Great experience ! Dr. Duong is one of the best dentist that’s ever worked on my teeth. Ever since I moved from another dental office my teeth have felt great! I use to have so many problems with my previous dentist, but Dr. has fixed these Issues. Also, she has given me great tips on maintaining great dental hygiene. I would recommend this office to everyone!

This Office Staff is incredibly professional and nice, I had a true first class experience! The location is easy to find ,the inside is very clean and the staff makes you feel so comfortable. The best dentist office I have ever been to.

I have been a client here for 5 years and Dr. Duong and staff has been great. I have always had great communication about my care and flexibility in scheduling. The periodontist has also been excellent to work with. This office is in a busy shopping area of Bonney Lake but easy to access. There is always parking available.

Went in for a cleaning and everyone was very friendly & helpful. I felt very comfortable and at ease which is not usually the case at the dentist. The office was very clean and you can tell they take good care to keep it clean. Location is great too! Lots of stores and restaurants around.

My only complaint is the front desk. I had a few questions about the billing and what I was paying for, and the receptionist got rude. I wanted to know what I was paying for and she told me that I would get the itemized bill after I paid. Not professional at all. Dr. Doung does amazing work, which is why I would give this place 3 stars. Just need work on the customer service

I moved all my appointments from other gentle dental to this one, even though I am not living in Bonney lake, because of the perfect experience we had while my husband had one of his dental works there. The staff in the front desk are really nice and respectful, when I have questions about anything, they explain it to me, this is opposite to gentle dental in north meridian, I was always confused about the prices. My doctor is Dr Duong, she is the best, honest and she always try to find the best option without overcharging me because she knows I don’t have dental insurance.

I’ve had a great experience at Gentle Dental. They have good professional and personable staff. This is the first timely dentist I have been to that can get you in and out in a timely fashion.

I havent been to the dentist in years and havent had my teeth cleaned many years prior to, so I was a little nervous. Not to mention Gentle Dental hasnt exactly gotten the best reviews to my understanding. I went here because they are one of the few places that will take you with out any insurance. It was explained to me on the phone that I would need an examination & x-rays done. If there was enough time after that they would go ahead and proceed with my cleaning.I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were very kind and explained every step and everything they were going to do. There was also ZERO pressure into various things that needed to be done with my teeth. The Dentist was very honest with the situation with my teeth and recommend that I come in sooner as oppose to later to have my cavities taken care of. But she was very understanding of the financial situation I am in.I also signed up for their Smile plan, which they have a promotion right now that enrolment/ monthly payment is free for the rest of the year. So I got a decent discount on everything.I will most certainly will be back :)

This place is Horrible from front desk to billing department. They did over charge me way too much without explanation. Please stay away this facility. They just want to steal as much money from you as they can. My fault I didn’t trust previous reviews and gave them a try. Now my teeth are still sensitive from filling over 4 months ago. I wish this won’t happen again with someone else. I paid over 3k just for simple filling and cleaning. Such a joke! Specially, the older lady in front desk was rude when I started asking questions. Never step my feet in this place again.

I just called on a holiday weekend....they agreed to see my brother who had broken his tooth as a new patient. Great staff on the phone and a caring Doctor to agree to see him on such short notice! Highly reccomend!

As much as I hate having dental work done. The staff at Gentle Dental in bonneylake & lakeland hills are polite & funny, but very professional. They have made my experiences very comfortable & do great work. I highly recomend letting them take care of any dental issues you may have.Thank you all

Doctors were great. But saw a new dr every visit. this review is not for the doctors, but for the company. High turnover!!! Terrible billing dept. They always said I owed $ That I didnt owe, and wanted payment. I spent hours of my time back and forth between my insurance and them. My insurance always telling me that they were wrong and I owed nothing. I should be billing them for my time correcting their mistakes!!!! Will never use a corporate owned dentist again! Not only do not recommend, but highly advise against.

I have had great experiences as a patient of Dr. Duong. She is very professional, personable and kind. I always walk out of the office with a smile. I have had a few minor issues with insurance billing in the past (due to insurance changes) but the overall experience and kindness of staff make up for those shortcomings. I recommend this dentist and location.

