The facility is clean and comforting with a lot of protocols to keep everyone safe.The clinic has convenient hours.The staff is fantastic and work with you on your treatment plan that may be required.

My family and I are a long time patient of Dr. Hamamoto. They’ve practically become our second family. Dr. Hamamoto is laid back yet takes her job and patient care very seriously. Margie is a no nonsense, sincere and numerous office manager and my hygienist Lily is practically the best in the world, and I’ve had many hygienists.

Everyone at Hamamoto Dentistry is wonderful. I have always had anxiety and fear around going to the dentist, but they really put you at ease. With zero shame or judgment around where you are in terms of dental hygiene or health, it’s clear that they are really your partner in helping you figure out how to take care of your teeth.Also, my health insurance situation has changed a few times since I started seeing them, and they have a couple of plans you can choose between that cover all the maintenance you’ll need for a year. It’s cost effective, and has put me at ease about keeping up with my dentist appointments even when I’m not covered by insurance.

I dont normally leave reviews but Hamamoto Dentistry has been so wonderful to me and my family that I feel a responsibility to let people know about them. First off, I have several horror stories at different times in my life. Not here! They have been great and I contribute that to a well experienced staff that does things theright way with a consists process that has proven successful. They educate and use some of the latest technologies. My wife and mother all go and we feel like family. The best dental experience Ive ever had. Dr Hamamoto and her staff explain what they are doing and why. The use of pictures and xrays help the patient to visualize the problems with the tooth and allow for an educated decision of treatment needed. They are very knowledgeable about different insurance plans and will work with you to determine a plan in addressing your dental needs.

Most of my previous dental experiences have been the opposite of pleasant with how bad my teeth are, but I was happy with every step of my experience with Hanamoto. First visit was great very helpful,however on follow-up a point to fix a cavity under an old crown and make a new crown was told I had to premedicate due to knee replacement 4 yrs a go.took normal amount one hour prior but when I waited in the chair.wasted 3 weeks with a sharp tooth cutting into my to the. Wleft there and went to an organ rental and all done the ame day no medshir 45min. The Dr.said I didnt take enough.why disnt the give me the amount they eWanted at the original appointment.I then called my knee surgeon and the said I dont habe to medicate at all.they would not accept that

Ive been going here since Dr. Hamamoto took over the practice and am very happy. They are constantly innovating and bringing in new techniques and options. Most recently, they had a new compound that was able to help with pain during deep cleaning--which for the first time was fully pain free! Prior to coming here, I had to deal with malpractice problems that infused a lot of anxiety into my personal dental experience and i suspect im one of the more sensitive patients as my heart rate spikes just walking into a dentists office...the folks here are wonderful and help bring calm and dependability back into my experience. Slowly but surely, im growing more and more comfortable at the dentist.

Do Not Go Here..... Unskilled staff. Lack of responsibility for work performance by the Dentists.I went in to get my teeth cleaned and part of this process is to get a full mouth x-rays so they have records of the condition your teeth are in. The staff was so unskillful and clumsy at this job that I would spend over 1 hour there only to walk out at the end not only with no x-rays done but also no cleaning and not much of an apology. Several people tried to assist and they all failed miserably. I should have walked out sooner however my parents had taught me to respect medical personnel.Stupidly I went back in again thinking that they might have been having a bad day and they had a more experienced assistant there. Upon getting my x-rays and teeth cleaning in the hour I was expecting, I agreed to have some work done on my mouth. The other dentist, not Dr. Hamamoto performed the work and there were complications. Not only did they accept no responsibility but tried to put it on others.Avoid this practice.... Not worth the time and money charges

Dr. Hamamoto has been a great practice to go to. She and her staff are very thorough and truly offer the best preventative care options. I appreciate the consistency of my dental assessments where as other dentists/hygienists I have been to in the past would give me varying information every time which made me dread going in.

Had a very painful tooth that needed to come out. I was told I would have to go to an oral surgeon who could not see me for two weeks. Did I say it was very painful? so instead of pulling it like I asked, nothing was done to relieve the pain. Luckily I found a dentist at another practice who pulled the tooth right away and did not refer me to an oral surgeon. Thank God I found him. No more pain!!!!

Excellent staff! Everyone(Brooklyn, Dr.Acosta, and Margie) really made me feel comfortable and explained everything from procedures to billing questions in great detail. My cleaning was a breeze and they even showed proper brushing/flossing techniques to ensure I am taking the best care of my teeth. Top notch, very professional, with a personal touch. I love the digital X-rays, way lower dose and instant pictures. Quick scheduling, prompt billing of my insurance and my co-pay was even less than I expected. I had 4 fillings replaced, and a deep cleaning, and it all went perfectly. We just moved to Bothell, so I am going to be taking my whole family here from now on. Dr. Hamamoto and Dr. Yamaguchi are the best.

They are amazing here! I broke my front tooth on a pretzel, the day before traveling for a new job, and they got me in first thing the next morning! Got fitted with a fake tooth and off with a great smile for my first day. So compassionate, caring and professional. I was crying in the office, with my half missing front tooth, and they couldnt have been nicer about it. I would recommend them to everyone! I had a wonderful experience as a patient of Dr. Hamamoto. She is friendly, gentle, easy to communicate with, practices conservatively, and is up to date with the literature.

They got me in super quick for an emergency extraction. Incredibly friendly staff and very helpful overall, they presented multiple options for treatment including if it was my tooth recommendations, and made sure I understood possible up- and downsides to all options. The location is also very conveniently located next to a pharmacy and has plenty of parking available.

