The only positive comments I can make, John and Judith are the two CNA’s that go above and beyond to help the patients. Here dome bullet points of the daily care* Food was always cold when brought to room* No activities at this facility* Takes forever for someone to answer call button (some cases 30 minutes or more)* wanted more PT, only 45 minutes a day* Facilities needs major upgrades to include rooms* was not allowed family visitors, but other patients were allowed visitors*** If this facility and leadership would implement processes to increase the patients experience (this DONT cost much) this would help increase patients motivation and moral ***

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVE ONE AT THIS FACILITY. MY DAD BECAME VERY DEHYDRATED, STOPPED EATING among other things and the staff never communicated any of this to the family. I spoke with the Social Worker and the Administrator. His bottom was raw when he arrived to the Hospital. The staff tried to deny it but pictures were taken at the hospital. I still dont know who the DON is. Im livid at the care he received.The worst communication ever. My dad is currently a patient there. He was very, very sick when he arrived. As far as I can see the care is good, but reaching anybody over the phone or speaking to him is almost nonexistent. On one occasion I remained on hold for 47 minutes and I was returning a call to them. They also misplace his clothes when they changed him from one room to the other. Im already a nervous wreck because of Covid, but not hearing from him is worst. They need to think of a better way to communicate with family.

Food is fairly good and only downside was that there is a bit of a wait, but nothing too major, considering the size of the facility. Stayed for for about 10 Days and the nurses were exceptional. I cant think of any complaint or issues that werent taken care of by staff within the same day. Therapy was the best part. Morgan was extremely sweet, along with the rest of therapy. All very attentive and caring people.

Pathetic! My dad was a patient here and unfortunately during covid and we were unable to visit. If this were the last place on earth I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!! And the only reason I am giving one star is because it wouldn’t let me post unless I did

I am a current resident who is about to discharge. I enjoyed my stay here. The physical therapists are really nice to me. Activities are provided throughout the week and I enjoyed playing bingo and coloring in my free time. i stayed for about a month and would recommend this place to others

I can NEVER, EVER, EVERY get anyone to answer the phone. They are taking advantage of the COVID19 scare. When you call, you get a message on a loop. When you select a department (Ill talk to ANYONE at this point!) and leave a message. nobody returns your call. On the rare occasion that someone does answer, they are short and snippy and do not do any of the things that I have requested regarding my father. My dad has not had a phone that works properly so I delivered a new one to him so that we could have contact. I was told once (in person) when I delivered it that it would be set up, and again over the phone four hours later by the nurse (that said she was too busy) that she would get around to it. I FINALLY got a really sweet CNA on the phone (Thanks Donte!), and he helped with setting up his phone as well as unpacking the items that I delivered today. Im sick over not being able to see to it that he is being well taken care of and treated kindly. The staff needs in-service on how to deal with stressed out patients AND their stressed out families during these trying times. I am not a fan anymore

My husband is a patient currently and I have had very positive interactions with much of the staff. They were eager to answer any questions I had in the formal meeting that took place within 2 weeks of his arrival.I feel most of the staff from the top all the way to bottom are respectful and willing to address any other questions or concerns that arise.The only reason I didnt rate them higher is that almost all clothes, new underwear, socks and t-shirts were never returned to him even though they were properly marked with a permanent marker in large bold letters. I thought if another patient received them by accident that they would either wear them and they would go back to my husband after being laundered or the person who got them would tell them that they are not his. I do not recommend that you use their laundry services because you may end up buying more to replace the ones that you originally supplied. I dont understand how they could disappear from the facility. I take a container and do his laundry myself but I hope for the sake of what is right that the long lost laundry willUPDATEI have to say that the issue with my husband laundry issue has been quickly resolved. I am thankful and surprised how Garden Court worked to resolve it.I have been very impressed with the care and communication that my husband and i have experienced.

Ive been at this facility for several months now and it has truly been a great stay. The staff is unbelievable nice and kind to each residents. We have lots of fun, we do bingo, cards and theirs special entertainment. I like it when the staff and residents dress up for different themes. If ever I need rehab I will come back.A past and present resident.Ps. Thanks for your help

This home is amazing. My family recently placed a loved one here for rehab and could not have made a better decision. The staff is so friendly and on top of their game. The rehab is great. He is so happy and comfortable at Garden Court. Best decision ever made.

Am a family member of a patient here. I visit about 4 days out of the week at different times of the day and everyone that works here that I have encountered is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Normally things run smooth for my relative but, if there is an issue its resolved quickly.

I broke my pelvis and had to come her because getting up is hard to do. The therapist are so warm and welcoming . They treat me wonderful and the C.N.A s that I have are the sweeties thing. You know when you find 2 or more people working in a place you find good and bad people. Here at Garden Court I have not found any. My nurses are the best you will ever find.

This is a wonderful place everyone seems to be very nice here. The Food seems to be good and its clean. What more could you ask for.

The stay was pretty good. I stayed at the facility for about 3 weeks and the staff was cool.

My mother is staying here and she is so happy with everyone and the care that she is receiving. My mother is checked on very regularly and everyone is very helpful and friendly. I am so glad we found Garden Court for my mom.

I really love this great place.The staff is so nice and friendly when I was there. Plus the food was amazing too!!! :)

I went to visit my mother for the first time. She was highly medicated, her eyes were half open and couldnt say anything. I could say her name and whatever she wouldnt say anything. I would talk to her and you can see her lips move a little. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there and that was my first visit. The nurse was not nice at all and I got aggravated so she called the police and almost didnt let me and my mother in law out of the door. She locked us in there so I got mad and I did tell her that I would brake the glass, im sorry you dont have to lock someone in were they cant leave after seeing my mother the way she is. Thats not fair or right for someone to do something like that. Of course someone would get mad.

Joke - do yourself a favor and find another place. If there was a lower rating they would sure get it

My mom was in there for a few months. The care was okay, but their communication with the family was extremely poor. When it came time for discharge, they were unprofessional and did everything at last minute. They also failed to hold a formal meeting with the family regarding discharge.
