My family and I have been going here since I was a small kid. Now that I am married and will be having kids, will also be taking my family to Rainier Dental.Nicole and the whole front office staff are always on top of whatever billing or scheduling question you might have. They are great at follow up and follow through.The medical staff have always been patient in answering my questions, or in educating me on how I should be taking care of my teeth, or what I am doing that is screwing them up.I have only been to a few other dentists offices while I was away in college, but they dont come close to comparing. Rainier Dental is full of pros.Take your family here, and they will take their familys here, and then they will take their families here too..

I have never been treated with more disdain than I was by the front desk. Its unfortunate to have to find another dentist. My son really like him.

TMJ miracle worker! I was having headaches five times a week and within a couple months Dr B has improved my symptoms by 80%! He has so much experience and willingness to spend the time. He was recommended by a coworker and did not disappoint!

Literally better than I could have imagined. Everyone was super nice, there was toys for my son to play with. I honestly think he enjoyed getting his teeth cleaned. The hygienist was making him laugh and explaining things in a way he could understand. Best first dentist visit for my son. I recommend taking your kids here as well as any member of your family

This is the best place to go. All the staff and doctor treat you like family and are so nice. I would recommend them to anyone who might be hesitant about going to a dentist.

Very happy with my experience at Rainier Dental. Went in for an emergency cavity filling first and they were very good about their COVID practices and making sure I was fully informed about their plan of action. Today I went in for a full exam and they provided me with a thorough analysis of what needed to be done. They are very friendly and helpful!

I got a total smile makeover from Dr Bashar, and I could not be happier. I am a very small person and have very small teeth. I was very nervous about how everything was going to look and feel due to my size. Dr Bashar was very honest up front about my options, the process and price. He was very personable and even funny. My teeth look and feel perfect now. I would recommend Dr Bashar to anyone who is looking for their best smile.

I love the staff here they are ALWAYS so friendly and welcoming. A fun bunch and definitely a place for a girl like me who doesnt care for dentists all too much. They make you feel comfortable.

As far as going to the dentist goes, this is a friendly good place to have your dental care done. everyone is helpful, even getting you a small pillow for your head (MUCH APPRECIATED). Christi, my hygentist, takes really good care of you!

Loved my dental appointment! The front desk is so polite and personable. Today I saw Brittney and Nicole they always treat patients like they are individuals and important. Jordeen was the assistant in my appointment and took my X-rays quickly and without even gagging me! Christi was my hygienist and not once made me feel bad for not flossing as much as I should, she always takes good care of me and my smile. My cleaning went great and I love the feeling of smooth pearly whites! Will always recommend this office to anyone seeking the best dental care!

I cant say enough good things about this office! The staff was very gracious and kind and Dr Bashar and Carlita treated me with such gentleness and compassion during my tooth extraction that I literally never felt it! It was the very back molar, which is hard to get to, but they did it incredibly smooth and easy. They are both very funny and personable and they kept me very relaxed during the procedure, which went much faster than I expected. I would highly recommend them!!! They were truly professional and well worth the visit. If you need a tooth extraction, Dr Bashar and Carlita are definitely the ones you want to do it!

So Ive been to a couple of dentists due to my moving around the states and I gotta say, the people here are outstanding. They are super nice and do almost anything to help you feel more comfortable. The dentist is awesome to talk to and does a great job. He never does anything without your consent and even informs you of what the various reasons are for your visit and so on. They are simply awesome and Im glad Ive had them as my dentistry.

Had a little emergency. Totally was embarrassed being in the field myself to call. Staff was SO friendly, I mean it felt like I was talking to a friend. Also very helpful and wanting only the best for patients. I met Dr Rehan Bashar who was completely professional, we sat and talked about the issues I was having, which in the end were so much less than I thought. Dr Bashar put me at ease and I would recommend him to anyone! This place is wonderful!

Love our dentist office!. We have been coming here for a long time and the care is always top notch. I have bad dental anxiety and they make sure I have sedation to feel comfortable. All of the girls here are fabulous with great customer service!Love this facility!

Rainer Dental in Bonney Lake gives the best customer service I have ever experienced. Moved to WA from another state and had to find a dentist quick. I tried a couple places in Federal Way that didnt listen to my questions and concerns. Rainer Dental was my third time and as corny as it sounds, third times the charm! I have been a customer for exactly 1 year now. Brittney and Jami who holds down the front and billing have been wonderful. Super kind, always helpful and makes you feel at home. As for the dental work, Dr. Tiffin is amazing! She is quick, precise, and experienced. She makes sure you are comfortable and voices whats about to happen so you arent in the dark. In addition, Kathy (who is usually with Dr. Tiffin) is very personable and offers great advice before and after procedures. They are an amazing team! Looking for a new dentist? Look no further! :)

This was my first visit to their office and my luck it was for an extraction. Dr.B was awesome. I have had other teeth pulled and not once was it easy. Before I knew it Dr.B was done. No pain at all. The entire staff is great. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone with dental needs.

Rainier dental is family-friendly and has provided excellent service to my entire family. The staff at the Bonney Lake office including Dr. Tiffin, Danielle, Austin, Nicole and everyone else are very friendly and sensitive to our needs. I am especially pleased with the skill and manner in which they took care of my family members who were initially highly apprehensive about dental work.

Dr. Bashar was absolutely amazing! Im pregnant with twins and needed my wisdom teeth out (all 4) and only on local anesthetic. I felt hardly anything, and my healing process wasnt painful at all! Just mild tenseene and soreness as to be expected. I only needed 1 extra strength Tylenol a day for it and some ice. I loved how up front yet funny he was and made me comfortable getting it done even with a high risk pregnancy. I cant say enough good. Staff was awesome as well and very supportive! If you refer people too and they use your name, you get $50 towards your next service. This place is great!

My family has been going here for years, now. By far, the best dental care Ive ever had. I love my hygienist (Kristy) and I trust the dentist. I dont believe he would suggest unnecessary work. He takes pride in his work.

I don’t know if I can word how absolutely impressive they are. From the reception area to the dental staff they go above and beyond. Not only do they make you feel comfortable (which in my opinion seems like a oxymoron) they make you feel like you’re at home. My dentist, Dr S. Rehan Bashar, not only took a late appointment to fit our schedule. He spent a significant amount of time explaining his opinions and X-ray results. I just started going to rainier dental have had a hard time finding the right dentist that fits my needs. I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Met with Dr. Bushar told him what my issues with the dentist are and he instantly put my mind at ease. I recently had to have an extraction with a bone graft done and I have never had such an easy and peaceful trip to the dentist. The whole team was very patient with me and just let me go at my own pace.I would highly recommend Dr. Bushar and his team to anyone.

Dr. Eunkoo Kim is an amazing Orthodontist! Dr. Kim has provided service to my daughters and myself! We have been going to him for over 10 years!! The results have been amazing. Best dental office Ive gone too. Dr Bashar is awesome. I used to be nervous about going to see dentists until I started seeing him. Everybody in the clinic is friendly and Dr Bashar really cares about the well being of his patients. I was experiencing pain after a root canal and Dr Bashar came in first thing in the morning on his day off to make sure the tooth was treated. That speaks volumes about the quality of care I recieve. I would highly recommend rainer dental to anyone looking for a great family dentist for theyre entire family. Im glad my co worker referred me to them.
