Im so dissatisfied with the service I received. The nail tech rushed through the process of both my manicure and pedicure. I was supposed to get my nails done the same color as my feet, but I didnt because of whatever reason she had in her mind. Paying for a service that wasnt done properly is ridiculous. Theres humps and cracks in the acrylic and my bling wasnt placed on the nail properly smh. People please spend your money else where, youll be better off and more pleased with the results. This was my first and last time going here. S/n disappointed

I love love love my nails. Johnny and angel are amazing and I really recommend them to anyone. They do beautiful designs and take the time to get it right and perfect.

They are way over priced. Ive never paid that much to get my nails done and Ive been to a lot of different places in many different states. It was $265 for me and my mom mani pedi. I wanted a bride design but the lady just kept telling me to pick a color when I showed her the picture of what I wanted so I ended up with just a solid color thats not what I really wanted because she acted like she didnt understand and was rushing me and just wanted me to pick a color. So instead of having bridal nails for my wedding, i just have pink nails and theyre pretty but not worth what they charged me. I would have went somewhere else had i known they charged so much more than other nail salons. The lady that did my moms nails was very nice and did a good job on hers. But it was all way over priced. I just feel ripped off and wish I would have went somewhere else. $265 is outrageous!!

We went in and got 3 pedicures and they did absolutely amazing! She made sure to take her time and I love how my feet feel! If y’all are looking for a good pedi I would definitely go to them!!!

This place will never get another dime from me. Im new here and Ive never been anywhere and had my nails done for $90 and my daughter was $60 for a basic acrylic set. I got an ombre color and it didnt look ombre at all. Then she had me bleeding and the lady that did my daughters nails had her bleeding. Then not even a week lady my first nail popped off like a press on and every other day after that another one popped off. This was the worst nail experience Ive ever encountered. Im definitely not doing business at this company ever again. If I could give a 0 I definitely would. Then lets not talk about the fact it was only 1 person working when I first arrived. Then I came back there were 2 ppl but a line of people waiting. I should have just left from the start.

I don’t recommend this nail shop. This was my first time getting gel and they look like I did them myself at home. The gel was bulky and chunky. There were empty spots my stick (that costed an extra $5) was crooked. They were always mad and yelling. They literally charged me $90 for nothing. They make you pay an extra $5 for a shape. And for what it’s still a nail. I asked for coffin and they came out square.

I got my nails, brows, and lashes done. My nails were bulky like I did them at home. Lady was nice but was not a professional. I have no complaints on my lashes or brows but I will say the salon and employees are not sanitary. They are also VERY expensive and not worth the quality. I didn’t see the reviews until a day after. If I had, I wouldn’t have came.

They are a bit pricey but do an amazing job and im willing to pay since its difficult to find one that knows how to prevent lift

Not happy with eyelashes at all. Ones poking me in the eye and she wouldnt fix it. They arent even. And still charged me 50$ they look horrible. Better off with false ones to glue everyday.

If I could give this place a zero star I would my I got my nails done on Sunday I came back on Wednesday because my nail polish is peeling off. I went in they said they would fix it for me and the lady got mad and started yip and yapping to the other lady about it. She got loud and yell I will fix her nail for her. Then she did my nails didn’t even use the same color and then had the audacity to tell me it was my fault. Don’t go there save your money and time.

Johnny was the absolute best. Introduced me to a powder on the nails that gave my natural nails the strength they have never had!! Just loved her!!! She also did a free design on 2 nails that took all of 10 seconds and was gorgeous!! Cant say enough good things about her!!! Dont want to go anywhere else or use anyone else!!

I usually drive 25min for my regular pedicure. I decided to try this place because its closer. WORST pedicure EVER! A small child couldve painted my nails better. My heels feel untouched. And he slipped and rubbed the back of my ankle with the file on both feet. I feel like I paid him to injured me. Im so disappointed. Next time Ill drive out to my regular shop in Benton by Freds. Dont waste your 💰

I came in for a lip wax. After waiting 10 or so minutes, the nail tech began to wax my lip. She noticed I was bleeding because the wax was too hot. Not only did I leave with some scarring, but also some hair still on my upper lip. Not a good experience.