Staff is nice, the billing was frustrating. I was overcharged, and after several phone calls and several weeks I got a refund. The six month teeth cleaning is adequate but seems rushed. More often then not, theyre running behind. Again, nice people.

Last night I submitted an online form w/Gentle Dental in Bonney Lake to have an implant procedure done that I had started in Okla, when I was there in Dec. Months prior to that I had my teeth cleaned and x-rayed at Gentle Dental in Bonney Lake prior to selling our house and moving and because we just moved back to the Bonny Lake area a couple weeks ago, I thought I would just have the procedure completed there. This morning, I received a call from Gentle Dental advising they received my online form and would set up the appt. However, before the lady and I were done speaking, we were disconnected. I immediately called back the last call received on my cell and the lady who answered said she was w/Gentle Dental in Bonney Lake, but was the only one in the office and didnt know what I was talking about. She said that was ok though and she could set up and appt w/her. I attempted to explain what I needed done and she proceeds to argue w/me as to the procedure, saying there was no such thing and refused to call my dentist in Okla to clarify the name of the procedure. She kept insisting I call the dentist and call her back. I refused. I told her that if I am paying her company good money to take care of my dental needs, then why am I having to do the leg work for her. She wanted to continue to debate the issue, so I just told her to disregard my request and I would take my business elsewhere. What a terrible way to start my day. I definitely do not recommend them if you are looking for stress free, non-argumentative dental consultation and care.

I’m terrified of the dentist which is why my teeth were so bad. I was having severe pain and knew I had to get in. The staff was amazing! I had an exam, root canal, cleaning and two really bad cavities fixed with minimal issues.

Been coming to this location for a couple of years now. Very friendly staff, and I haven’t had any negative experiences yet. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.

I have to say after 15 years of not going to a dentist and trying to avoid one I am so glad I chose to go to Gental Dental in Bonney Lake. The most amazing experience I have ever had at a dentist as previous dentists have caused me so much pain and stress along with bad work. After having a filling fallout and the tooth break due to the filling failed apparently a long while back, I found myself in amazing care by Doctor Duong. She informed me of the level of work needed to be done on the Friday after thanksgiving and was able to perform the work right then and there. Ended up needing a root canal on a moller that the cavity was found to have gone into the 4 roots. She was able to perform the whole root canal right then and there, she made the experience amazing along with her assistant Jennifer and they made me feel like a friend. ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN or discomfort the whole time, even the numbing was painless. I am staying with her as long as my teeth need her help. The next few days still no pain or discomfort not even that night. She is AMAZING!!!!! Thank you Doctor Duong, can’t wait to finish the work and get me back into an oral routine with you and your team.

Gentle my foot they deemed on my teeth so bad they were loose for a week!! When I went to another Dentist they told me they did damage to my gums which took 2 years to repair be careful!!!

Been there twice. Front desk staff is mediocre at best. Cleaning was ok. Had one filling for a chipped tooth and that experience was miserable. No, not pain from the procedure, but the girl put numbing medication in my mouth and left me. No sink in the room, no garbage can, no napkin. I was left there for a solid 20 minutes, possibly longer, but 20 is all I can be sure of as I didnt check the time until about 5 minutes of waiting. In that time I had to swallow that nasty garbage while I waited. When she returned, she had a trainee with her, and they argued over who was going to do what, right in front of me. She was really rude to the trainee too. i also did a consult with them for ortho treatment. The admin girl was nice enough (and yes, Im saying girl as they were all early 20s OR acted like teenagers) but orthodondist was rude and not really willing to explain anything to me.Since then Ive found a good orthodontist with a great staff about 300 yards away, and a REALLY great dental office on 214th. I recommend searching around if you want your teeth taken care of.A year later and my daughter is still in ortho treatment with them as she started before I realized how bad they were. These idiots forgot to show her how to place the bands and then call us during dinner (we were out to eat) to insist that she come in right now because their orthodontist didnt want to wait, even though she was the one that caused the problem. Terrible service.
