I’m very picky on who touches my hair and styles is, well I got Mrs Byonnka. She is so great and listens to everything you want! I don’t ever tip hairstylist, but I did tip her 10$ because she was such a great person! It was an overall great experience and worth the money I paid for!!! I WILL BE GOING BACK FOR A TRIM SOON!!

Ms, Byonnka is now my personal barber! She gives amazing men’s haircuts and remains very consistent. Would recommend to any gentlemen looking for someone to give sharp and consistent cuts to.

Before coming to mastercuts I had an extremely messed up hair cut and Mrs. Byonnka fixed my hair and I’ve never been happier. My layers are actual layers and my hair finally feels normal again. 100% recommend her!!!

The haircut I had was rushed (I was in there for less than 12 minutes) and part of that time, she was sweeping the hair from the previous haircut. It looked chopped as if done with safety scissors. I will not be going back as I found a great stylist, Joy, at JCPENNEY salon in the same mall, Pierre Bossier.

I need to make a MAJOR COMPLAINT! I went into your Mastercuts in the Pierre Bossier Mall in Bossier City LA. I walked in with waist length hair. I stated that yes I would like my hair to be cut to the middle of my back and bangs. MY BLASTED HAIR IS UP TO MY CHIN AND NO BANGS (FRINGE WHATEVER IS IS BLASTED WELL CALLED). I am beyond mad. I am beyond frustrated. It is disturbing my sleep. This is not what I wanted. And yes when the accidental cut was made it was made to just below my shoulders and SETH the stylist said he would just even it up. Was he HIGH? I got a crappy haircut and I want my MONEY BACK! This is horrible. There is no way to style my hair. I cant believe I paid for this crap. Somebody contact me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did a good job on my hair and my granddaughters hair. First time she got her hair cut!

Went in ten minutes till 9:00 PM. Doesn’t take five minutes to cut my hair. I usually come here and tip twenty. Will not anymore. You now miss out on your once a month customer. Do not say you’re open at 9 and you turn people away.

My wife and I have both gotten our hair cut here and neither of us can ever get a good hair cut. My wifes last hair cut had her leaving in tears. My last hair cut was OK.