My first dental appointment at Hamamoto Dentistry today! I was a little nervous but everyone at the practice made me feel at ease. Brooklynn was Dr. Hamamotos assistant and she is GREAT! She addressed my concerns and answered all my questions before the Dr. even came in. My previous dentist and the assistant were always chatting away while working on my dental issues and I never felt like I was the focus of their attention. Today was very different. Dr. Hamamoto listened to me before we began and while working to replace 2 large fillings Dr. Hamamoto and Brooklynn seamlessly worked as a team to focus on the task and to ensure I was comfortable as well.Thank you to Dr. Hamamoto and her team !

Before you visit this dentist office, take what I am about to tell you to heart. About a week ago I went in for two cavity fills. Afterwards, the pain in my gums was so intense I couldnt eat. To this day I cant eat anything without having to go through extreme pain. Just today I was talking to a couple of people and searching Google as to what may have happened to my tooth, and I found out that I have an infected nerve in my teeth. I came to Hamamoto Dentistry for a fill and walked out with a nerve infection. The hours of the office are so inconvenient that I cannot go into the dentist to fix the infection until next week, so I am very nervous for my health at the moment. Infections are a very serious matter, especially so close to the brain.On a side note, while I was there getting the fill, they gave me a topical and a numbing shot. They completely missed with the shot and I could feel every inch of the needle in my gums. I tried to make noises to let the dentist know I was in pain, and she kept telling me that its fine, and she was almost done. The dentists here are extremely rough with your teeth and gums and I have come out of the office bleeding on multiple occasions. Unless you have a high pain tolerance, I suggest you dont visit Hamamoto Dentistry.

I started seeing Dr. Hamamoto within the past couple months and I am very happy with my experiences. All of the staff have been very friendly, they know me by name, make sure each visit is a good one and that Im comfortable and at ease. They put great care into how your teeth look, and really emphasize quality. In one case, the lab didnt get my crown right, and they didnt want to set it as it looked wrong in my mouth. The office Manager (thank you Margie) got on the phone right away and was very clear what she expected them to do to make it right and by when. This post was about a visit 2 months ago as a new patient. As a new patient who hadnt been to a dentist in over 10 years ,extremely satisfying. I had to get a lot of work done due to my own neglect and found Dr. Hamamoto and her staff to be quite AWESOME! Very understanding of my situation, not judgemental, and very concerned about my level of pain and treatment during the whole process!

Dr. Hamamoto and her staff are all very professional and nice. Ricky, in the front office is always able to answer questions and has a great way talking with patients. All the assistants are kind and very skilled. Dr. Hamamoto is great at what she does and has a great practice. My children had a great experience here, along with me and my husband.

This place is a joke. They conned me into doing a procedure and giving me a price. Months after procedure they are sending me threatening letters that I must pay in full Now. I’m not surprised as they did this to several friends of mine. The bulldog that manages this place is So rude. I’m talking with my insurance right now about issues with my bill. Either way avoid this place. Don’t trust the quote they give you. If I could give them less stars I would. I requested Dr call me to discuss my concerns with Nothing to this point.

Stefanies office is close to my home so I went there out of convenience but was pleasantly surprised when I was done. She was thorough in her process and also had cool technology that was impressive. I only have an HRA so she was accommodating towards the fact I only have an HRA account so her recommendations were fair and reasonable.Ill admit I was nervous to go but afterwards - I felt a new sense of engagement towards my keeping my teethe clean and Im glad I went to her!

Worst patient-care ever... I would give a zero if possible. My family of 5 have been going there for over 10 years...until Dr Hsiu left and Stephanie Hamamoto took over. We paid in full for ortho services for 2 children, which Dr Hamamoto promised to take over when Dr. H. left. We were asked to get full head xrays for my 2 girls again, which i pulled them out of school for. At our 11:15am appt. on Saturday, we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for Dr. Hamamoto to tell us she isnt capable of continuing ortho treatment on the 2 girls and that you paid Dr Hsiu, you didnt PAY me! Not only was it unprofessional for her to say that, but she was so disrespectful in the fact that a simple phone call could have alleviated the 1&1/2 hour wait for no service! Instead, we waited and waited, while other patients that came after us went first, and it finally took my inquiry to finally be addressed!!prepaid in full ortho services not honored by Dr Hamamoto taking over another Drs office.... no courtesy of a phone call to tell us she wasnt capable of performing ortho, sent us to get another set of xrays even though she couldnt do anything, didnt even call us to consult w/ us of her lack of ability to perform services, snide remark about how I paid PRIOR Dr, not her (even though she was supposed to continue his care).end result= removal of all 5 family members from this poor customer service and disrespectul provider. Cant wait to transfer my care to a more competent provider.10 years of coming here proved to be all about the provider. Once Dr Hamamoto took over, it all went to hell.....I recommed any other office but this one and agree with prior person writing review.... ZERO if possible. You guys couldnt live up to prior providers standards... you should be embarassed and ashamed of your so called clinic. Not even an apology from Dr Hamamoto... no surprise.

Went here for several years, then suddenly in the last year Dr. Hamamoto changed out her entire staff, I really did not see a single person in my last visit that had been here before. This new staff is frankly just awful, Not friendly at all. The gal cleaning my teeth made no attempt to be friendly, she did tell me how to floss better but there was no rapport or friendliness whatsoever. When I inquired about sedation dentistry that I had in the past they said because of other patients lack of compliance they were now charging $150 extra fee for it, even to patients who had always complied with the instructions in the past. Every crown I have done by Dr. Hamamoto has problems. Poor customer service, poor quality dental work. Dr. Hamamoto has always been rude when the subject of insurance coverage comes up, really weird and unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

If I could Id give a minus rating!!! In August I paid off my bill to Dr Hsiu. It took me two years to pay off over $6,000 and in the interim I went without dental care (luckily I had no problems) because I was told I had to pay the last $2,500.00 before Dr. Hamamoto would see me. I could believe what I was hearing. So I got it paid now they can kma!
