The first time I came in April I gave a lot of grace. My appointment was at 3. The owner pushed it back several times because she was running late. My 3 pm appointment ended up at 8 pm. And I still waited close to 30 min to be let in the building. She did a great job though and I was willing to give her another try. I had another 3 pm appointment today. I stood outside for almost 10 min after my appointment to have the owner call again saying she was running late and asked me if I could come back at 5. If customers are expected to be on time so should stylists. I get the occasional fluke, but two times in a row has me questioning this salon’s time management ability. My time is just as valuable as theirs. Go elsewhere if you don’t have a flexible schedule because they’ll likely change their appointment on you.

I’ve been to several stylists in the area until a good friend recommended Kamy. She was so professional, talented and truly listened to my expectations and completely exceeded them! I have been going to her every since (1.5 years) and I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. She’s amazing!

Kamy Jo was very professional and did an excellent job. I was in town for my terminally ill mother who passed away and needed to have my hair done prior to her funeral. She did an excellent job and made me look great when I was falling to pieces. I can’t thank her enough for being so friendly, professional and kind hearted.

Made an appt, the person texted me the night before and said she was ill. No problem I rescheduled for the following weekend. I found childcare again. I wanted my hair to be done before work starts the following week. She texts me again the day before to say she is sick and has to reschedule again. No thanks. I don’t need to waste more time only to find out she has another mystery illness that only crops up the night before her appointments. So, two weeks, two appointments, and my hair is still not done. Now I need to find another place with another wait. Cool.

I have gone to The Loft since it opened and am in love with the atmosphere and the services they provide! You can tell they truly care about the quality of their services and highly value their clients. I have had my hair done by Kamy for years and can’t see myself going anywhere else!

The most amazing I have looked and felt! The amount of hard work and dedication that Kamy put into my hair to make sure I left happy! She knew exactly what needed to be done to get exactly what I was looking for. I will always recommend and trust going to this salon for the rest of my life !!!!!!

The first time I visited, the owner wouldnt cut my hair the way I wanted and left the color on too long because she was distracted with another client.I came back a second time and waited outside for 10 minutes in the heat for them to open the door.I explained that I was unhappy with my cut and color. I was told to come back another time. I tried calling multiple times for another appointment but no one would return my call. I would like a refund since now I am too uncomfortable to go back. I am still waiting on a call back. Would not recommend this salon.

You can tell that Kamy really cares about her clients, and loves what she does! She went out of her way to make everything perfect. The whole staff was incredibly friendly and someone’s always cleaning. I will definitely be returning and would recommend The Loft Salon and Spa to everyone.

Been seeing Kamy for over 6 months now and she always is amazing with my hair! Will be seeing her for my hair as long as I’m in the state. Super reasonable prices and great qualify!

I love going to the Loft! I have been going the last few years and every time I walk out of there I feel beautiful and relaxed. The place is gorgeous inside and so clean and has the best decor. KamyJo does an amazing job listening to what I want and knows how to make me look my best. Highly recommend and will be a lifelong customer.
