My dad walked into this facility with a walker. When we visited, he was often in wet clothes and very drugged and disheveled looking.Ten days later he was hospitalized with three broken bones in his leg & ankle, even though he had been wheelchair bound since the day he entered. We never could get an explanation as to what happened and his dementia prevented him from telling us. This would be the last place on earth I would place a loved one. Nobody seemed to care and even after his hospitalization, there was no follow up at all to even ask how he was doing.

The Drs. and staff are excellent. However the cna staff could be more sensitive to the patients need for respect. Hats off to those who made the entire experience very pleasant: Vance, Tyrone, DeVonte,Judy, Toya and Zelda.😊💝
