Update: 8/7/2021I went to go in and see Erin to get waxed along with a friend of mine and we both had a MUCH better experience than the one I shared below.Erin was professional the entire time and talked with us and did everything you should do while waxing someone. It was an enjoyable experience and I will for sure be back. Thank you, Erin!!DO NOT GO GET YOUR BODY WAXED HERE. I got a Brazilian and it was horrifying. I have been waxed regularly and so it’s not like it was my first time and it was the pain that got me. There was no pre wax oil used to keep the wax from sticking to my skin. The wax repeatedly broke when she tried pulling it. She did small sections which makes it hard for any traction to get to pull so that was painful. And when you pull the wax you should be placing your hand on that area with pressure to relieve some of the pain and that never happened. I was in there for just short of an HOUR. You shouldn’t be getting waxed for more then 15-20min in any one area. And to top it off, there was still wax on me when I left. This is NOT the place to go for waxing at all. I was in so much pain when I left and almost told her to stop after 40min of being in there.

I came for a facial,the lady didn’t introduce herself,up to this day I don’t know her name, she brought me upstairs and asked me to lay on the table, she didn’t speak a word to me except to say because I was late she would cut on my time,I called to let them know I would be 15 minutes late and was told to come. 20 minutes later she says she was done, my face was exactly the same as before the facial and she asked for $85 the price of a full session .I asked her if she treated all her clients this way.She just requested the money I paid half of the amount and left with the feeling if I was white I might have been treated better.

Nicole was absolutely amazing and very professional !!! She sat down and discussed what I was hoping for in a color. Told me what was possible and that it would take a couple visits to get the exact shade I wanted. I left so happy !!😊 Thank you Nicole!!!

Elizabeth at Poshe takes care of my whole household! She cuts my (very picky) husbands hair just how he wants it, colors our oldest daughters hair a BEAUTIFUL shade of red that most people cannot pull off and has worked to get my balayage the perfect shade for my dark hair. There aren’t many people at all in this area I would trust our hair to and I’m so glad my husband found her!

Visited Poshe as a walk in after our normal stylist had to cancel. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming and the establishment was super cute, clean and updated. The stylist smiled but seemed more annoyed that we took up her time as walk ins. My 3/4yr old was very excited to get her first haircut (that she could remember) but it seemed more of a chop and go. She asked her name and how old she was but then silence. It was just a trim that took up all of 10-15 min tops but I assumed after the trim she would at least spritz her hair, add a braid in or something. My trim was no different. All in all she did her job, trimmed our hair (only) and was paid $40 each. Unfortunately Super cuts does more for my boys at a less price and is friendly. So if your not an established client maybe go elsewhere.

I really loved my experience. Nicky did amazing on my hair. She was very patient and kind in making sure that my hair was exactly what I wanted. I got at least 10+ inches cut off, and a balyage that I have never done before. It turned out perfect! I love my new style 😍

I love the clean, professional services from this salon. Erin does an excellent job with my eyebrows including wax and tinting! She has great communication skills and treats customers with respect!

I enjoy my eyebrow tint thats a start and her customer communication is also. Tho she said my eyelashes will last two weeks. I got them done yesterday and this is today one day later I paid 125/140$ for this service and if I had paid with card Id ask for a refund. I could have just put on some strips of eyelashes and saved my money.

I am new to Louisiana and due to COVID it was very difficult to find a good salon after we moved. I found POSHE online and the other reviews looked good. I had my hair done about 2 months ago now amd am VERY happy with their service. I had a haircut and full highlights done. My hair needed some love very badly. I had a previous service done elsewhere and my hair was pretty dry/damaged. The salon itself is well appointed and managed. I was seen on time and the young lady who did my hair was very good. I came here from San Antonio and their pricing still seemed cheaper for everything I got. Typically, I would have paid upwards of $150 for haircut, shampoo, full highlights and hairstyle. (It was around $138 as I recall and I think it differs depending on who you book with.) Booking online was also super easy. Overall, great experience!

