Lady who did my hair had a rude tone and told me I didn’t care about my hair just because I had some split ends.

Mary is phenomenal! She is very professional and knowledgeable in the areas of hair color, cutting, and styling. Mrs. Hanna focuses on healthy hair and not just “doing” hair which, sadly, a lot of run-of-the-mill stylists do. Her prices are reasonable especially when considering that she uses top of the line products. The salon is very clean and environment calming. I always leave feeling thankful that I have a stylist that makes me feel and look beautiful.

I had the best hair experience ever!!Mary has a gift for great hair care. Ive been around the block a few times when it comes to different salons and this one is the creme de la creme! I have NEVER been happier with my hair!!! My hair feels healthy, silky, bouncy and the cut makes me feel fabulous!!! My cut, which took Mary less than 5 minutes is THE BOMB!!! All I can say is the woman (Mary) has unbelievable talent! Im lovin it!!!

I have been going for 15 years, Mary is professional and nice. Mary gets my daughter and myself hair straight. However, her prices has dramatically changed due to the coarse/texture of your hair for a wash and blow, paying w card is extra, and clipping ends is extra.. Not reasonable anymore. We go to another stylist in our Romeoville area.who don’t charge to use a card , nor charge to keep hair healthy by clipping ends. I go to Mary if it’s a absolutely must do! And that’s slim to none anymore! Ashley at “THE LOFT” look her up!

Mary is pleasant and honest she loves her customer and she provides the best service according to your needs. I will forever be a loyal customer to Mary. My hair is lenthy n healthy n I am far most responsible for making sure I keep my hair healthy in between visits.

Great place and price for haircut

She is extremely to high in her prices! I paid $85 for a simple wash dry and flat iron. I go to her brothers place MENA and pay $45 ! Never again- I have bills to pay too

I went for a shampoo, deep conditioner and blow out. I always receive great service and I was very happy with my hair!

If I could a zero I would. First of all they are very slow in how they work. If your used to going to Mena’s and come here you will be disappointed. Upon waiting it took damn near 45 mins to hand dry my hair. The time it took for them to dry my hair I could have gotten a wash, trim, and style and done. I will never ever come back here. And still charged me $45

I’m not going here no more because she constantly make up stuff about the prices she charge & I’m sick of her doing that. She needs to be a honest & a decent person instead of a money hungry fool! Don’t say you charge 45 & up depending on length which is fine, but the problem I have is saying you charge more for hair texture to make more money because my hair is short. My sister, my mom & my niece go there they are charged 35 after discount & all their hair is longer & thicker than mines.

Mary has been doing my hair for 14 years. I love that fact that I am not in the shop waiting all day to be serviced. She has been doing my daughters hair for the past 2 years. My hair is relaxed 4 times a year and I dont suffer from heat damage or breakage. My hair is healthy and always growing.

DO NOT TRUST THE PRICES ON THEIR SITE. Went in for a simple wash & blowdry, price came out to $55 due to natural hair. However, the woman never once asked if I had a relaxer or not. My hair is far from kinky or difficult to tame. Even after explaining that Ive been there prior & have paid $40, she consisted to arguing. Had a coupon for $10, which the woman redeemed. However, she did not apply the $5 off as it states on the site, if using cash. The woman repeatedly stated, We charge extra $5 for using card. Mind you, I had cash in my hand. She continued to go back & forth with me about what the site reads opposed to the updated list that is only in their possession. Never will I EVER be going back for services.

Only place I go to get my hair done. Mary is the best!

I wouldnt recommend Marys I asked for my ends to be clipped and she barely cut anything and charged me 15 dollars for and also she didnt mention that its also 15 for a deep condition. Since I didnt have cash I was forced to pay a 5.00 processing fee and last but not least she arched my eyebrows and they are horrible one is high up and the other one in low... when I discuss this with she didnt apologize she didnt care that I was unhappy and she went on to the next.... I will never go there again 83.00 was my total I was robbed!

I am very pleased with Mary Hannas Salon. Sometimes its a good thing for me if Im not in a conversation with anyone. I dont like small talk. I do like her prices. And for the most part everyone there is friendly and professional.

She got my hair very straight even tho it was unpermed. But dont expect conversation or warmth at all. And theres a $5 charge if you use a card instead of cash. And make sure you check the price for any extras.

The service is horrible i literally walked in there at 1:18 pm and walked out at 1:21 pm i dont care how good you are you do not cut someones hair that fast ... i will definitely not recommend this place ....
