If you want your hair gapped and chopped, this is the place to go! I should have asked for someone else when she asked how to do it from another stylist. Then, after it was too late, they inform you the “stylist” came from a shop for men and she was learning! And I probably made her nervous!! She even tried to blow dry half my hair with a comb! Then when she thought that might not be working, just left the other side wet. I actually paid for the disaster and left.

We all get good to great haircuts consistently with any who do them. My daughter has a favorite in Robbie for her listening and care for details cutting very difficult thick curls to a short and sassy adorable and changing as asked if a variant is requested with as excellent a result!!! And my daughter is a critic and has been not as pleased with cuts that were great to me from higher priced salon with leveled stylists and her getting not the lowest level, and ones recommended for her tricky hair.

Long wait time. No modern check-in system (app with wait time and sign-in). We waited over an hour for a haircut. The stylists were nice enough and did a OK job, salon needs better management. They need to hire more stylists to keep up with demand.

The other day was our second time there to get my daughters hair cut. The girl did an ok job the first time. This most recent cut... after over an hour waiting on a Tuesday evening... then the lady had my daughter stand while she cut her hair and she sat in the chair!! My 6 yr old daughter held still for the cut even tho she was standing the whole time! The cut was horrible! So uneven! She spent more time cutting the little boys hair that she was cutting when we walking in! I ended up taking her to a different salon! We will never come here and I won’t let my husband go back either!

I went there to get my hair cut the other day and the lady that cut my hair was Kathy. I had a picture on my phone of how i wanted it cut and she did an amazing job. She was very polite and listened to the the couple of changes i made from the picture. I am completely satisfied with my haircut and the level of service i received from Kathy. Super unprofessional. I was waiting on my husband to get his hair cut and it was so loud. One of the stylists was getting her hair cut/styled by her coworker, while another was letting a child brush her hair while people were waiting. They were all laughing and having a grand ol time, their kids running around everywhere. It’s like they thought they were at home hanging out rather than working out in public. This place has definitely gone downhill, and we won’t be coming back.

I went in to get my hair trimmed and shaped up. I told the stylist I had had my hair professionally cut 4 times in my 58 years and they had messed up my hair all 4 times. My hair was down to my waist, now it very unevenly rests above my shoulders. She cut of so so much. Its cut uneven. Dont go there for a style if you like your hair.

The people there all knew how to properly cut hair and they were all very nice but expect a little wait because they do take their time to insure quality. Will definitely go again 👍

The wait was typical of a walk-in salon. We’re semi new to town and after asking around, we ended up here and requested Becky by recommendation. The cut was for my 7 yo boy and he was thrilled afterwards. Becky did a great job and she was very patient. The price of $12 was the cherry on top.

This hair cut place will make you regret ever cutting your hair. I asked for the side of my hair to be faded and that’s all. They didn’t fade my hair at all and they cut the top and the bangs of my hair to like 1 centimeter long. These hair cuts are cheep but not worth it. If you want a real hair cut go to sports clips.

Ive never had a bad haircut here. I know Ive had at least 5 different stylists cut my hair and Im always happy! Everyone of these women know what theyre doing! Several of them are very talented with a razor cut, too, which is hard to find.

Yet another perfect haircut with Maggie who is a genius at the art of hairdressing. She is patient, courteous & masterful with her tools of the trade. She is definitely my favourite hairdresser in this part of the world. :-)

The stylists are great, however the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and very childish. She is the reason we will not be back. I’ve never witnessed a grown adult act so childish. Save yourself the drama and visit somewhere else.

They did awful with my daughters hair, they cut it was so short and they tried to “frame her face” and ended up cutting it was to short in the front and now she can’t put it back in a ponytail. I wouldn’t recommend girls going there but only boys.

Absolutely terrible wait times (be prepared to wait an hour in most cases). You have a 50/50 chance of getting a terrible haircut- depends on your hairdresser. One time they turned me away 30 minutes before closing. Though there are a couple of good hairdressers, this place is awful as a whole.

Walked in 40 minutes (or slightly more) before they closed and was turned away saying they had too many people ahead of us...there were 4 or 5 ahead of us. Completely understaffed with only 2 hairdressers on a Saturday. I realize walkins cant be guaranteed, but I had called right before we left to verify the wait and was told there were a few people but it wasnt long. Came in 10 minutes later and was turned away for 1 cut...super frustrating!

Kathy is top notch. I have been getting my hair cut by someone in Shreveport for over 3 years now and moved out to Haughton and had to find someone closer. Kathy cut my hair and took very good care of me. I told her upfront this was just a trial and that i have had someone cut my hair for over 3 years and if she did a good job she would have another full time customer. Her knowlege was right on point she listened to me and having never cut my hair before i was very impressed. Not only was she great and cutting hair but very professional as well.
