prescribing my old lens, Dr. Lim did an entire new exam and found that my prescription had changed. We ordered new glasses and they came within 2 weeks.Unfortunately, my eyes didn’t adjust correctly to the new prescription and it caused my vision to be more blurry than before. The clinic was very accommodating and squeezed me into their schedule to remedy the issue. 2 weeks later, my new glasses arrived and now I can see clearly!I am thankful for the professionalism of Dr. Lim and her support staff. They are flexible and will do the best they can to help work around your schedule. I recommend my friends and family go here even if it’s out of the way.

My mom is treated extremely well, her broken English is met with extreme patience. Highly recommend this place, they have always been clean and organized.

I went here with a scratch on my cornea. The doctor was fantastic and kept close watch of my eye to insure it healed properly. She even came in on her day off to do a quick check on it because it needs to be monitored during the first few days. I would not expect such care at another vision clinic and I truly felt that I was in good hands with an injury that needed to be handled the right way to avoid long term damage.

I’ve been wearing contact lens for about 30 years and this was by far the best eye exam I’ve ever had. I learnt more than I ever learnt before. I went back three times (that’s a good thing!) before we finally landed on the right prescription and product for me. Highly recommend.

Im beyond happy with my glasses. I bought two pairs; one for work and a second pair as driving sun-glasses. I had a great exam with Dr. Lim, she was very thorough and paid attention to the things I said and gave me a perfect prescription. The Bothell Vision Center is the best place to go in town for an eye exam!

There is something VERY weird going on at this place. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!!! I brought my wife into this place. This was a cash only quote. The quote was 210 dollars and I don’t know what the breakdown was for lenses but the total was 600 dollars. I checked 5 others and the frames were 94 DOLLARS and the total was 290!!!! This place you try to call and NEVER get ANY ONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE, NEVER RETURNS CALLS OR EVEN ANY EMAILS. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!! The owner should be ashamed and this place SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!

What a rip-off!!! They charged me $20 to replace a nose pad! Avoid this place.The plastic of one of the nose pads fell off. The front desk lady replaced it and charged me $20. That is a lot for tiny repair job. I felt being rip-off. I dont recommend this place to anybody in town. (Btw, a lot of other places dont charge for a nose pad.)I called Bothell Vision Center back and wanted to talk to the owner. The front desk lady was very rude.

Dr. Lim at Bothell Vision Center is simply the best. I usually get very anxious about anything eye exam related, but Dr. Lim has always been kind, considerate, and totally professional. I have been going to her for several years now, and I trust her completely with my eye health. Her exams are quick but totally comprehensive and I feel like my eyesight is in great hands. As an added bonus, her front desk staff is very courteous and friendly.I always recommend Dr. Lim to friends and family members - in fact, my husband also goes to her and is similarly enthusiastic about his experience. I wish I could give Dr. Lim six stars. She is that good.

I had my eye appointment at Bothell Vision Center and throughout they kept trying to push their services on me. I dont appreciate the eye doctor or the staff behaving like used car salesmen. I also got the impression that the doctor wasnt taking my questions seriously. I will be finding a new place for my next appointment.
