Overall the place was fine. I didn’t wait to long and the place is very clean. What sat wrong with me was the hairdresser. First my cut isn’t even the length I asked for. There’s a difference between at the shoulders and at the neck. It’s way shorter then I wanted. Not sure why hair dressers think it’s cool not to listen to the client but then to top that off I received in my mind an insult to my hair color of choice. My natural color is growing in a bit and the hair dresser said why’d you go dye you hair black your natural color is so pretty. I said cause I like black and she had this look. And she said it again later. It was very rude and unprofessional in my opinion and not her place to even comment on someone’s hair color when I’m there for a cut. I probably won’t go back to them

I brought my granddaughter here to get a simple straight bob. First off the stylist was in a big hurry and cut her hair dry. She has super thick hair and tried to cut straight across. It is a different length every inch all the way around her head. It is by far the worst haircut I have ever seen. I would not take her back there to have it fixed. No way would I let them touch her hair again!

Took my son here for a haircut. He asked the lady for 1/2 inch on top fade into 1/4 inch on the sides. He walked away with 1/4 inch all over!!! Buzz cut!! Horrible!!!

I was scared to try a new hair dresser bc I couldnt find mine of over 20 yrs. The employee who cut my hair was awesome bc I wanted same cut she had & I had no idea how I wanted my hair cut when I walked in door. Shes a tall thin blond chick. Awesome employee.

Awesome for a Wednesday morning. The lady cutting my hair was Madeline. She very meticulous and the hair cut was great. She wasnt just trying to get customers in and out. I would go back to her again. Nicole has a great personality and is good with customers, especially kiddos.

We have been going to Supercuts for a few years now, I wasnt fond of how my sons hair was done at times and would request to not have that girl the next time. We got in Candis chair once and she has been my go to for my son and daughter since. We will wait if Candi is too busy to get to them.

They try, but have many new hairdressers that need to be rescued by the more experienced staff.

If theres negative zero star rate for them I would, the lady cut my hair dont even know how to use the trimmer.

Went to get a haircut for my son waited about 30 mins with no one else waiting three, four people walk in and without an appointment and went before us. Wish they wouldve just let me know they couldnt cut a kids hair instead of just skipping us and making us waste our time

Receptionist is unprofessional and just seems lost every time we call or check in. She sounds really antsy to get off the phone. Its really hard to talk to her. Otherwise stylists do a good job, nothing extraordinary. They get you in & out pretty quickly if youre someone with a busy schedule. I think prices went up and I dont think its worth a higher price if Im honest.

Went to get a haircut today’s and they messed up the the sides AGAIN. Second time that they messed up the sides. I wouldn’t go back ever again.

My husband and my son go to this location for their haircuts. My son prefers Alexis to cut his hair, she is amazing and cuts it to my sons picky liking everytime. We try to go right after school because weekends and evenings are pretty busy.

On Tuesday, July 3rd, I stopped in late in early evening around 6pm. Two stylist working. Both friendly and helpful. Sorry, I cannot remember the name of the younger lady who cut my hair but she did a great job. I was stopping in on my way to my folks house and didnt want to look shabby. She did a great job. I have gotten more compliments in the last 3 days than I can ever recall getting about a haircut.

Option on using the website or app to schedule an appointment which speeds up time, thorough service from intro to exit, and knowledgeable technicians that not only style but provide options for what cuts look good for the face. Helpful and fun staff and clean, open area for cutting.

Polite and the stylists are very experienced. They done a wonderful job on my sons hair.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. He absolutely ruined my hair. Ripped it out combing it. And cut it all kinds of sideways. Also coughed in my face the entire time. I left in tears. And had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Worst experience of my life. I am from Florida visiting for a wedding and he said hed take care of me. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. The reviews seemed great. No we was bragging about drinking 40 ml of cough syrup and coughing in my face. As well as trash talking co-workers right in front of me. Very trashy . Not what I expected. I even tipped him well. Why? I have no idea. I just wanted out ASAP. WORST HAIR CUT OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. I didnt even see their hair cutting licences hung In their booth. Doubt he/she is even licensed.

I found the place to be comfortable and quick. I am a male just over 60 and wanted a simple haircut.I got there when they opened at 9 and I was back in my vehicle at 915.Decent price 15.95.Ill be back😀

Dont not get your hair cut by this place until everything opens back up. I made an appointment was told to show up and wait in the parking lot and they would call when they were ready. I showed up 10 minutes before and never got a call. I called them 15 minutes after my appointment was suppose to start and they came outside and said they would try to fill me in because I was late. Didnt even attempt to trim around my ears or anything then rushed me out. Do not make an appointment with Kimberly felicity she doesnt care about her work

Six chairs, one lady cutting hair. Its always a wait. the haircuts are fine if you can stand the long wait time. There was 2 stylists here but one just walked out with 4 people waiting on a haircut.

Friendly service, good quality haircuts, but you will wait at least 45 minutes on most days. The cost for a basic haircut will also set you back a smooth $25.

I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted, went home to straighten my hair and it was uneven AF, so I go back and she basically gave me a mullet!! I do not recommend unless your standards are super low!! Now I have to get a pixie cut bc I hate this mullet/helmet hair I was given!

I went there on my birthday back in November and I dont remember the girls name but she had short mousey brown hair cut in a longish Bob...she was rude and called my hair gross and did not do a good job of cutting it either...I could have cut it myself and done a better job...cheap Yesss I suppose You get what You pay for!
