I have a Shepsky. Being half shepherd and half husky, she needed to be around other dogs to socialize. I chose Doggy Haven. A year later, my dog goes once a week to see her friends, she absolutely loves it. I now also use Doggy Haven for boarding and grooming. The staff is always amiable, and you can tell their love for animals is a passion within. Day care, grooming, or boarding, Doggy Haven is our place of choice.

Love Doggy Haven. I’ve seen a night and day difference with my pup. With covid being so... fun(?)... it’s hard to socialize my fur baby. The trainers are out of this world and understand behaviors and psychology of dogs. They help me with understanding my dog and honing good behavior. They are gentle, creative, and very knowledgeable.

Great place to get your pupper groomed! They have other great amenities that I have not tried yet but they have large, clean land where I am assuming they can play or be trained. I also love how I can book online.

My good friend uses this facility on a regular basis. They really provide personalized care for your dog. Everyone Ive interacted with here is great. A real bunch of animal lovers. Remy cant wait to get here. He starts crying with anticipation the minute we get close. I highly recommend them for the high quality of care they provide.

We have a labradoodle who loves to play and run. Everytime we board, he comes home and just wants to sleep and rest. Clearly he gets a ton of exercise and is always happy.Grooming has also been a great experience. Pricing is on par with elsewhere, but we know he is in good hands!

This is the best groomer for our fluffy pup. Lindsay does a great job everytime.

During the pandemic, our dogs have suffered the most from inability to get groomed. We have a Scottish Terrier (Jackson) and a Poodle-Bichon (Lexi) and Doggy Haven Resort was a life saver! They practiced extremely safe methods of protecting both their customers and themselves. Also, we managed to get our puppers looking and feeling great!

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! We got turned away coz we were late for 2mins beyond the cut off time. The disrespectful customer service person didn’t even pick our call when we wanted to give a heads up about the delay. We waited for months for this appointment and yet they couldn’t give us two minutes after us driving 45mins? This place is a scam! Please do not go here if you want an ounce of customer service.

I made an appointment over a month ago for my puppy to have a trial day on the 4th for a later boarding this month (August 12). I called in today to confirm the appointment and they had no recollection or record of the appointment. Even worse they are booked full and cant help me out. I am leaving to visit my grandparents who are getting into their later years and dont know what to do. Now I am out of options because every other doggy boarding is booked full. I absolutely find this to be unprofessional. When I originally called I left a message and they returned my call. I told them the dates and they said they could do that and the trial day was the 4th of August. Then they informed me I needed to go online and fill out the application and also have his vax info and stool sample paperwork ready. I did all of that only to be told that I dont actually have a future reservation at their boarding facility.

We take our dogs to get groomed here and they do a fabulous job. Staff is very kind and have great customer service.

Doggy Havens training classes were a lifesaver for my rescue pup Baloo and me last year. I have been thinking about going back for a refresher soon, and thought Id let others know how awesome they are - not just as a day care, but as trainers. All the trainers are very skilled, and they genuinely care about the dogs (and owners). Baloo loved them all - even the trainers-in-training, although Nicole was his favorite. They taught me so much about my dog, and how to help him learn how to control himself. Their handling of the inevitable dog-to-dog interactions is great too, and helped me to understand how to socialize my dog more effectively. Thanks, Doggy Haven for all you do! Our doggies love it here! Very clean, with smart animal-loving employees and awesome grooming services. It puts our mind at ease to know they are well cared for and are so happy to go in when we drop them off (not the case at another nearby doggy daycare weve taken them).Its one-stop shopping for busy fur baby parents!!

