Great pharmacy and great community health center! I have been going to Fenway Health South End since the fall of 2017 and I really enjoy being a patient there. They truly care about me, always listen to my concerns, and work with me on my care plan.

This place is very unorganized. They book your appointment and tell you the wrong address to go to. They mail you forms to fill out before your appointment but then want you to fill it out again before the appointment because they don’t have anything in your file. Then they make you reschedule because you’re 20 minutes late since you went to the original address they told you to go to. I’ll find a doctor who has a more organized and efficient staff. waste of time

Both Fenway & Fenway Pharmacy: South End have been an invaluable part of my health & well-being, without them I would not be here today or been able to represent #TeamUSA for the past 20 years.They provide amazing care, service and kindness through a plethora of offerings too long to list and if there is something they cant provide in house you can be assured they have it available within their healthcare network.

I go to the location on 142 Berkeley Street in Boston. I only have good experiences with this pharmacy.A special shout-out to JANETTA and ASIA.(they are just extremely awesome) thank you ladies.

I love my provider Jennifer, when I go to visit for an appointment. However, trying to change ANYTHING over the phone is horrible. I called once to try and reach someone to change my insurance, and last name. Waited 20 mins then decided to leave a message so someone could get back to me, around 1pm. Never got a message back. Messaged my provider online as well, nothing yet a day later. Called back to try and change this information again, and in the process of being bounced around to multiple different people. AVOID calling if possible.

The staff here are awesome, except the pharmacy staff. Always a pain to call to get prescription refilled. Always put on hold & waiting for 10+ minutes. I hang up. Call back. They want put me on hold again but I say no. There is one pharmacy person who is very rude. Do not know his name, but he is tall Asian man. Next time I consider getting prescription refilled elsewhere.

I absolutely love Fenway Health help me with my transitioning, mentally and physically issues i may have or have not. Also environment is welcoming and locals arent total asses and sadly i agree with Terrell Petri the parking pretty bad but upside is that trains and buses are near by. so its win win to me PEACE!!!!!!

Fenway Health South End Clinic is amazing! The Pharmacy not so much. Everytime i come i call 2 hours before because theres no parking so I want to be in and out. No matter what you do at Fenway Pharmacy, you will always have to wait. They will never have your medication ready. So dont waste your time calling ahead. You shouldnt have to wait 2 hours to fill simple medication that is always stocked and then get there 2 hours later and they tell you its next to be filled. You obviously didnt work the order.

Google maps directed me to a spot 2 blocks away from the place I was walking up and down confused for an hour and ended late to my doctors appointment. 😡😠😡😡

Some patients are clearly not cared for.

They go above and beyond. I feel spoiled.

Hours are a bit terrible but the staff are great.
