My entire 3 hour experience was amazing! Vita did an amazing job on my hair, (highlights, color, and cut/shampoo! My hair felt soft as silk afterwards and looks perfect to boot! Vita and Angel made me feel like I had known them for years and the 3hrs flew by! You can’t beat the price or the comforting atmosphere anywhere else! I will definitely be going back!

I went in for a microdermabrasion from Angel and had the best experience ever, I feel like she actually made a difference. Ive had treatments in the past of microderm and never was impressed but this was different! She is so friendly and I will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend

My first haircut here was great. Dont even bother coming in on a busy day bc they will lie to you and tell you 30 mins wait and make you wait for more than 1 hour. Very obnoxious people. Idiots dont know how to estimate time and waisted 1 hour of my life and I did not get anything done. I left bc I have more important things to do.

I purchased the new customer quick rinse full body spray tan. I did everything I was told (showered before hand, no deodorent, lotion, makeup, lotioned everything twice every day etc etc, I even wore loose and baggy clothing for an entire week to see how long I could make a tan from here last). Day 1 and 2 were ok. Day 3 you could see an outline of where my bra and underwear are (they were more darkened than the rest of the skin). I got the spray in the nude. Day 4 my armpits turned white. I hadnt shaved anything those 4 days. Other surfaces that touch (behind my knees, between my elbows) also started turning white ( i am very pale, got the medium tan). I am not a sweaty person. Day 5,6,7 things got worse and worse. The tan came off in patches on my chest and arms. On my legs it came off where my legs looked like it had a ton of freckles on my skin. I wish I could post pictures. It took about a month to get it all to fade.I went into the place and showed the woman who sprayed me the pictures and explained what happened. I was asking for a refund on the second tan I bought at the same time I bought the first. Because I obviously cant get another spray tan there again. She was reluctant. (I think she is the owner). She said multiple times I cant be held responsible for how your spray fades. Eventually though she gave me the 15 dollars back though, for which I was grateful. I didnt even bother to ask for the tip I had given for the second spray tan ahead of time. She made it so clear she was breaking policy in the first place. But again, I believe she was the owner.All in all I spent 59 dollars on that single spray tan.I wish when I came in as a new customer they would have told me they give out 29 dollar spray tans on Wednesdays. I feel taken advantage of.When the spray tan was done everything was very professional I will give them that. But in the end, results do matter the most. I am so glad I was doing this to see which tanning place would be best before my vacation. It would have been a disaster to have my entire body look like it did on my vacation to California.I have gotten spray tans before and this never happened. My friend told me that what happened means the spray was old. Who knows.I would not recommend this place. Especially not if its last minute and you are going to be in your bikini the following days.

Vita and her staff truly make you feel like family when stopping in, however dont be fooled by the name! They may serve the entire family, however Vita and her staff have the tools, knowledge, education and insight to deliver top trends at amazing prices - way better than any designer salon around!I have been going to Family Image for their Hair and Spa Services since 1994 (yes, remembering High School!) and Vita, the Salon owner, has personally been taking care of me since 1996. I regularly attend there now for hair styling, cuts, color, manicures, pedicures and the occasional massage , wax treatment, and even a Spray Tan (Angel is the BEST in Chicagoland for spray tanning - I hear she has some high profile clients that come in there too!) My daughters always have a great experience there, and is the only salon I can take them too where they dont complain about having their hair trimmed.Most recently, I was there last week with an appointment for a cut and highlights. Vita recommended a very new and trendy blonde look (Ive never been blonde before), and because I trust her I tried it! I always get compliments on my hair, but never like this before!Vita and her staff also volunteer every year providing the services for participants at St. Baldricks in Bolingbrook; as well as sending volunteers for Amita Bolingbrook Hospital events, Bolingbrook Area Chamber of Commerce events, and supporting many other non-profits in the area.Wow! This place is as good as it gets!!!!!

Can get any body part you need from them and if they dont have they well get for you great place and good people