If I could rate them a 0 I would I never to the rating thing. But I absolutely dont want anyone else to have the experience I did. I tried this place yesterday being my normal nail place had construction around it. The lady was rough my bail bed is destroyed my nails or crooked and even more crazy she charged my $50. I get the powder dip. So I asked for coffin shaped being I was already paying 10$ more than at my regular place I figured it would be no problem. She says $5 u mean to tell me $5 for a nail shape? I wake up this morning my nails are so sore never again never again

U went in for a set of nails 10/4/20 and not even a week later my nails started popping off it’s currently 10/12/10 and I have three nails gone I paid $80 for these

If I could give it no stars I would. They are completely unprofessional and try to scam you. My daughter and her friend went and they kept changing the price for things that shouldnt matter such as how long she wanted her tips. When you tell someone a price then ar the end tell them $15 more because they wanted the tips a little longer is ridiculous.

Worst nail shop I’ve ever been too. The lady nicked me so bad when she was filing my nails. I told her that it hurts and she got mad and walked off and started yelling in another language. I feel like that was so rude. Plus I was over charged for a pedicure.

The more I think on my experience, the more angry I become. I took my daughter with me to get our eyebrows done. The people who greeted me were friendly, but the person who did our eyebrows hardly said anything to us. What they did say referred to how I needed my lip done. I said no, but they kept pushing it. I got irritated but Im used to those sales tactics. Its rude but not unusual. They did my eyebrows quickly without much attention to detail. It was just wax strip wax strip and done. When my daughter got in the chair, I told the waxer that she had never had her eyebrows done before, so please be gentle. They gave her no warning. Just slapped the wax on and ripped it off. When we left, our eyebrows were red and irritated, more than Ive ever been and I have gotten waxes my entire life. What is absolutely worse about the whole experience though, I was looking in the mirror the next day and noticed they had missed so many hairs.Tl;dr Terrible service, not worth lower end price

Terrible all my nails fell off in less than a week. It took forever to get someone to do my nails and he kept stopping when doing my nails to text people. they charged more than they said and didnt listen to what i wanted. I do not recommend this at all.

Chose a gek polish color. Did not match the color the man painted my nails. He was extremely rough. My nails are crooked. It was the most expensive nail salon Ive ever been to & Ive been getting my nails done for almost 10 years. Wont be back.

Terrible service. Didn’t even cut my toe nails or file them. Had streaks in the polish after being painted. Paid for extra services that I didn’t even get. They weren’t even busy and rushed.

Terrible service, the lady was very rude did a rush job and was very crappy, kept running the file along my cuticles and when I told her that hurt she continued, the nails dont even fit, their uneven, and not even put on straight, plus their all cut uneven. When I asked for something different they acted as if I bothered them, I paid $51 for absolute crap (which I should have demanded for my money back) and now I have to pay to have them removed and redone, if I had a option to give no stars i would. Save your money and go some where besides this craphole.

This place is the worst. My son and I went in for pedicures. I end up getting a mani-pedi and was told it would be $56 for both, but wasnt told that my sons would be $56. I couldnt understand the guy doing my pedicure and ended up getting a deluxe, which included special scrub, apparently an extra $20. My toe paint is not even and I paid $133 for this. Ridiculous. We will never be back.

Went today for a pedicure, should have checked the ratings first! The tech was rude and pushy, then got an attitude because I wouldnt get a higher priced pedicure!! My pedicure was done in 20 minutes including base coat, 2 layers polish, and top coat. In addition to the tech being rough, a couple of my toenails are uneven. I will not be back and will definitely tell everyone I know!!

Terrible job! There was polish all over my toes, looks like nail work by a 5 year old. Also, my toenails were not clipped or filed down all the way. This resulted in the polish looking sticky. So disappointed!

The wait was long and awkward because theres no set waiting area. The man didnt know what i meant by almond/oval shaped. And he made a few of my nails uneven. You cant tell unless i hold my hand up straight. Theyre too expensive to have bad service like this

Service was trash. $36 for the worst pedicure. Got a fill and theyre flat and too straight. They are poorly painted. I also over heard the owner talking really bad about a customer who wanted her nails done a specific way. And she was talking about how she was going to get paid regardless of her service. I didnt enjoy my visit at all.

This place is the absolute worse They tried to charge me $85 for a pedicure w/gel polish I said no then I was told $55 I said ok not too bad havent had one in months....soon as I set down she started doing my toes without soaking my feet so I was like maybe shell soak them once done with the over layer once done she still didnt run any water so I asked her was she going to soak and scrub my feet she stated that all she does is your toe nails $55 (never heard of this I thought that was the point of a pedicure) and that soaking my feet is a extra $30 cause its considered a pedicure really I was pissed I said stop where you are Ill just pay for the over layer then she said $35 I said if I pay you $35 for nothing can you at least polish my toes...They are over priced and rude I wish I could give no stars
