The front office staff was very unprofessional! As well as the nurses. Nurse came out into the waiting room, screamed at me for wearing my mask properly, then I pointed out that the two ladies behind the desk were not wearing the masks so I thought it was ok. The nurse continued to speak aggressively to me in front of other people in the waiting room telling me that the ladies behind the counter were six feet away from me. But they weren’t six feet away from each other! The front office staff were talking about patients that were in the waiting area. I’ll definitely be calling the manager. It was worth not getting a drug test for employment! That Entire office staff needs to be retrained on how to speak to their patients and the right and wrong way to handle any situation

I came in for a drug screen and was unable to give them the amount of urine they requested. I then asked for a hair sample to be taken instead, and said I was ok paying extra for that test since I knew I would not be able to give enough urine. I was charged for both exams even though only 1 sample was tested! I am happy to pay for the hair test they performed, but being charged for a urine test that was never even performed is wrong. It would also be nice to have the rules explained of the test before it is performed so people will not get in the mess I was in after starting it, but that is not the big issue.

If I could give this place a zero I would.

Omg I took my husband there this morning @ 9 there was a two hour wait with 4 people sitting in the lobby. The receptionist there were two was very rude totally disrespectful. This company needs more help and some friendly personnel. Are the companies sending people here need to find a different resource!!

The staff was taking people that came in after my friend first, was there over an hour and a half.. if i could rate these people no stars I would.

The place was dirty, staff rude and unprofessional, nursing staff rude. And unprofessional. I will never go back and I will never send my staff their again. I’m tired of paying them to treat us poorly.

I visited the clinic to have a COVID-19 test performed. The staff was amazing, the clinic director performed my test. She was so professional and kind. She came to my car so i did not have to come inside. Had my results in 15 minutes. Will highly recommend this clinic.

Great service with an even better staff

The waiting room was dirty to begin with. I had to wait forever for my DOT exam. And this little man-lady that runs the place was screaming and wagging her finger in the face of the receptionist. It was just too much going on for a professional clinic. It was not a good visit for me.

I had to take a physical today and wasn’t to thrilled about it. I went to this clinic and my blood pressure was high. The NP I saw, Sally, took time to talk with me and made me relax. By the time the physical was over, I felt like we were old friends. This is how you should be treated in a medical clinic.
