Great local place to get a massage with high quality therapists. Nice shop in the front and clean bathroom and treatment rooms in the back. I have been seeing Tia for massage for several months now and her work has helped me relieve stress and eliminate my back and neck pain. She is an experienced and talented therapist who is friendly and professional. I pay cash and their prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend this place!

Tia (tea uh) was great. I got a one hour deep tissue massage. I came last minute and made a reservation same day. The check-in process was a lot of paperwork just to be a one-time guest, but I definitely recommend them.

Comfy space in downtown Bothell for a massage. I was long overdue for a massage as I avoided during the pandemic, and had my muscles nicely pushed by the masseuse. I would like to return!

Ive been getting massages for years and this was one of the worst Ive received. I dont know if she was fresh out of massage school or what. First of all, she wore gloves. Customers can feel those. Second, this was a 90 minute massage but she spent almost the entire time on my back and neck. 30 seconds on each arm, 30 seconds on each leg. No glute work. And amazingly, she never flipped me over. I was on my stomach the whole time. So my face hurt from the cradle after 90 minutes. I dont know if shes afraid of clients because of Covid or because Im male but this was very unprofessional. I wont be returning.

Ive been here several times over the past 5ish years and have had consistently excellent experiences! Most recently, Ive been getting massages from Eric and I plan to continue working with him: he does great deep tissue work and is the neck specialist! I deal with chronic migraines and Erics neck work definitely helped. My husband and I also got a couples massage from Eric and Lexi-- Lexi is unbelievably strong and very knowledgeable! My husband raved about her! We will definitely be back to see them both. The space including the check-in area and the treatment rooms is lovely, clean and calming. Everything about getting a massage at Harmony is enjoyable from start to finish!!

I have been coming for quite some time, first for a PIP claim, then on my own, and now again for an L&I Claim. Every time I enter in I am welcomed with a smile and an offer for tea. Each massage therapist I have seen has their own unique style and has helped me recover so much and I appreciate all the work they do in helping me back to my usual self! And maintain a stress free life. Plenty of parking in back. Each massage room is comforting and calming. I have had massages with Nova, April, Rosie, Lexi, Sheryl, and Amanda: each one focusing on areas I need and allowing me to either talk as much or as little as I desire during that massage. Truly, you won’t regret coming to this incredible place!

So good I went twice in one week! Seriously the whole staff is so nice and they make everything so simple. I went in with joint pain and both therapists took time to listen to what I needed and constantly made sure I was comfortable. If you are questioning, just book! You wont be sorry.

Harmony massage has quickly become a staple in my life. I have seen Monica for about a year now as often as I can (usually weekly) and she has helped with my intense chronic back pain. I have found Nicole to be the best massage therapist Ive ever been to. I am a server at a pub and my body often hurts. She really knows what she is doing and works out the kinks in my back and neck. She has a genuine knowledge of muscles and targeting them without pushing so hard it hurts. I visit her usually once a month, shes worth it!

Today (03/09/2020) my boyfriend and I got a couples massage which also happened to be a couples massage. Right as we walked in we were greeted into a little shop that smells wonderful, and in the back was the check in desk. We were offered tea and water and given paperwork about previous health history to fill out so they took extra precautions to each individuals needs. Once called back from Zoe and Destine (if Im correct), they were super respectful and let us undress to our comfort level. The massage was amazing and they let us know to talk to them if we needed less or more pressure. They targeted everything I needed such as tension and stress relief today. I will definitely be going back. Thank you for your hard work everyone!

Love this place. Been there 3 times, saw Eric each time. The more I go, the more skilled i realize he is. I made an appointment for reflexology in a few week with another provider, so we will see if the others are as accommodating and friendly.

Went there for a massage today, and Eva was fantastic! She worked on some problem areas I had, and overall it was a very relaxing massage. The receptionist was really friendly too. Planning to go back!

