Dr. Reese is great chiropractor. I always feel better after being adjusted. He always takes the time to listen and sets a realistic plan to help me feel better asap. The front desk is very accommodating. They always do their best to find appointments that will work for my schedule. Same day appointments are always available! Did I mention they are open on Saturday morning too?

Dr. Kaufman is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and has many years experience. He listened to all my questions and concerns and has addressed all of them. He really cares about my health. I like that he doesnt do the one size fits all adjustments and only adjusts what needs to be done. I find that he has a gentle touch and I have never had an uncomfortable adjustment. Dr. Kaufman has a really great staff and other chiropractors in his practice too. I would highly recommend him.

My goodness! After only two chiropractor appointments with Dr. John Kopet, Im feeling the benefits. An adjustment of the mid back, really does help with nausea....Ill take an adjustment over antinausea meds any day. Im feeling less tension in my body, which definitely helps with reducing anxiety. My hips are thanking me too.

It feels like this place is just looking at patients as dollars signs - they are all about how much can they bill your insurance. My husband has lower back pain so he comes here and instead of providing tips/treatment or routine adjustment recommendations on what he can do to address the problem rather than the symptom they just say come back and we will do another adjustment. Its not practical to have to go for an adjustment every day or even every other day - ridiculous actually and its not treating the problem! But they are billing my insurance 100s per visit so great business for them. We are looking at other options. I dont trust the care here.

Although I have been a patient in the past, it been some time since I’ve been in: now, they would rather run more tests & measurements, racking up a larger bill rather than be concerned with relieving me of my pain.I will definitely be looking elsewhere for a back-up chiropractor. Too bad they care more about the money than the patient

For over a decade I sat and worked at a computer desk. I was young when I began my career and didn’t understand or appreciate the benefits having a good posture or the importance of regular exercise. Dr. Kaufman and Dr. Swinford are the best. After my car accident, I was having trouble sleeping and sitting for extended periods. After a few treatments, there was a huge improvement in sleep quality and I was able to be more productive at work. Three months after the accident, I was back to 100%. I regained all my flexibility back and no longer had any neck or back pain.

Talking to the receptionists was like talking to aliens who have never heard of insurance in their lives. I had to speak to two separate people for themTo answer the simple question of do you take this insurance. What kind of clinical office doesn’t readily know what insurance they take? It took 3 minutes for them to say I’m not in network and them asking me 4 different times if I had Molina or United health something and if I am sure I have the insurance I thought I have. That was a joke and ended with me very disgruntled.

I was injured in a car accident. My attorney sent me there, saying that I dont need to pay or sign anything with the clinic (the deal being between the clinic and atorneys office).Today, at the clinic, I was told by the doctor: This is how works: if the clinics treatment is $10.000 but the judge/insurance gives only $6000 theres is a balance of $4000 you are responsible to pay, but guess what: we wont come to you, we wont ask for these money! But... still you have to sign these papers that you have to pay... Its only a procedure...dont worry! These people simply insult you how stupid they think you are. I am not a doctor but talking with people involved in car accident I was expecting a few weeks of treatment. They told me will take 29 weeks. So I was going to finish the payments together with the mortgage...

Dr. Kopet is a superb practitioner. I hadnt been to a chiropractor for years because the one I had been seeing didnt seem to make a difference. I notice the difference with Dr. Kopet. He is keeping me pain free. I told him I did not want my neck crunched. No problem. Hes got other ways to take care of you. Sometimes my patella gets out of adjustment. He knows how to fix it. He is the chiropractor I have been looking for. Check him out. You wont regret it.

When I first walked into Kaufman Chiropractic and had my initial consultation with Dr. Cassandra Schroder I was hopeless. At 26 I decided I was just going to live with chronic pain for the rest of my life. Years of childhood football injuries, long hours on a strenuous job, and a host of other factors had taken their toll. When I first moved to Seattle ~3 years prior I did see another chiropractor for a couple of months but it always felt like his goal was to get me in and out as fast as possible while appearing as nice as possible. He had trouble remembering where I was hurting. I would just choose one pain to try to get him to help me with each time.When I walked in hurting in 9 different places I decided to tell Dr. Schroder everything. What did I have to lose? She is both very empathetic and a fantastic listener. Every single appointment Dr. Schroder keeps track of and works on the various chronic pains and injuries I have (wrist, forearm, lower back, neck, etc…) Walking out after my first visit I had so much pain relief and so much hope I literally sat in my car and cried tears of relief. So much of the pain I walked into this office with several months ago is gone and stays gone.Dr. Schroder isn’t just focused on helping me achieve some pain relief while I’m there. She is always happy to answer questions, provide advice, and think of other ways to complement and accelerate this healing process.Overall, the entire place is very professional and well run. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. I feel very lucky to have found such a competent and helpful chiropractor. 3 weeks ago I was able to meet my brother for a weekend of snowboarding at Mount Hood and ride the pain-free, something I wouldn’t have dreamed of a year ago.
