I have been seeing Nia for many years for massage therapy and craniosacral therapy. Since I have issues with my neck I am very careful who I will let work on me. She is a caring person who listens carefully regarding what issues you are having and works hard to address them, frequently introducing new therapies. Nias gifts are many including some hard to find services like Polarity Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy. These can be particularly helpful when other types of bodywork are not. Nia is deeply intuitive and has a depth of skill Ive not found with other massage/bodywork/alternative therapy practitioners. Her golden touch is truly a treasure and her knowledge of Appalachian plant & crystal medicine has supported my wellbeing more than once!
