Felt greatly taken care for by Dr. Steve Hwang and his team. I had many questions and concerns from a cracked molar to teeth clenching to Invisalign and Dr. Hwang took his time to go through it all. Made a phone appointment with ease and the appointment went super smoothly. I highly recommend Dr. Hwang!

Everyone at the office was thoughtful and professional. I have been going to this office for almost 30 years, but the practice sold a a few years ago when the dentist retired. The new people who are there now are just as great as the original ones!

Fast scheduling and awesome service. My wisdom teeth hurts me and after check they pulled it out in the same day. I don’t feel any pain at all and even today. The environment is clean and many doctors are there.

Tru Dental turned out to be exactly what I hoped and needed when I first mad the appointment.First, the staff their was genuinely kind, easy to get along with and eager to help. I never felt any judgment about my oral health despite not having been to a dentist for years! Jenika specifically was kind on the phone and made me feel like I just made a new friend! She also helped me feel comfortable during my appointment by simply talking to me like a human and not mindlessly going through the motions.Dr. Choi was reasonable and helpful. He wasnt an in and out dentist doing the bare minimum to get some money. He discussed my diet and lifestyle and talked about routines that would help me stay healthy. But, while doing this, he understood that I cant completely change my way of life and didnt tell me to cut anything out of my life (like coffee!). Instead, he helped me create a routine around my life to help offset any damage I may be doing. Preventative care is the best way to take care if yourself and thats Dr Chois focus. Hed rather you have a healthy smile then to fill your mouth with crowns and fillings for thousands of dollars. What an anomaly right?David at the front desk was helpful in explaining the costs and how my insurance would work/help. We were able to set up some appointments in the future and figured out a plan for me to manage expenses without breaking the bank. Dental work can be expensive so managing it is intimidating but David help put that stress at ease.All in all, I couldnt have had a much better experience and were talking about a dentist! I highly recommend trudental (in person too!) for anyone looking to get their oral health into a manageable part of their life. The staff is knowledge, honest, genuine and insanely helpful! The stress I normally feel when dealing with the dentist was gone almost instantly and upon leaving I felt like I FINALLY had found some health care professionals that were only interested in helping people to the best of their ability.10/10!Five Stars!Two Thumbs Up!However you wanna rate them, TruDental is above and beyond the best! 👍

Friendly and helpful staff, fully transparent on the financial implications of whatever you’re about to get done. I came in as a first time patient, did the usual paperwork and got a diagnosis and treatment all in the same day!Fantastic dental practices, no pain the next day and no hiccups during the procedure. The building is easy to find and has good parking. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for quality dental care to stop in or schedule an appointment.

I am a patient at Auburn but they were closed on Thursdays so I came to the Bothell office for an emergency. The staff there was very friendly and accommodating and Dr Steve Hwang was great at explaining everything to me.

I came to Trudental to get a root canal done on short notice ahead of my business trip. I came in to get the crown done after my tip and was able to fly back again. No pain.. Dr Hwang is very down-to-earth, compassionate, and caring. I’ve had bad experiences with other dentists in the past so finding a dentist that truly understands and cares about my needs is very important to me.A few of my workers who see a particular dentist in Lynnwood always complain about their dentist constantly suggesting expensive and unnecessary procedures. Dr Hwang doesn’t do that. He always seems to be looking out for my best interests and not interested in just trying to make buck off of me. He truly does seem to care about his patients. I highly recommend him!

Really friendly and knowledgeble staff that work together well. Dr Hwang is terrific. I miss LaRae but Dr. Hwang takes good care of her patients. Jen, Tina and Rachel all did a great job - and Im a totally nervous nellie.

Everyone was great from the moment I walked in needed work done that was unexpected and they worked with my financial situation .I was very nervous about getting numb but Dr. Choi made it very easy and she was very gentle.

I went to Bothell because Dr Hwang was not working in Redmond dental office on Tuesdays. Dr Hwang is always great and the staff here are very helpful and friendly
