They are worth every star, I would like to recommend everyone to Doctor Adams office. They are very reasonable in their prices from glasses to appointment. I used to go to another local eye doctor where my appointment alone was 280 dollars. Thinking that the higher the price the better the care, absolutely wrong. In the 20 years that I have seen doctors after doctor, they have never had a answer as to why my vision is so bad. Doctor Adams was able to find out in 2 appointments.

I needed glasses , so I went to Adams eyecare . They were so professional . They tool care of all my needs . I can see clearly now !! Thank y’all so much . See ya !!

Used to love this place.. Not so much now. The Doctor is excellent, the prices do not match the quality tho. Cost me over $200 for lenses in my glasses... That I provided frames for! Then, instead of being ready in a reasonable time (7-10 business days as quoted) it took more than 5 weeks to get my glasses back... That I had already paid for.. Multiple subsequent phone calls only garnered excuses, constantly blaming someone or someplace else....and if that wasnt bad enough, I get home with my new glasses, take em out of the zip lock bag... Smh.. voila.... Theyre scratched all to hell and back!? This place has gone to $hi+ and the blame starts at the top

While i was in town I picked up my daughter contacts which I talk to the worker before hand when she has her exam and ask for her to give my daughter eye solution and case for contacts which should be given when purchasing new set of contacts the lady immediately said we gave it to her already which she didn’t remind you solutions is no more that 5 or 6 dollars that should be not be nothing when we spent 277 for contacts smh our family will no longer will be coming here

Such a nice positive change compared to other optometrists that Ive been to. Yes, glasses are marked up so they can make a profit. But their relatively low eye exam fee alone cannot cover the cost of Dr. Adams salary, the staff salaries, insurance, utilities, building rent, supplies, record keeping, etc., etc. So, get your exam and buy one pair of glasses. Then buy your second pair on-line elsewhere. This way you help a local business *stay* in business while you can save money by having your 2nd pair shipped from China.

The staff along with Dr Adams are very nice and helpful! I am a parapalegic so they move the exam chair out of the way so I can look thru all of the lenses just like I would have done in the exam room chair. Always very accommodating making sure that I am comfortable! I love these people and know that you will too. Just smile and be polite ...they will take care of you! I highly recommend them. Plus they have hundreds of frames to choose from all different prices! Go see them! You won’t be sorry!Tell them Ammacetta Candy Jetton sent you!!

The only regret I have is that I wish I would have known about Adams Eye Care years ago! The staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor explained everything in detail to me. I was able to get 2 pair of glasses for what I paid for one from my previous Opthamologust.i would definitely recommend Adams Eye Care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Adams for 15 years and would not even consider using someone else! I have recently moved to Texas, but I will still be making the trip to Bossier to see him! He is professional, caring, and listens to your concerns. His staff is excellent! They are professional, helpful, and very welcoming. They were so nice to my son, he was not easy to get him to do the eye exam but they had so much patience with him even when I ran out...lolWe took our daughter there and she was a bit easier than our son but we still had a great experience with them. They took time to talk to our kids make them feel more comfortable and I thought that was really awesome plus its really important to build up that trust. They are awesome!!!!

Everyone was so nice and helpful and how many doctors offices do you know of that send hand written thank you cards. They were awesome!

We have used Adams Eyecare for many, many years for our entire family. The entire staff is wonderful, especially Burgundy! Our daughter is very dependent on glasses (doesnt like contacts really). They have always gone above and beyond to help us find fun, contemporary frames for her unique taste!

These are truly some great people who provide great service. I was in a bind as I was out of town and had broken my glasses. They not only took me in the same day, they made sure I walked out with a new set of glasses and nailed the prescription. I couldnt be more pleased.

Everyone at Dr Adams office is friendly and takes care of you promptly and is very professional. Dr Adams always explains things and keeps me informed. I had a problem with one of my eyes and called the office and was able to see Dr Adams that very day. My eye was really hurting and he took care of the problem right away. I am really pleased with my choice as Dr Adams for my eye doctor.

Terrible to schedule an appointment finally got one.. Got upset when I refused dilation had to go back to work. I decided then I would take my business elsewhere to purchase my lenses and frames.Im not so sure they werent trying to get extra out of my insurance. I wont go back!

Poor customer service from the jump. Constant attitudes. Mistaking you for other clients, an entire unprofessional wall dedicated to the Twilight film series. Tri care referred us here, DO NOT go. They charge an extra $20 fee to measure PD unless you pay for their 200% markup on glasses.I called to inquire why this was an extra price and the woman said I mean well TAKE your money and its only a 30 second procedure for your PD measurement but its $20 since you wont buy your glasses hereAVOID ADAMS EYECARE AT ALL COSTS. My reviews tend to lean toward the critical side, so take that into account.My entire experience has been just ok. The first appointment I made - 3 years ago, they forgot I was there. Hasnt happened since, so I think they just got really busy. They have my name misspelled. They are always busy, but relatively friendly.Glasses are expensive, especially compared to some of the online options, but you get a personal touch that you wont get shopping online.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I cannot stand the rude women who work for this doctor. They are unbelievably unkind and made me feel stupid for trying to get a prescription. My insurance is through the military which means we cannot see the eye doctor for two years. They do not tell you during your appointment that your prescription expires in one year so if an emergency happens and ou need a simple prescription they simply do not care and will not release your needed documents to get your emergency eyewear.Rachel at the front desk and the jerk of woman that took over the phone from her made it seem like they absolutely did not care about what I was going through even when I tried to explain the situation.ADAMS EYE CARE WILL NEVER RECEIVE MY BUSINESS UNTIL THEY CAN FIND RECEPTION THATS WORTH MY TIME AND MONEY. KINDNESS IS NOT A HARD SKILL TO MASTER LADIES

Called twice on Friday, between 12 and 1 and then again after 1pm. Left a message but no response.

Extremely friendly and caring I would definitely recommend them.

The office staff is always rude. I have been going here for years because I like Dr. Adams, but he has the worst office staff ever. I am glad to be moving out of the area so that I am forced to find a new eye doctor.