I came here when I first got my dog. She had severe dog and people reactivity and I didn’t think I would be able to curve this problem. The trainers were pretty rude, told me I was doing it all wrong, etc etc. when COVID-19 started we had like a 6 month break from the classes. Durning that time I used a prong and e collar. Both of which are NOT harmful and we’re very high quality. My dog absolutely adored both of these and got excited to put them on. When I came back she was 90% better, still was scared of people coming to greet her and dogs greeting but she could be in the same room and not react at all. Well, when I told the trainer I was using a e collar to help train my dog and how she responded very well she came up to us after session and said we were abusing my dog

Caring staff! My pup loves going there! I can enjoy vacation when she is there because I know she is well taken care of!

We have taken our mini goldendoodle, Walter, to Doggy Haven 3 times now. The facility is very processional and drop off/pick up is a breeze. We first took Walter to a puppy social which ended up being a little bit too much for him. Doggy Haven recommended the Cautious to Confident puppy class, and Walter did much better there. We also love that they post pictures to your account throughout the day and also post a report card at the end of the day. It is extremely easy to book classes and services online as well. I also love that the trainers are mostly CPDT certified whereas other dog daycares in the same area do not always have certified employees. Definitely recommend Doggy Haven!

Our dog is always excited when she gets to go here. The only time we put food in a bag is when shes coming here and she goes nuts. When we pull up she loses her mind and cant wait to go in. It seems like she always has an awesome time which is all we want for her when we go out of town. The daily email reports are fun as well. Weve taken ourv pup here a half dozen times and arent looking for anywhere else to take her. This place seems great.

This is an excellent place for your dog if you cant take them with you when you travel. I can not overstate the excellent care, exercise, grooming, training & general loving our dogs have received when in their care! Even when we traveled abroad & we were gone for several weeks, they sent us photos, reports, etc about our dog! Everyone on staff is truly committed to outstanding care of your dog. They have swimming pool, recreation area, exercise areas & good staff to client ratio so everyone gets loving, interaction time. Our dogs come home like they too had a vacation!

This place is great! My pup has only been going there a week, but they have a great process up front, and my dog comes home, curls up, and sleeps through the night and following morning. If you have a high energy dog, in the Mill Creek/Snohomish area, I highly recommend. By the 10 day package, it’s a great deal. The staff is super friendly and genuinely care for the dogs. We start training soon, so will update with the training side of the biz shortly. Highly recommend Day Care.

Debbie is my groomer. Fergus (golden retriever) loves her, and he hates bathes! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate in recommending Debbie or Doggie Haven.

Impeccable from check in to pick up. Our Shih Tzu was groomed in highly timely manner. First time using this place. Very impressed with the cut given and the groomer Debbie (hope spelled correctly). Will be using their services again soon.

There is a large outdoor play space as well as an indoor area. Staff is friendly and caring. We like the notifications by email on how our dog is doing also.

Wonderful environment for all dogs

My dog doesnt get enough socialization with other dogs at home so she can be a little bit nervous around them. Doggy Haven was excellent in helping her when I needed to board her. I started with their daycare. They made sure she was comfortable and helped her adjust to where she was having fun playing with the other dogs. I love that the dogs get to spend most of their time outside. When we pick up our dog from boarding we always get a report card. Its tells us how she ate and played that day, also any problems that might have happened which luckily hasnt been the case.The board and train program is wonderful. They use reward training. Kim was great with our dog!

My husband and I have 2 dogs. One is so high energy that the other has been retreating into himself. Our trainer recommended we send the high energy one to daycare (the other, unfortunately, is not a good candidate for daycare due to trust issues that we are still working on). These amazing dogs are my babies. I take online reviews seriously, but usually try to make my own assessments. I had looked at a dog daycare in Everett, but was not very impressed with the facility. Checked out Doggy Haven and this place is great! The dogs play for 12 hours a day! The facility is clean and large and has great outdoor and indoor (for bad weather only) areas. I have boarded her here a couple of times as well. She looks forward to daycare the entire car-ride, and I am chopped liver once we arrive as she is so excited to be there. I think that is the best review a facility like this could ask for. An ecstatic dog makes for a happy human-parent! I am surprised more people have not reviewed Doggy Haven, as everyone I have met who has sent their dogs there have only positive things to say about it. Buying daycare packages brings the cost down to a very reasonable price. :)

I had a wonderful experience with group classes. The trainers are positive and helpful and give each dog/owner the attention they need while still moving the class forward. I recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful facilities, wonderful staff. My dog was so so thrilled when we went back a couple days later. Even better he slept like a log all night!