Erin at Poshe is the BEST esthetician in the SBC! She gave me the brows of my dreams! After years of over plucking, I didn’t think I’d ever have pretty, full brows but she fixed me right up. Her facials are super relaxing and leave my skin glowing. She also recently started doing lashes and she’s already a pro. You won’t regret booking with her 😄

Went on Saturday to get my hair colored. My hair was virgin dark brown and I wanted to go lighter in a caramel shade. When I left my scalp was yellow and some pieces of it were green. Permanent color was applied to my roots first, which I thought was wrong, but I didn’t go to beauty school so I didn’t say anything. I was assured it would come out after washing. After washing and conditioning it, it did NOT come out. The lengths of my hair are okay, but I could not go to work with yellow-green roots. This salon was closed Sunday and Monday so I had to go to a different location to get it fixed. Luckily they got the yellow out of my roots enough to where it looks natural, but it’s not what I wanted. I’m just upset I spent 3 years growing out my hair, avoiding heat and chemical treatment for it to be healthy, just so it could be ruined again. I bleached/dyed my own hair for years and my roots never looked as bad as they did on Saturday.

Can’t find a better Esthetician than Erin to keep my eyebrows and nose cleaned up. Great attention to detail!

I went in for my birthday to have my hair cut and highlighted as Ive done evey year for my birthday for the past 2o years. Not only did she cut my hair the exact opposite of what I wanted, she also made my highlights so white that I look gray haired now. Most importantly she told me and I quote that my total cost would be $125...which i left a 20$ tip also. She said it would be be $125 for cut and color and I see on my bank statement today that I was WAY OVERCHARGED In the amount of 286!!!! I expect a full refund or at least the difference between the amount quoyed/promised I was promised ($$125) and a refundfor the overcharge. Im am a very dissatisfied client which is too bad because I have about 8 ladies that I was sending to your salon but uuntil or unless this is resolved then I will definitely send them elsewhere.

We came here from out of town & my daughter wanted her hair dyed while we were here so we made an appointment. Christi was her colorist & she was a beautiful lady with a great personality. I was concerned at the beginning because I could tell the dye was seeping down her hairline & also behind her ears & on her neck. She was coloring her hair Auburn red so it was real visible but I thought these are pros here so maybe they use something to clean this up when they rinse it out- maybe? To my surprise she did not..she even seemed a little annoyed that I brought it up. When we left there my daughter was so disappointed. The hair color was beautiful- just looked like it was done by someone at home that didnt know what they were doing..ugh! Sorry ladies we wont be back..$96.00 for just a color..no cut & just a blow dry..umm..no***Update 12/7/20..as of a week ago my daughters blonde hair has come back in large pieces in the back of her hair..2 weeks & the color has faded...wow! I would ask for a refund if we lived closer!! I REALLY expected more from a so called higher end salon!

This place is outstanding. The hairdresser did exactly what I asked, and when I told her my work schedule wouldn’t allow me to come whenever the place was open to do the balayage I wanted, she offered without me even asking to stay behind almost 4 hours passed closing time just to accommodate me. I wish I was richer so I could have tipped her 100%. Fun atmosphere, clean modern place, and great snacks. Definitely gonna be my go-to hair place from now on.

Elizabeth did a great job with my hair. I highly recommend this salon. I can say from experience that this place is superior to the other highest rated salon I tried. I hope more people leave reviews so they pop up as #1.

They bleached it after I told them not to put bleach in due to past damage. When I left I was holding back tears at my multi colored mess. They offered to fix it but honestly after they took my black/navy hair and turned it blonde/brown/greyish they were NOT touching it again. They were nice though. Reds and blondes they seem on point as long as your hair can take bleaching.

They always get my hair right and the price is pretty good. Never been happier with a salon.

I get my waxings done here by Jonathan. Hes always courteous, quick, and thorough.
