During my evacuation from hurricane Ida, I decided to get a 90-minute Swedish massage to destress. Nancy, my massage therapist, did a phenomenal job!!!!! I felt so comfortable, relaxed, and taken care of the entire time I was there. Thank you Nancy for being so kind and amazing. I will be back!!!!!

Normally I have had positive experiences with Heavenly Touch, but today my hour long massage was completed with nearly 15 minutes left on the clock, and my massage therapist never once touched my right arm at all during my scheduled full body massage. The staff and atmosphere were great as usual, but the service I received was not up to par, resulting in a disappointing experience.

This was our first professional massage and Liz and Shanna made us feel perfectly at ease. The ambiance for the couple’s massage was relaxing and refreshing. I loved the multi-sensory approach—music, lighting, aromatherapy... I couldnt imagine a way to possibly improve upon the experience! We’ll definitely be doing this again.

Following surgery for cervical spine issues, it was recommended I seek therapeutic massage. Emily at Heavenlyy Touch it the best! The facility is clean, comfortable and professionally appointed. Regularly scheduled appointments help with the pain and muscle tension resulting from surgery. She is always pleasant and I consider her more friend than massage therapist.

I did a treat yourself day last I was in Boone for a brow wax and massage. Both experiences were Perfect. My brows never looked so good and didn’t sting as they normally do after, the cooling gel helped so much. The massage was relaxing, we worked on sections my job effects since I sit at a desk all day. 10/10 would recommend Chad and Lindsey!

I’m 37 weeks pregnant and wanted a Brazilian wax before giving birth and had the pleasure of getting it done by Jessica Martin. It has been the best Brazilian I have ever had! She didn’t miss a single spot and I came home to no irritation or redness. I have sensitive skin, I’m also very sensitive around my genitalia area due to being so far along. Jessica made it almost completely painless and applied cooling creme afterwards which did wonders to my after care. I completely recommend her and will be coming back to her in the future. Five stars all the way!!!

Need to relax or maybe you have been injured? I’ve been on both sides my job is very stressful and I retain knots in my shoulders from the stress!! I have had a box fall on my neck and was bothering me for a week!! This is how I went in for my very 1st massage!! Believe it or not it worked the the the pain was gone and I could move!! A massage is good to help with migraines as well!! Chad is amazing and I will never go to anyone else!!! I moved an hour and 15 minutes away but you best believe that the drive to Heavenly Touch Massage is worth it!! They are very professional and always very friendly!!

Ive been to this spa multiple times and I love it. I have had multiple therapists for my massages and was doubtful about not being able to book the same person as my first one but Ive enjoyed all my massages here. Ive also had a facial at this spa and enjoyed it too! I have signed up for the monthly membership plan and so it helps to save me a little money each month. Up to this point I have no complaints! The staff has been kind every time Ive been there and has been able to fulfill any requests that Ive had for my appointments.

My experience with Heavenly Touch Massage was a mixed bag, but overall positive.As for the facility itself, I found it clean, stylish, and conveniently located. Likewise, the staff were courteous and accommodating. My massage therapist was friendly and skilled, but when I received my massage, there was something of a communication problem, and I was not satisfied, having had a crucial part of the massage neglected despite being assured it would be done. Though, I could see how this was a fluke, not being reflective on the spa typically.Thanks to Heavenly Touch Massage and all associated with it.

Friendly service up front, girls are always polite and I always feel welcomed. Tanning beds provide great color & bulbs seem to be regularly maintenanced. Facials by Trisha are AMAZING and Massage by Chad was wonderful. I am a repeat client and continue to refer people to HTS.

Much variety, personally i suffer from shoulder, neck, and sometimes lower back pain. The masseuse was great! Very gentle and patient, it was my first time. However, it is kinda pricey. But if you can get your hands on a gift-card, or your just rich... its a Heavenly Touch.Anyways, for the tanning:No dont do it! Its bad for your skin!

Very disappointed. Called and had a massage scheduled and was really looking forward to the much needed relaxation. Got there and was told it was not for that day but the next (even though I was told differently). Extremely upset and they did nothing about it. I was extremely disappointed in what I saw when I walked through their door. It is no wonder that they cant keep things straight. This place does not only handle massage therapy but has a tanning salon and a hair salon. When I showed up, it was so loud in there, I wonder how one would even be able to relax when receiving a massage. Upon that first impression, I will never return.

First off, Trisha is an amazing esthetician and my experiences getting facials with her have been amazing. The front desk staff have also been friendly and accommodating. That being said, tonight was the third time I have gotten a massage here (because they have many different massage therapists and I wanted to find someone that would work, but no) My first massage was a lot of energetic stuff, which is nice, but not what I was particularly looking for. My next massage therapist seemed knowledgeable, but also wasnt exactly the deep tissue release that I was interested in. Lastly I had another woman and this was by far the worst massage I have ever had in my entire life. I left feeling more anxious than I had gone in feeling. I would go as far to say I feel sexually violated because twice she touched my nipples when I dont think that was appropriate and never have I ever had a massage therapist do that. I wanted to walk out multiple times during the massage when her hands would pinch my skin or nails dig into me, but I felt uncomfortable to do so, Im ashamed to say. Overall, I wont be going back for a massage. Maybe a facial, but I will not bother with massage here again.

I and several clients have experienced her non-stop gossip about her train wreck marriage and divorce while held hostage on the massage table. Not the time or place for anyone to be subjected to her unprofessional, high school nastiness! And this is supposed to be a christian business. Really??

Went on 3/14/2016 was told I could get a one hour massage for 50$ for a first time client. I thought Id try, Im new in town. I get there its crowded and noisy. I am given a long form to fill out as if I am making a first time Drs apt.. I was taken back by lizzy, a very tiny, tiny girl. Who by the way had no time to go over what i filled out. I was given more of a tickle as this tiny girl could not have the strength to give a deep massage. During the massage I heard people laughing talking, as if there was a party in the next room. During the entire massage! Which by the way was only 40 minutes!.. I complained to the front desk and they gave me a whole $5.00 off. they said the hour was just the time you would spend here checking in and stuff... seriously? wow so wonder they gave you such a long sheet to fill out! I told them I should have been asked if I wanted a deep massage and with that info they could have avoided giving me the 85 lb girl with the hands the size of a 6th grader. They did say she was new and I could call the next day complain to the manager and get a free massage next visit. Really?.. NO THANKS>> this was like a crazy fun place for girls to get their nails done for a wedding or girls night out talking having a good time.. not a relaxing place to have a massage. This was so bad and a total rip off, so much so that this is my first bad review on anything for over 2 years! Spend your money else where if you want a place to relax.. this is not the spot! Go to serenity day spa in banner Elk.. so worth the extra money there, a real spa !

They cheat you 20 minutes on the time. Suppose to be 90 minutes but only 70 minutes. And not a very good massage

As a college student on a budget I bought the trial massage at a reasonable price. The massage therapist hardly put in any effort and made me feel as if she did not even want to be there giving me the massage. I never felt relaxed. She also did not ask me to flip at any point and did not massage my neck or head. After we were done she made me feel VERY pressured to tip and uncomfortable. In speaking with other people who have also received massages here they feel that they have also been uncomfortably pressured to tip. Since then I have received massages at other places in the area and have truly enjoyed them and realized what a real massage should be like. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