Kind. Professional. Thorough.I called Harmony Massage this morning at 11:00 inquiring about a last minute appointment today, and they were able to fit me in at 1:30 with Nicole.She listened to my concerns as I told her about my problem areas, and worked out all the knots that have been causing me issues. She checked in on me a couple times throughout the massage to make sure I was doing okay with the amount of pressure, heat, etc., but wasn’t overly chatty and really exuded a sense of relaxation and peace. At the end of my massage, she greeted me at the front desk with a glass of water, which I thought was such a nice gesture. :)Thank you Harmony Massage for being so accommodating. I feel so much better already!

Sherelle knew right away how bad the knot in my back was. Lodged deep between my spine and the scapula, she worked it out and dug in there, assuring me Ill be fine. It was a lesson in tension, and finding out how my body had developed a network of complex points for storing stress. The establishment provides a casual classy front, clean private rooms with comfortable beds and a relaxing atmosphere.

The entrance to the massage area is like a retail store and is NOT relaxing, which is what I look for. My wife and I both got massages. My massage was not good at all. Hers was great. So thats why the 3 star rating.

The therapist here are all fantastic my wife and I have been using harmony for years and have never had a bad experience

Updated to 3 star from 1 star. See update below:I’ll start this review out with the gist in case long reviews bore you. My massage was so bad that I actually walked out of it before it was finished. First time I’ve ever done that in my life. I needed a deep tissue for a sports related rib injury that has healed, but the surrounding muscles were still super tight. This was communicated when I scheduled the appointment and to the therapist before the treatment started. This massage was the opposite of a deep tissue. I’m not even kidding when I say this... I apply more pressure to my own body putting on lotion in the morning. I laid there waiting for her to actually massage my thoracic back area like I requested. An hour and 15 in, I just couldn’t take it any longer. I was fuming. I had reminded her early on that this was a deep tissue massage and to please apply more pressure and focus on the areas we talked about (in a very professional, kind manner, of course). I think there was either a language barrier or she chose to just totally ignore me. My husband was getting a massage too. His experience wasn’t quite as bad, however it wasn’t good either. His therapist asked him how much pressure he wanted, and he responded with more pressure if she was capable of it. Her response, “I don’t like to be directed”. So why ask?! She then mentioned without provocation that he could get another massage therapist next time.At the end of this all, I paid $198 for these services. Harmony would only discount the massages 10%. I’m a reasonable person, but I was shocked given that I’m a repeat customer who walked out of a massage that they wouldn’t comp my massage. I’ll caveat this experience with one fact. I have had a good massage here. Monica is a good therapist. However, this experience and how Harmony elected to respond to it has earned only a 1 star review.P.s. My therapist’s name was Eva and my husband’s name was Destine. If you do venture into this place, I’d suggest avoiding services provided by them.UPDATE: The owner, Julie, called me. She was very eager to hear more details about my husband’s and my experience. She seemed very sincere about using customer feedback to actually make changes to improve the customer experience. She also offered to remediate the situation by offering us gift certificates for 2 more 90 minute massages to allow her company another opportunity to serve us better. Although the experience during our treatments merited a 1 star review, Julie’s professionalism and concern to remediate the situation shines a much better light on Harmony Massage.

My massage therapist is Lisa Carlson and shes amazing! Everyone in my family goes to her. she has helped reduce my chronic headaches, shoulder pain, and neck pain from a car accident. She has also helped reduce my fathers pain from a major car accident he was in. My whole family talks to her during our appointments, and shes very funny and can hold an interesting conversation (but she can also clue in on when youre too tired to talk, which is nice) Love her !

I have finally found a skilled and thoughtful massage therapist - Yukako Izawa. She listens and focuses on my particular needs, is professional and easy to talk to and has a strong and effective touch. The downtown Bothell location of Harmony Massage is convenient and their recent remodeling has created a comfortable and pleasing location.

Paula and Amanda both do a great job. They pay close attention to the reasons youre there for and deliver professional, therapeutic, care.

Great experience here so far.
