Best pharmacy in this town! Everyone is very friendly! THE BEST!

I’m fed up with this place. I’m seriously going to switch pharmacies. I received a text saying my script was available for pick up. I couldn’t leave the house because I was very ill from having mono. When I finally came, the lady said it was out of stock. I was irritated, but understood. I received a text yesterday afternoon while at work it’s available. I don’t get off until 9 so it would be too late. I had my mother try to pick it up for me with her scripts and they said I don’t even have a script there. Worst place to be built on airline/wemple.

Worse place ever! The manager Jeanette is extremely RUDE has no customer service skills, treat people like trash plus her coworkers are so lazy that they will page someone before even trying to help them themselves. Im glad I dont need to go to this place anymore!

We dropped off the script 1100 am. We called at 130pm just to see if the script was ready. The lady said yes in 20 mins. We showed up an hour later and they havent even worked on it. Lesson learned. Not all CVS are created equal. I dont think they care either.

Slowest Pharmacy drive thru in the US.

This CVS used to be the slowest pharmacy in Bossier, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service lately. Great job turning things around for the better!

Worst pharmacy in town. They always have an excuse as to why their many issues are someone else’s fault. It’s happened to us at least a dozen times with them.We switched pharmacies a year ago and haven’t had a single problem. Stay away from this one.

The pharmacist, Marcus Skipper, was very rude throwing the stapler and bags of meds after he filled them and quite rude to his coworkers. I understand it was 20 minutes until time for them to close but i had just left from the doctor and didnt want to be there either. It isnt my choice to be sick and Im sure that the other people in there do not want to be either.

I sat on hold for 13 mins, and when they picked up, they immediately hung up on me.When I called back she was EXTREMELY rude.I have been trying to get a prescription filled for over a week.Each time I have visited or called, The lady has been very rude.Customer service 👎🏼

I would give them less if I could! They are HORRIBLE!!! Will NOT answer the phone. Have NO customer skills. And are always out of medication. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen!!!!

Im trying to get in touch with corporates office i was in the store two days ago with my co-worker and stuck my hand in a basket full of barrettes and such and there was a used feminine product in the basket i am appalled and something needs to be done and we are in a pandemic ! No telling what i was exposed to!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The worse customer service and can’t be bothered to contact insurance to get things straightened out. Had a script called in and for three days kept saying they didn’t have it. But they wouldn’t answer a phone to give me that information.

2 of the laziest people on this entire planet work at this store: 1) Kimberley, 2) Demairi. I would have listed the managers name in this list but she has actually been off work for the last 2 weeks so she must be extra special. Her name is Jeanette Sellers. CVS is all set to become the next Sears.

Theres definitely a wait time at the pharmacy (I usually try and go during the least busy times of the day), but other than that, the people here are so sweet. The wait time doesnt bother me as long as the customer service is good, which to me, it is.

I would give this location 5 stars if it wasnt for the manager. She has a bad attitude. The rest of the staff is excellent and helpful! I know how it us working with the public and its not easy. I especially like Corey! So nice!

Hands down absolutely the worst pharmacy in bossier city. Only go here if you don’t want your prescriptions on time and like waiting in the store every time you go to pick them up.

When busy, tends to get backed up, for the pharmacy. Even though the drive through has 2 lanes most avoid the putter lane due to poor speaker, that results in the inability to hear the pharmacist at all.When a prescription is told that it would be ready, at a specific time, only to arrive and find out it was out of stock, is a poor way to operate a pharmacy. Ideally, it would be best to have it available, when on the phone. It would have even been acceptable to call the customer back to let them know the error and the expected time and date the prescription would be filled. If any further delays come up, then call the customers back again.It was this kind of mismanagement of the pharmacy that drove us away from Walgreens in Shreveport.

Spent way to long@ store#10218.Corporate cut hours & service has suffered tremendously @ pharmacy.not Shure if Ill ever go back. So sad they used to have really good service & convenient.hate to go to Walgreens. I hope that the money saved hourly is worth the loss of the customers. Wonder what day will be changing their name to next?

This place is a nightmare!! My son had brought a written prescription to the pharmacy they told him it would be ready in 45 minutes. I came to pick it up and they told me that they haven’t received anything which I told them my son had brought it in and handed it to the lady. They then proceeded to tell me that he must have brought it to another pharmacy or he was lying I said why would he lie about an ointment to put on his toe. They got attitude with me so I sat there and argued with them. The lady started to look around and after 45 minutes she found it and said oh someone must have just forgot to give it to the pharmacist. What no apology or anything just a blank stare and more attitude. Every time I have came in CVS I have had nothing but problems. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!

On 10-03-18 I came in and the service I recieve from the young lady (Tierra?) at the front register, was the best COUSTOMER service I have had in years!! I thought that kind of customer service was gone forever. She was helpful with things I needed to find, she resolved an issue I’ve had for years with my customer card. I have asked so many people to fix the issue... for 5 years... she fixed it in one minute!! She said, MAY I HELP YOU MA’AM...THANK YOU... COME BACK AND SEE US... those are words I haven’t heard in years! I just hope businesses start paying attention to customer service. You can hire young people who are truly respectful!!! You need to get her to train your other cashiers! Keep your eye on her she will go far weather it’s with your company or another!

Nice store but the pharmacy is very slow both inside and drive thru regardless of the time I stop by to have my prescriptions refilled.

True convenience at this local CVS. Friendly associates, great pharmacy, and those convenience items that you need quickly without going to a grocery store. It just needs a few more associates at busy times.

Service at the pharmacy is always terrible. The people are nice, but the wait time is atrocious.

Compared to Walgreens this place is great will admit the pharmacy staff like most places have attitudes not all of them but most do especially if your asking a question about over the counter meds and when it’s rained the store entrance has a musty smell but I still like CVS better than Walgreens

I’ve never been somewhere so slow! Don’t tell me to drive back up here at 4pm if your gonna have me wait an HOUR and HALF in the store! Worst customer service ever received! Stopd in line 4 times just to be told “ a few more minutes”!! Horrible pharmacy! Use walgreens right up the rode instead!

Was told prescription couldn’t be filled until next day although I turned It in at 6pm...called next day to verify it’s ready been on hold 20 min still no response

We needed photos copied to DVD in a hurry. Avery went above and beyond to help us out. Thanks Avery!