I had my dog Lucy groomed here on 3/31/18 and the groomer and front desk were fantastic. I have a happy, healthy, good-looking old lady dog after the experience. Definitely would recommend this place to any of my friends or family!

Great place for both daycare and boarding. Piece of mind when I cant take my fur baby with me.

I used two services here - grooming and daycare. The grooming I think they did a wonderful job, other than her ears. They prepped me that they might have to shave her ears because they were matted - that was nice heads-up, which I really appreciate. My dog was extremely happy coming out of the grooming experience.The daycare was not my highlighted experience. I felt they are not experienced in dealing with dogs that have separation anxiety. Im going to give them another shot, but wouldnt recommend if your pup has anxiety. Her eyes were bloodshot red when I came to pick her up, and her anxiety was through the roof with excessive whining, something I havent seen in her for a long time. Also, her anxiety got worse even two days after her session so it seems like my dog had a traumatizing experience, which was very stressful for me as a pet owner. She also was INCREDIBLY thirsty when she came home and that was a huge concern to me - I even supplied them with her own water bowl, which they did not use. They also didnt supply her with the bed and toys I gave, which I was very disappointed with. The toys help keep her occupied from her anxiety. Also, she is in love with that bed and it has my scent on it to help with her anxiety.

I am so grateful that I found this place. We bring our foxhound here for doggie manners classes and have found the instructor to be kind, gentle and incredibly knowledgeable. Her patient and positive approach has made dog-training not only enjoyable, but successful. Her ability to individualize the instructions to fit the particular needs of each dog is especially appreciated. I would highly recommend it!

Our pup LOVES Doggy Haven. He actually runs to the door and starts whining to go when we ask him if he wants to go to Doggy Haven. Weve used them for training, daycare and boarding. We love that the dogs are able to play for the whole day. When we were looking for a boarding facility, it was sad to think of our social, energetic pup sitting in a kennel and only being taken out to go to the bathroom a couple of times a day. When he goes to Doggy Haven, he is nice and tired when he comes home either from daycare or from boarding. We liked the class we took there as well - smaller class size, more 1:1 attention from the trainer and more useful skills learned.

Rude staff and don’t seem to even like dogs. The lady at the front was complaining about how full they were and seemed angry. I did not feel comfortable leaving my dogs there. Also, all the kennels are like sanitariums and the grass is fake. They have clear glass walls so all the dogs can see each other but can’t interact. So they just bark at each other all the time since they can’t get to one another. Not like a natural pack setting. Taking my dogs to a more home style boarding facility where the dogs are kept together in a more comfortable environment.

These guys are always the best. They have taken care of our dog once a week since he was a puppy (14 years) and really love what they do. We used to live local but now drive from Machias so Coop can see his buddies. Highly recommend!

Theyve been great with our rescue dog, both in group training and individual work on socialization (and weve done two days of doggy day care). Well continue to take our dog there as we have need.

My only concern continues to be that our two Australian mini labradoodles come home from day care drinking for hours after! Its as if they are not offered fresh water. We never get a straight answer! And then the dogs are up during the night needing to go out because they drank all their water towards the end of the evening! Not Good!Its has been everytime!

These guys screwed up our dogs medication three times in a row, and showed very little interest in making it right once we brought it to their attention, saying we must have miscounted or forgotten some medicine. I will never take my dog back to this place... If they cant get something as important as medicine right, what other things are they messing up?

My Belgian was quite happy when I picked him up after a week long stay. They are so busy with repeat customers, that its best to book at least 2-3 weeks in advance.

We board our dogs here occasionally and also use their daycare service. Love them!
