Would NOT recommend this location. crooked scams and schemes out of peoples money. Incredibly rude communication when asked about the billing process. They have been charging my credit card for over 1 year. Their memberships apparently auto-renew even after My wife goes in there, in-person to cancel her membership, over 1 year ago. The person I spoke with kept referring to the freeze form was never turned in but I kept referring to cancelling the whole process when my wife went in person over 1 year ago to cancel. Then she alludes to my wife lying about going in person to cancel her membership. This was completely out of line. My wife went in there, in person prior to her deployment solely to prevent this from happening. When I asked what happens if she goes in person to cancel her membership, where can issues arise if an employee there does not submit the cancellation process. She remains quiet because is reflective of a possibility of a situation. Disgusting attitudes from the staff I spoke with. do not waste your hard earn money on this place.

I absolutely love Massage Envy in Bossier. I’ve been going for probably 2 years or more now and never been displeased. They have all times available for appointments so I can fit it in my busy schedule. Kirsten is your go-to if you struggle with pain and major knots. She offers the deepest tissue massage I’ve ever had and while it isn’t always relaxing, it is exactly what I need for pain relief and relaxation later.

Crooks. I cancelled my membership leaving one service on the books. That means I already paid for it. I wanted to donate the last session to my son who was recently in a car accident. I was denied even though they already had my money. Buyer beware

Staff is friendly and I am never waiting long for my session to be ready. I enjoy the tranquility room. I love the coupon booklet (I think it was a limited deal) too for their membership sign up. Gives me a chance to try new features I wouldnt have considered before!

This location started out pretty good after it opened, but something happened since. I received a six-month subscription for a birthday present from a family member, but I only went to three of my sessions. My second and third visits were so bad, I couldnt go back.On the third visit, the massage therapist stuck her knuckles into my skull — not the muscles/ligaments below (at the base of the skull)...into the bone itself. I told her how bad it hurt, but she said, thats because youre tense. Nope, thats not how bones work.I might have gotten unlucky with my therapists (judging by other reviews, this seems to be the case), but when youre paying for this kind of service and have that kind of experience, it definitely makes you hesitant to return when other options are out there.

Bossier location is much better than Shreveport

Been once and it was great, but havent been able to get an appointment since I went in July. They are always booked even tried for 3 weeks away and theres nothing. After reading these reviews not sure I want to go back

SHEKA did and amazing jobI walked into the store in so much pain walked out feeling relaxed and pain free! I just came back from cruise paid $170 for a massage on the ship and it was horrible! Thank you so much SHEKA I will be back just to see you!!!!!

They change my appointment every time. This last time they moved it from 2 pm to 4 pm, then called me with less than an hour until my new 4 pm appointment to tell me the girl that was supposed to be there would not be available, so they canceled my appointment entirely. I have a ton of credits that I cant use because they dont have appointments available, and when I do have an appointment, they cancel. Very unhappy with both this location and the Shreveport location. Cant wait to stop paying them money for nothing.

They have employees able to care for their customers beyond expectations rarely seen. Unfortunately, they also have managers doing the total opposite, unwillingly unable to apologise for miscommunications, weaseling out of confrontations by throwing offers at it. Not everything has a price.

I made an appointment for Tuesday at 10. Got there at 945. Then was turned away because she said I didnt have an appointment.
