It’s tough enough navigating illness without the added burden of complex insurance systems; Capsule is on the job and genuinely happy to help! I am a total convert and give them 6 gold stars!

Life-changing! Such a convenient service. They pretty much do everything for you, and if you have questions or need to tell them additional information, the customer service is quick and accommodating. The only problem with this service is that I didn’t find it years ago! They’re the best.

Capsule is truly amazing! I absolutely love it! Such a relief from dealing with the major pharmacies. If I have any questions I can just text Capsule and they are incredibly responsive. If they notice any issues with my prescriptions, they will contact me proactively to get things sorted out. Also, their delivery is fast! I am SO impressed. Easiest 5 star rating I’ve ever given.

Communication with my doctors and pharmacy has always been a nightmare and its gotten increasingly worse (though more vital) since COVID. There are so many outdated pharmacy laws that dont allow for safe delivery of your medications. Moreover, I feel really stressed when I have to consistently message or call my doctor every month to request a refill of my regular medication. CAPSULE- does all of this FOR YOU. They actually do the job of a pharmacy- above and beyond anything Ive ever experienced. They communicate with your old pharmacy to transfer your prescriptions. They communicate with your doctor to get prescriptions on file. They keep you updated EVERY STEP OF THE WAY via text message with a real human- who are very very kind and it feels so good to be able to receive customer service without all of the spite and attitude that the COVID craze has no-doubt sullied customer service agents with. They are very sincere, efficient, and FAST/IMMEDIATE to respond. Then, FOR FREE!!! FREE. Your medications arrive in a little cute take-out cardboard box and there was even a little heart sticker in mine

I decided to give Capsule a try after becoming fed up with CVS never having my medications in stock, and always leaving me playing guessing games as to when & if my refills would be available by the next refill date. Giving Capsule a chance was the best thing Ive ever done! What a life changing experience dealing with Capsule and all the experienced,friendly staff. Since the pandemic started, I have felt major anxiety just going to CVS and Walgreens. Usually, I have to wait in line, walk throughout the store to kill time, and then finally check out and have a short conversation with the pharmacist.Im high risk so I dont want to deal with any of this!THANK YOU, CAPSULE !! Working the hybrid model allows me to have my prescription sent either directly to me at work or home. SO CONVENIENT !! The entire process runs smoothly and virtually. I pick a time block to expect my prescription and get updates to my phone, letting me know if its on its way.

I have terrible executive function, so a pharma who will talk to my doctor, and who will text me reminders? Big Bonus.I used Capsule in NYC, and now that Ive moved, I use them here. The couriers are almost always excellent, and definitely always on time.(and when i tell people my pharma delivers, and i never have to speak to another person... they get very jealous)

Capsule is amazing and so so convenient! Their representatives are so helpful & kind as well. One day I was concerned I wouldnt be able to get my medication on time because I was working, and they suggested to deliver right to my office! Easy, discrete, and always so friendly. Capsule has changed my life. They dealt with transferring my refills from my old pharmacy. They also obtained a new script from my dr. for my controlled prescription bc it couldn’t be transferred. I also have trouble with certain generic brands and they happily note your preferences which is just really incredible. They’re slogan is something along the lines of “people need a little looking after sometimes” and God knows I need looking after when it comes to refilling prescriptions and dealing with pharmacies. Capsule has seriously eliminated a whole module of stress from my life. Can’t explain how grateful I am for this company.

Capsule is the real holiday gift!!! I’ve got a boat load of prescriptions that are always running out at different times and it’s so damn stressful to keep track of everything. Managing it all (on my own - cvs, my former pharmacy, was little help) caused me much stress and anxiety and frequently prescriptions would lapse.Recently switched to capsule and my god. I’ve never felt more secure in my life. They handle all the doctor, insurance, scheduling BS so that all I need to do is answer a text now and then and they show up at my door with all the things I need.SWITCH TO CAPSULE NOW YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!!

Ive recently started with Capsule.com and Im beyond impressed. Transferring my prescriptions to them was virtually hands-off. They did all the work as I merely entered my meds from a drop-down menu and they did all the rest. Contacted my pharmacy, contacted prescribers as needed, and kept me updated every step of the process. Communication is fantastic. Texts are immediately answered and requests responded to the same. All my deliveries have been on-time and accurate. This service is for real and I highly recommend it. Delivery is always free and available same day if desired. Ive already referred my friends and you will too!

This is my first time working with Capsule through my doctor. Ive been contacted with Sonia. Shes not only professional but kept all communication with me throughout the day. She was able to inform me whether or not the medication I was recommended to take was covered by my insurance. Then she gave some alternatives and solutions to get me my meds. Ive never worked with such a company.

Got my medication delivered to my door in just three clicks, all within an hour of me putting in the order. Packaging is super sleek too (it came with cute stickers!), and the pharmacist staff is very very friendly! Flawless and incredibly easy to use! My medication was a fraction of the price and came a few hours after I received my prescription. Highly recommend over in person lines, receipts, insurance card searching, and overly priced medications at in-store pharmacies!

Amazing experience! I got my prescription the second day talking to my doc and it was delivered to my place. So easy.

I had place a review that was not so good. One the pharmacist (Chris) had reach out to me and apologized for not reaching out to me in timely manner.Which I really appreciate it. And he wanted all his customers have nice experience with capsule. I was upset about not recieving a 90 days supply and he explain to me that they have to go by the insurance company. And I finally accepted that and I realized the most important thing for me is good customer service. And capsule has excellent customer service skills. I was just frustrated because CVS did not communicated with me in the way capsule.Thank you so much

I normally do not give bad reviews but there have been an accumulation of issues. There have been glitches in the app when I open it (pictures below) as well as my account somehow being directed to the NYC office and not the boston office. One instance they told me I could not get pataday because it was a RX only...hmmm well after looking it up online and even going into a local pharmacy, lo and behold! they are on the shelf! This pharmacy told me that they took me for a NYC client instead of a BOS client. It clearly says my address to be mailed is in boston. Sounds like they are having a lot of tech issues and that is really frustrating. The did not even try to page my md to get my rx and they did not offer me to have another RPH come in to resolve this emergency, even though it was their fault for stating I was a NYC client. I am so so so disappointed in this organization and would not recommend it to anyone. I would rather wait 5 minutes for an RX with technicians and pharmacists who know me and are open for help all the time! It is also so hard to talk to a pharmacist, let alone a technician. These PX agents that they call themselves do not have any pharmacy experience whatsoever and that is not helpful!! Please get staff that is adequately trained in pharmacy. I actually get one on one time with my local pharmacist who knows my name!! But when I do get a hold of a pharmacist i think his name is chris? He is always willing to talk and will spend the extra time with me to make sure I have the proper instructions and other side effects to watch out for.
