Nice, clean, upscale salon adjoined to a spa and tanning salon adjacent to the Boone Mall. All the ladies here are friendly and helpful. I only have experience with getting my hair done by Janet and I may be a bit biased, but she is the best hairstylist in Boone! I get compliments on my hair all the time and she is to thank. This place is great because if you scheduled it right, you could make it a perfect spa day, book your massage at Massage Envy and then a hair appointment after to wash all the oils out and leave looking like a new woman!

So to keep it short ms kari vince had my hair change from hot pink to purple back to hot pink before she called an emergency product hotline to get it as close to my original color i asked for which is red. in addition to the fact that my hair isnt red, she had the gaul to actually charge me for an all over color that wasnt waht i asked after i spent 8 hours in her salon having her correct her own mistake. i will never in my life ever go back to this salon and would never suggest anyone to ever go to kari vince. i would rate this business less than one start but google wont allow me to
